Description of Work: Yard workers arrived on time and did a great job. Were efficient and courteous.

Description of Work: They rescheduled due to the weather. They had to fit us in because they couldn't schedule next appointment for a month or two which put us outside of the leaf collection times. The person that was supposed to come didn't. The individual who came was very nice and professional. Unfortunately his blower did not work very well but he ended up raking manually because of the equipment. Nora was very good about calling and trying to find a time to reschedule. She was very professional.

Description of Work: MR. Anderson needed to do the job in to separate sessions which was ok. |However, the deal commented that removal of leaves was included. This was not the case but I have had trouble with the statements on Angie's list that they state removal and on several "deals" this to was not the process. I think Angie's List needs to review such verbage. For me , removal means take off my property.

Description of Work: Provider never contacted us for date/time. We contacted her, were told we would be sent choices for dates/times within 24 hours, still have not received them 4 days later. While I am disappointed with this provider, the Angie's List website has been extremely helpful. Thank you!

Description of Work: This was a deal - $111 for Four Hours of Home/Garage Organizing with a One Hour In-Home Consultation. Had some problems initially in communicating exactly when they were coming - apparently it was a combination of Carson being really busy and the scheduler being without phone and internet service for a week. In any case, Carson and his men were originally scheduled to come in the afternoon but called in the morning and asked if they could come then as they'd had a cancellation. The idea was that Carson does the one hour consultation and his two men do the organizing/cleaning for two hours each. To be quite honest, our garage was such a mess we knew there was no way this would be accomplished in the amount of time allotted. We did go through everything on the actual garage floor and lots of things stacked along one side of the garage during the timeframe. Our intent was to be able to get a car into the garage (it's a 2 1/2 car garage), but we ended up filling about half the floor with things we decided we would put up for sale on Craig's list and my husband's fishing tackle and other fishing related items. We did get rid of about a pickup truck's worth of throwaway stuff (our pickup truck) and we did end up getting about 6 man hours worth of cleaning/organizing out of them - so I feel we got our money's worth. However, we still have some large boxes full of ?? that were put on the top shelf of some of our garage shelves that we can neither reach nor get down (too heavy) - so I recommend that you think about that when you have some strong men putting things away in places that you can't easily reach yourself. Overall, I can't fault Carlton as he tried to get some sense of how we wanted the garage organized, but unfortunately there was just too much there for us to deal with in one visit. But I knew that going into the proposition - I felt like it was worth the money. Carson was going to call me with an estimate to straighten up a spare bedroom and also to schedule a return trip to work on the garage some more, but I never heard from him.

Description of Work: They did a great job on the yard trimming hedges and taking care of very overgrown flower beds. It was difficult scheduling with one canceled appointment, which is the only reason for the one B, but overall a great experience!

Description of Work: Nora and her team member, Jasmin, cleaned the house from top to bottom. Nora paid a lot of attention to the appiliances and the wood flooring downstairs. My house had accumulated a fair amount of dust since it had last been cleaned and the team wiped everything down so we could breathe easier.

Description of Work: Nora and her husband (who cleaned bathrooms and more) cleaned my house and I was very pleased with their work.
