After several tries, we finally agreed on a good date. Carson and his assistant showed up and quickly took care of the work I needed done. Did a great job.

This is good reliable service. We've had him out two times and intend for him to be our man for all future landscape projects.

The guys that came were very nice. The did the work quickly. I am not sure they have an in depth knowledge of plant material. They trimmed some of the shrubs I didn't want trimmed. They also pulled some of my perannals, thinking they were weeds. They did a nice job of cleaning up the yard when they were done.

Carson and his team are the absolute BEST! Mere words cannot express my satisfaction with the level of service I received today. They were on-time. well organized and did a fantastic job on my garage and yard work. They were totally professional and all have a passion for what they do! I look forward to doing business with them in the very near future. I'm so happy with the service they performed today! Can't wait to schedule my next appointment! I am a very satisfied customer, nothing but great things to say about this business.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were good. They cleaned up everything afterwards and they towed the trash away. It was great.I think they didn't know how to trim one specific shrub because it was sort of a weird plant.

I was back and forth a lot with Nora the Cleaning Lady LLC in regard to our communications because they were really busy but they did a good job for what they did. The lines of communication were open, I was there, they did their thing, packed up, and left. I wouldn't use them again because I just needed them one time only to help me get started in a house I haven't lived in for a while.

It went AWFUL! Nora & Carson arrived late, as usual, 9:55AM instead of the set time , by Nora, 8:30-9:30 AM. She had not responded to phone calls by my husband and myself, nor an email in regard to the blind repair/replacement issue, I wasn't even certain that they would come to clean that day. She proposed "her deal" to clean for "free" and pay us the balance of $80.00, in cash. Furniture was not dusted, floors not vacumned or washed ,etc. They did a very,very poor job! I knew that they would not be returning, as Nora had emailed me the day before saying that we were too far away from her(Midlothian). On her way out, Nora or Carson stuffed a wad of 8 paper towels in my master bath toilet, in the drain. Don't ask me why, but I've saved that wad of towels to this day. I even emailed her asking her why she would do such a thing? Needless to say, she never responded! I was not going to report this and just let it go. I went on a family vacation and one of my relatives, a police officer, said that I definitely SHOULD let the public know what she did.

Could not be better - did a great job, friendly, thorough and quick - outstanding results.

They have unaccommodating, multiple scheduling issues, scheduled for today at noon and no one has contacted me.

It turned out very well in fact, we will be hiring the gentleman again in the spring time for work. I would say that they were very friendly, efficient, polite, and they did a very good job!

There was a cancellation due to the extremely wet weather, but that was all right. We rescheduled and the work was completed. I was very pleased with the yard work and will use this service again!

Nora came well prepared and started right in. In addition to cleaning the glass, she wiped down all window trim and did some incidental dusting that she thought necessary. She was meticulous and steady throughout. It took her about four hours to do the 15 windows and two sets of doors. She also cleaned our front storm door, not part of the job, but appreciated. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a thorough and professional housekeeping.

Bought the Big Deal for 4 hours of landscaping. While the provider is shown as Nora Cleaning the company actually doing the work is Conscious Cuts Universal Service. Carson is the owner. I was asked to respond to the deal by email and Carson called within 24 hours. He indicated that he was very busy due to the Big Deal. I was going to be out of town the next week and we agreed on a date for service. He called the morning of the appointment and indicated that he could come earlier than our appointment. That was not convenient for me so we agreed on noon. I received a call at 11:30 that he was on the way and he arrived at 12:15. We walked around the property and discussed what bushes were to be trimmed and how they were to be done. Carson checked with me several times during the work to make sure things were being done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up as they went along and both men worked hard. They actually worked an extra 15 minutes without a request for additional fees. Work was done in a professional manner and I am very satisfied. Would hire him again.

The work was completed as promised and within the special price. The company has a new name Conscious Cuts Universal.

Nora and two others cleaned my house from top to bottom. I am a very particular person and have high standards for "clean". They met my expectations and I was very pleased. Nora and her crew are knowledgeable and professional and considerate and efficient in their work. They have excellent customer service skills and have a wonderful outgoing personality -- very pleasant and seem to be tireless and like what they do! Trust worthiness is a must with me, and I feel very comfortable with them in that respect - in fact, over the top!. Carson assists Nora and he comes with a plus of being an organizer. I look forward to having him clean our garage and organizing the area. . They are certainly keepers and I just hope they can keep me in their schedule...they are a rare find!

