The inspector didn't try to sale me a package or yearly inspection and was very honest.

We had a problem with carpenter bees. They applied dust insecticide. Called them one day after the initial treatment and they came and treated an area that was missed on the first application. Treatment appears to be successful. They are due to return in 3 days to plug the carpenter bee holes.

We had a mostly positive experience with them. The only issue that we had was that they were late to both appointments but with a 3pm-5pm time frame, things like that happens. The initial inspector and service technician were both courteous and professional. Since having the service done, we noticed an immediate reduction in pest activity.
