Do a great job servicing my property yearly for carpenter bees

Contacting the company was easy and my requests were processed. I was called by a gentleman and we discussed my problem and he agreed that it sounded like fleas. He did not come to my condo to assess but did schedule another gentleman to spray and that man did show up on time as agreed and, I presume, sprayed my condo. I say "presume" as I had to depart and not return for >2 hours per policy and safety. When I returned all was in good order, but the fleas were as bad as before. Although I had an included second treatment in two weeks, after one week of being bitten I called to ask for the second treatment to be done. I was scheduled and the gentleman, a different one, arrived, late, and the same routine happened. When I returned to my condo, I discovered that the fleas were still in business. I am now determining other ways of ridding my condo of this infestation.

As far as I can tell, they were thorough and did a good job getting rid of a flea infestation. They were very thorough in describing the service to me, in instructing me on what I had to do to prepare for the inhome visit, they contacted when they were finished and it was safe for me to re-enter the house, and they got rid of the fleas. I took an annual contract with them, because I was very pleased with the service.

Affordable Pest took my credit card info at 10am and by 6pm they ran up $487.77 in purchases at three different restaurants. As a result, we had canceled the agreement ourselves in writing for Credit Card Fraud and Personal Identity Information Theft. When their tech arrived, I informed him that we had cancelled our contract. He said that since he was here, that he would like to look around. There was no â first treatmentâ or â initial flush outâ because there was no hive or hive activity. Affordable Pest repeatedly harassed us by calling and emailing a bill for $275 and I had to retain an attorney to get the issue resolved.

We had two separate contracts with Affordable Pest at the same time to tackle our mice problem, including a year-long coverage service. They replaced the insulation in our attic efficiently and professionally with a significant degree of success. But after 6 months of work and a dozen of site visits, we still have mice in our kitchen. Most frustrating was that scheduling and billing were a persistent headache, with technicians coming to our home unprepared for the job (doubly concerning during the pandemic when we are limiting our in-person contacts). We asked them to cut short our contract with them and have since hired a different provider.

They had to come back.

I had a problem with mice. And my insulation in my attic was old and needed to removed and replaced. They did a great job in getting rid of the mouse problem and replacing the insulation in attic. However the billing department seems to be a bit disorganized. Upon paying what I believed to be my ending balance that I was quoted, twice I was told that I no longer owed, yet I am still receiving more invoices after that. Resolving the issue of what my balance is seems to be a problem and it is ongoing. It has become a concern that it will continue and yet it seems difficult to find a solution, as I am told it's taken care of but there still seems to be no resolution and still continuously receiving invoices.

Both team members that I met were punctual and extremely knowledgeable. They treated our home and have come back twice so far to verify that treatment is working. They will do one more check and then we will move to quarterly treatments, with the understanding we can contact them at any time that we see another issue.

The person who did the service was nice, but they showed up without confirming an appointment time with me. I also saw an insect after treatment although the frequency has reduced.

After 3 weeks of waiting our property has still not been treated. Customer service response is terrible. We have had 3 different appointments where no one showed up and no one called us either. This job was prepaid and now I am afraid we have lost our money.

For your home, I urge you to look somewhere else. 1. Failed to show up to my house during a scheduled appointment for work - no show and no communication with me about not being able to make it. I scheduled time off of work, used my paid time off and they refused to come to an agreement on how to amend. 2. Charged my credit card without a signed agreement for services for attic work 3. mislead on my initial contract by Darren, Technician regarding contract and cancellation fees When I escalated my issues to their leadership they were unapologetic and rigid. Look elsewhere.

They did a good job.

Get a service contract. It's like auto pilot, very easy to do.

A little on the expensive side but got the job done.

Chris is my guy and he is great. The company communicates with me before appointments several times. I love these guys!
