Very fast! As soon as I submitted a request, I got a phone call. Then I got an appointment the very next day! Very affordable too.

We are satisfied,the work was completed.The tech. was polite and knew what he was doing. The only issue was that he was 2 hours late.

Responsive, thorough, quality work

The communication with this company when responding by Text or by email to them is pretty bad. The First Pest Technician failed to go by the directions that were given to him to call me because there are Two homes with the same address on my street. He did not call me and went to the wrong address to set the Pest Trap. When I called Two people in that office, a lady and the Senior Inspector who stated they would take care of it and call me back, neither did as they said. The next day, a second Pest Technician showed up asking where was the Pest Trap, I told him it was still at the wrong address and when was friendly and Professional about it to go get it and bring it to my home. He informed me someone will be here on Monday to set up the Pest Trap. I got an email from the First Pest Technician came to either my home or the other address with the same address, stating he recently performed a pest control treatment at your location on Saturday (5/22) at 10:07 am., The question is why was he here doing the Pest Control Treatment via his email on a Saturday when they do not perform this service on the Weekend, because if the Ground Hog is caught in the Trap, it should not be left in there for several days. The lady that I have responded back to her Texts and sent emails for answers never responds. I am not happy with this companys communications and problem-solving of issues/concerns. The sales consultant took her time to explained to me, why I had the pest problem and also recommended me the appropriate treatment method for the insects infestation in my home. The Technicians sent down were well trained and took care of my termites problem, and was very attentive to the fact that my young kids and my turtles in the house when using pesticides. I would highly recommend Affordable Pest!

Very professional . The staff made it easy no hassle came our and took care of our rodent problem and I gave them five stars due to their professionalism and the rates. Highly recommend.

Nothing

The company came daily for a week to trap a fox digging up our yard but the fox was not captured. Sly fox! We are bummed but they did everything they said they would do.
