I called Affordable Pest to remove a very very large bee nest located 20 feet high in a decrepit old cherry tree. Jay showed up when promised. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He explained what needed to be done and quoted me a price. He began work immediately and safely removed the nest as I watched.Absolutely top of the line service in every way. I would highly recommend Affordable Pest and Jay.

The inspector was very neat clean in appearance. Price was reasonable also.

It was new to me and listen very closely during the initial visit. Make sure things you discussed are written in the contract before signing it.

James came out to give me an estimate to remove yellow jackets bees from under the base of my air conditioner, which was causing it to not be level. He took a look at it and gave me an estimate on the spot and he took care of it. It was a chilly rainy day and he said this was good weather to remove the hive. He took care of it and I was pleased with the work. The reason I gave the company a 3.5 for value is that due to not having other estimates, I cannot say for sure that this is the best price.

I had termite inspection and the technician took his time looking over my residence. I didn't have any therefore the service was outstanding. no additional pest control services were needed.

They came in and helped us out after another Pest control company just didn't get the job done. Their representatives were great and understanding of schedule changes and super nice.

It was a great experience thou if you have pets take them out and get there free or what removed so they don't come back

I like the fact that the company encourages you to call them if we experience issues after they have provided service, and they will not charge if they have to return to redo the job. That's an awesome deal and a great way to guarantee their work.

Affordable Pest was very affordable and did not try to sell me services that I did not ask for. They were able to come on the same day to do an inspection and then lay traps the next day. I am very pleased with their professionalism.

Excellent job performed provided a detailed report with a phone call of services provide.

The tech came on time and explained the process. The trap for ground squirrels was checked daily and the bait was changed. Since no animals were caught over a week's time it appears that they had either died previously or moved on.

Everything went well until I called to them that I didn't want any more treatments. It was at that time that I found out about a yr. contract. I was not made aware of a yr. contract when the technician visited my home for an estimate. However, it appears that what I committed to should be on my receipt. One section of my receipt list a one-time treatment which I paid $150 for at the time of service. Another section looks as if the technician tried to write it as a 6-month service. However, they do not have a 6-month service. The technician left out important info about a year-long contract was deceptive with trying to sign me up for the extended service.

They were promp explained what needed to be done.Would recommend them.

In my opinion the service was okay but for the price I think they could have did this last hole for $325 for four holes that's a little high they could at least did this last hole for me I still have a beehive but I'll take care of it from learning things on YouTube