Nora has been cleaning for us every other week for months now. She does a fantastic job. Great attention to detail. Nora is very customer-oriented and strives to satisfy her customers. Vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing bathrooms, mopping floors, wiping down kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. Carson even removed some tree limbs that my husband had cut down for us last time they were here. Great job and great people! We are extremely pleased.

The cleaning service has been excellent. We've used a number of cleaning services, and they all seem to start out doing stellar work and then slowly go downhill from there after they gain your confidence. Nora and Carson have been steady and true over time, which we think is the true test of how good a service can be. In the spring, Carson and a couple of his employees did some lawn service and yard work for us. They spread mulch (a good deal of it) and cleaned out our flower and shrub beds. What a great, efficient job they did! I have been impressed with Carson in his willingness to do hard yard work and do it well. He has made our yard look great on several occasions. He's flexible and willing to do the hard stuff. The best part about both Nora the Cleaning Lady and Carson for lawn service is that they do great work, both inside and out with a big smile on their face. They'll be back at our house for both cleaning inside and out, and organizing. Carson is really good at that, too. He organized our outdoor shed. It took him about an hour and next thing you know our shed was usable and we could actually walk in to it and find things. Wow...what a treat! Lawn service, house cleaning and organizing....What else can they do?

Carson and his crew did an outstanding job on several occasions for us in our yard. They spread mulch (hauling it in a wheelbarrow quite a distance and then dumping and spreading out neatly in the beds) and spread organic compost. They also have cleaned up our flower beds and shrub beds and made them look great, as well as a general cleaning of our entire yard. What I appreciate most about Carson is his flexibility and willingness to do most anything in the yard...and he does it with a smile on his face! That's hard to find anywhere. Our yard looks great when he has been there, his prices are reasonable, and we feel good about hiring someone with such a great attitude! You should hire Carson, but only when he's not working for us!

Consultation: Nora showed up and was very professional. She made sure she knew everything we wanted to be cleaned and gave us a fair price. Cleaning: We had a couple scheduling issues, but I know it is something Nora is working h****** improving. Nora and her husband did an excellent job cleaning our home. She took the extra time to clean and dust many areas we neglected the last few months. I appreciate the work she has done so far and I look forward to our next cleaning in a couple weeks. Overall: Nora takes pride in her work and as a result does great work. I am very happy with the services she has provided so far.

Their price was reasonable. I was just a little disappointed. According to the other references that were quoted on Angie’s List that it was a deep cleaning. There were a number of issues that I brought to her attention that were not done. She offered to come back and do another cleaning at a reduced rate. They were supposed to deep clean my house, but it was not according to my standards.

On 3/10 Carson and other worker performed a complete organization of my outdoor shed. Carson's skills at organizing were fantastic again. Everything is in its proper place. On 3/31 Carson came back to install another floor board in my shed but it was raining heavily so that had to be postponed. In place of that, he did a steam clean of my living room, hall and stairway carpets. They haven't looked that nice since I got them. Great job on the steam clean. On 4/7 - Carson and another worker were supposed to come back for a Spring Deep clean of my home and finish installing the shed floorboard. But, no one showed up and no one called. I was very disappointed in the noshow/nocall. I've since hired another organizer and cleaning company.

Nora and her husband were well respected as they promoted the house cleaning business promptly after the inquiry. Their prices were higher that compartable service and the committed work was less, but we agreed to a cleaning program. We soon realized that the compromises we made in the beginning were just the start of less supierior service that we had with another company. My family noticed corners cut after most cleanings. We realized that counters weren't being cleaned, floors weren't being swept, and vacuuming was just around obstacles. Our opinion is that we were charged a full rate and cleaning was not optimal. Quite plainly, the house wasn't clean....some mirrors were washed, some floors were vaccummed, and some counters were wiped, but it wasn't done in full. So we ended-up cleaning after we paid for cleaning. I could not recommend the service, although Nora and her husband seem to be great people. I could recommend another company. ; )
