The cost for the project was a little high, but the quality and everything else about the work was excellent.

Good ideas & good response. Pleasant people to work with. Very helpful in answering questions.

The workers are a bit loud and leave trash around at the end of day, but when the project was finish everything was tidy and neat...one of the neighbors liked and hire Outback Construction... We are satisfied and I will hire Outback Construction anytime...Thank you Mr Wilson...

Craig took care of all the permits, etc. needed for my sunroom/studio & was very helpful in explaining things during the whole process. He went over every detail with me & also put in new windows in the front of the house, & put on a new roof. Though the crew didn't clean up after themselves everyday as I was told; that could have been because Craig couldn't get a "cleaner-upper" (since a lot of people evidently don't want to do that job). But they were very considerate & their work is A+ quality all the way! They were friendly & polite & didn't use profanity when they were here. I LOVE my new sunroom/studio! I'd definitely hire them again.

Very professional , easy to work with , out of four estimates they were not the lowest but , I was happy I chose them.

Craig was able to walk us through the planning, explaining things like building code requirements and offering options we hadn't considered. He took care of getting the required permits, including a wetlands related zoning approval we needed due to a nearby tidal creek. Work started as scheduled and noticeable progress was made each day. Deck turned out beautifully, even better than we had imagined. Best overall experience I have had with a contractor.

Craig Wilson was my salesmen and did an excellent job in helping me decide what I want and needed. I'm sure I gave him a lot of headaches making changes and asking questions but he sure stuck with me and I got exactly what i wanted. The Outback Team were very professional, on time, and worked consistently to finish the project on time. I am just pleased with the whole team on the outcome of my new deck. My neighbors and friends have given me great compliments on my new deck.

They have started my project today, 9/18/09, so I cannot properly rate them at this time. So far I am impressed with todays progress. I will rate them fully when they finish. Well the job was finished yesterday, 9/23/09, and I must say that they did a fantastic job. There was additional work that I requested after they started and they gave me an estimate and did that work along with the original work to be done. The carpenters showed up early each morning and went to work without hesitation. When the job was finished, they cleaned up the grounds around the house. I would hire Outback Construction again.

Craig came out to the house and met with my wife and I to discuss what we wanted in a deck. I had thought that I knew exactly what I wanted; however, Craig offered some very helpful suggestions and developed a beautiful deck plan. He spent over two hours at our home in order to ensure we were happy with the deck plan and options. Once I hired Craig, he scheduled a date for the crew to begin work and they were actually able to begin work earlier than expected. Once they began working, they continued every day, weather permitting, until the deck was completed. The deck is beautiful and the workmanship top notch. Highly recommended.
