My initial visit with Affordable Pest was great. Robert was really good.Then next month they wanted come I stated they just came plus follow up. I really sorry went with contract because saw it was going be a problem. Next time they made appointment I asked if they could come another time, my Father just died it was busy for me. We they came anyway the day before I was BURY MY FATHER. It was frustrating and hectic for me. Last I got text states they were coming the next day, called again asked if could make appointment another time. To this day I never got call or email from Manger for previous incident. I would say beware. I went with plan because of Tech Robert. Finally they want not include the initial visit in contract after this next visit and maybe one more that 4 visit that's it for them. I cutting the contract. Tired dealing with company like this. I have remind Tech replace traps I still have same ones from Robert. Thanks.

I don't have much point of comparison for pricing; all things considered, it seems pretty reasonable. The workers are friendly and know their stuff.

He was professional, quick, friendly, solved the problem with the wasps.

My husband and I decided to go with Affordable Pest Control. Chris was our technician and did a fantastic job explaining the process and even the habits of the bugs we are trying to get rid of. He was very friendly and service oriented. we decided to go with a recurring service and are looking forward to future services with them.

They arrive on time and are good addressing whatever the current issues are. They are also very good dealing with tenants.

When asked a question, the service person could not answer if the chemicals were harmful to pets.

My parents were really impressed and hired them for a yearly contract!

I just hired this company but from what I've seen so far they appear to know their business. Time will tell I guess.

Long story short, they received the low rating because while they fixed one pest issue, the tech completely ignored the second issue after I had discussed it with him TWICE and called the office THREE TIMES. My issue called for 3 repeat services, but I have fired them and hired another exterminator to truly finish the job. They then proceeded to ask me to pay the full amount as if I had received 3 full treatments, not going to happen, and it's been 2 days since I asked for a follow-up about the billing. I'm willing to pay, but not for services not rendered because I had to fire them.
