They came in and they did a great job! We specifically have them in to clean the down stairs of our house. There was three ladies that showed up. They stayed for two hours and they allowed us to tell everything that we needed done. We have all scrub our baseboard and we are trying to prevent having the repaint. They did a fantastic job!

Had date set. Contractor damaged property on which they were working earier in the day and for that reason cancelled my service. I rescheduled for the following week and contractor was a "no show". Wrote to "Angie's List Message Center" regarding the problem and they requested that the vendor contact me to reschedule. This was two weeks ago. Have not heard from the vendor. Too late to do the yard work I paid for. Will be requesting a refund of the bogus "Big Deal" from Angie"s List and/or AMEX.

I paid for the big deal. He never returns my calls. Said his associate will contact me. Never did. Probably the worst scam i delt with. he told me to text his cell. I did but never received reply. So i called. He says he has more than one cell thus did not see my message. Then he says his associate will call me back. That was a month ago. Scam artist. I want my money back!

Excellent work! Windows had not been cleaned in two years.

Nora is the hardest working person I have met. Her cleaning services are top notch and she is always prompt and professional. Additionally, I also use Carson's services for lawn care/yard work. Carson's prices are reasonable and he is always prompt in his communications. He and his team have been great, friendly and professional. We highly recommend Nora and Carson's services!

Once Carson and I made contact, everything went well. He and his crew worked hard and didn't stand around or take breaks. Carson is very friendly and good at explaining what they will do. I did not stay outside with him, as I felt confident that he would get the job done.

AWESOME - moved beds, cleaned ceiling fans and base boards in addition to floors, bathrooms, dusting, etc..., house looked great! Can't wait to have her back!

The company returned my call promptly and was able to schedule a day and time pretty quickly. I was not given a specific time for arrival, just that it would be in the morning, which was fine, but did get a call when they were on their way. When they arrived they were very pleasant, and got to work. They hadn't brought a ladder to trim a large tree/bush in my mulch bed, so we let them use ours. The Big deal was for 4 hours but it took them about 2 and they were off. I think they did an okay job, I still had weeds around the edges of my mulch bed, and I would have liked them to cut the large bush down more than they did. I wouldn't necessarily use them again, because I thought they could have done a more thourogh job, especially with 2 more hours on the clock.

Very well! I will use them again for other services.

Carson is a very nice man. He works hard and wants to please.

I contacted Nora to do a one-time cleaning at my parent's home for my mothers birthday. Even though their home was out of her service area, Nora agreed to do the cleaning since it was a one-time arrangement. She was extremely thorough in her explanation of what she would do and charged exactly what she quoted. She called me on my cell an hour before the appointment time to confirm the address and details which was greatly appreciated. After the cleaning, my mom called to say, "It was OUTSTANDING! Nora exceeded my every expectation. She was timely, professional, thorough and very pleasant. It was a joy to have them in my home. They not only did a great job cleaning, they also have a great eye for detail and decoratively arranged the items they moved in order to clean. I would love to have them back to my home and would not hesitate to recommend them. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 24."

Went well. Carson came with Nora and he was the leader. Explained how the windows flip and various aspect of their construction. The next morning while I was having coffee I looked outside and was surprised as to how clear everything was. They used my vaccum and they had own products and tools for cleaning windows. Carson is a go-getter business person. Customer satisfaction is most important to him and he appears to love working!

Several attempts was made to contact the vendor. Mr. Carson ( The vendor) finally answered and requested contact information (address and phone number) that was text to him per his request. He was supposed to call back to schedule time to do the service but he never did.

Fantastic! I have already scheduled her to come back for whole house cleaning. Very honest, professional, and did a fantastic job!

Miss Nora did a very professional job of cleaning 19 windows as well as the sills, screens, and sides. She worked diligently for approximately seven hours and the result was near perfect. (She only missed some grasses between one set of upper and lower panes and on one side ridge. She also forgot to pull down approximately three screens so that I had to clean the exposed slots before replacing them.) These were minimal chores for me. Even though Miss Nora rescheduled our appointment, she arrived on time on the rescheduled day. She has a pleasant personality, and we discussed various cleaning challenges. She thanked me for raising the mini-blinds and taping back the cords and wands as well as removing the valances and obstacle furniture. (I wanted her to focus on the task at hand without unnecessary frustration.) I appreciated Miss Nora?s work ethic and felt very comfortable having her work in my home.

Carson and the other fellow showed up on time and went right to work on the areas we discussed. The raised beds haven't looked this good in over a year. The pulled weeds were cleaned from the yard and they quietly left. We talked about himself and more crew coming back to do more work but to date I have not heard from him. He did say once that I'm a bit far away from his usual service area. My loss. The only bit of advice I can offer is to be very specific about what plants you want eliminated and what you don't. Without a degree in horticulture it can be difficult to tell the difference between a weed and a stonecrop sedum.

After a little mix with coordinating and scheduling we were able to get on schedule. They arrived on time and provided good service. Bushes were trimmed and flower beds were weeded and cleaned up. They bagged the trimmings and put them by the side of the house. Overall Carson and his team mate did good service.

I have not yet had the work performed but that is NOT Nora's fault - I have had to reschedule a couple of times. BUT she has been very responsive to my needs and quick to find/confirm new dates.

After considerable effort at scheduling, the provider arrived one hour late due to traffic. However, Carson was there to complete the job regardless of time and did an excellent job. He and his colleague worked tirelessly to trim the shrubs in the designated area and pull weeds that were considerably overgrown. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area and I look forward to using this provider again.

Nora quickly responded to my deal purchase. The day of our appointment she discovered she had an earlier time open, but was unable to reach me in time to reschedule for the earlier slot. Subsequently she needed to reschedule for an hour later than we originally set, but she kept me apprised of what time to expect her and alerted me while enroute. She and her team went right to work taking the heavy windows off and cleaning both sides and then reinserting. Although she said these windows weren't the style she expected per the coupon offer, she honored the coupon. One window is stationary and although she typically doesn't wash windows from the outside, her assistant was very accommodating and used my ladder to assure that window was also cleaned. The team was fun, pleasant, courteous and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and even washed the window in the front storm door as they were leaving. Unfortunately the next day I noticed that two of the windows had been reinserted incorrectly and when the sun shone on the windows, several of them were streaked, although they did not appear to be when the sun wasn't shining on them. When I brought this to her attention via a text message to her, she was apologetic and sent her assistant to rectify the situation. All in all, I would recommend Nora, the Cleaning Lady to others and use her services again in the future.

Carson is the most cheerful person I have ever dealt with. He explained why some of the bushes looked pale green and other were ok. I really liked how he explained what he was going to do. Very professional and his work is impeccable. I would have him back in a minute.

It went more than fine. I would recommend him in a minute. I hope to have him back soon.

There needed to be more supervision of the workers. After I walked over the yard with the owner to point out things that needed work, he did not seem to then go over things in detail with his workers. They did an OK job but I am reluctant to recommend them or use them again.

They did a great job. I needed help with weeds that had to be dug out with the roots, they couldn't just be pulled. My big deal provided for 4 hours of weeding and they got a lot of ground covered in that time. They were very careful of my other plants and were nice to work with.

They were on time and did an excellent job and went above and beyond. I will use them again and will possibly hire them to clean my house on a regular basis.
