Maria is a miracle and an angel from heaven. We had an entire house that needed to be organized with a short deadline. We were overwhelmed by the project - Maria was unfazed. She surveyed they challenge, developed a plan, executed it tirelessly and efficiently with charm, full collaboration, no judgement and good humor. My name is Ira Karet. I hired Reston Concierge by interviewing and subsequently hiring the CEO Maria via Home Advisor in November, 2018. Maria is the one of the most knowlegable and helpful contacts I have worked with in business in any industry. My project was exceptionally difficult in terms of cleaning up a home and helping to organize the home of someone with severe ADD and ADHD, as well as medical disabilities. Maria is very well educated and resourceful. She is upbeat and compassionate. She took on this project with zeal and professionalism and ran it to completion without a hitch. She has many contacts in her line of work and she had no hesitation calling upon them to help after consultation with me. She consulted me at every stage. She follows instructions very well and is very responsible in caring that she does things right. I thought her charges for the work were extremely reasonable. She kept in touch with me after the project was complete to make sure I was happy and to see if any followup was needed. This was a great experience.

I do not have enough good words to describe or thank Maria! She took an overwhelming, monumental job and made everything happen with ease ... quickly and with laughter and fun along the way. She always arrived on time, energetic, and in a great, positive mood. She got to work the moment she stepped through the door. A joy to work along side of. After 20 years in the same home and a decision to downsize and move, in a short amount of time, Maria took charge, solved all the problems with great solutions and compassion. Her helpers we're tremendous as well. I was sad to see them go. I would recommend Maria for any task ... Her willingness and enthusiasm has no bounds. Maria has a specific way of doing things. One has to repeat several times that even though it may be a good way for her to do something, does not mean that at the moment would be a good way for everyone else. Have a tendency to start something without finishing and I found this annoying. For example, I was asked what can I do to help. I said please could you help creating big name tags for my paper files with your machine. She agreed. However, when she finished 2 drawers she asked if she could be of a better assistance for her time. I really wanted her to finish tagging the other 2 drawers so at least I would have one job completed without me having to wait until I have the money for buying the same name tag machine that she has. She then started scanning with her printer. Most of the pages scanned into the online system were scanned upside down so it is impossible to read them. I will have to do the scanning all over again.

Maria Ventouris is providing excellent professional help as well as valued personal concern during a very difficult time for me. She is lifting a great burden of worry. After my husband's death I was overwhelmed with paper work, unpaid bills, unfiled papers. Maria organized everything including creating a filing system. She even drafted checks for my signature to pay bills. She also drafted lists of expenditures that I needed for tax filing and other purposes. She worked with me for weeks and was invaluable.
