Mr Clean Mobile Detailing

The deatailer contacted me right away and was able to get me in. He was busy but got me in within a week. He was prompt to the house and cleaned my car. Again, I just felt it could have been cleaner on the inside. He did help me cover up wax marks on the rubber of my car. I assume it will come back but it looks good for now. My car smelt like a new car. That was awesome. My CRV was very dirty. He was very polite and professional. I just didn't really think I should have to pay an extra $40 for cleaning my leather seats. I did anyhow as my seats were dirty and needed some major upkeep. It was awesome having him come out to the house. Not sure I will do it again as $104 is a bit high for the service. I would probably prefer to drop it at a commercial place for around $35 and get a decent clean more often.

They did pretty good and we were happy with the cars. They sent one person out to do the job. He got the job done in about 4 hours total. The scheduling took a while to get the service setup.

I have used him a couple of times. He is thorough and he did an amazing job but it took a little long. They did a great job and at a great price . They were convenient and you get to be transported to your house.

First of all we are Military and have had several bad experiences in the past with retailers. So choosing one needed research. I fully trust Angies list and chose Mr. Clean. Because there were over 100 reviews, and he has received the super service award for the last 4 years, that told me he was a Professional . We own a 2014 Acadia Denali, worth over $50,000, so any old retailer would not fit our needs. It is now our third detail with Ray, he showed up and promptly got to work. His work is beyond exceptional. His scheduling is hard to book, because he has so many clients. Since he first detailed our car, he has picked up and retained more than five clients just on my street. Usually when he finishes, I immediately book our next detail. Every time he finishes our car, it looks better than when we drove it off the lot! We just returned from a trip to Orlando, and we have two kids, so you can imagine what the car looked like today when he showed up to detail it. The car is perfect, clean inside and out. The only problems my relationship with Ray have incurred are one's I've created. 1. We went to my sons kindergarten graduation, and left the house while he was still detailing the car. He finished and we made arrangements to pay him at my next appointment. 2. I had to reschedule an appointment, and I wrote the wrong day down. He showed up on the day we rescheduled, and my wife had the car he was to detail at work. I was able to wake the boys up, (summertime hours the boys wake up late), and go switch cars. Ray is a complete professional, he prides himself on integrity, credibility, dependability and a genuine concern for others. Be prepared to wait for his work, it took roughly 7 hours for him to detail our car the first time. Don't rush him, some waxes take 30-45 minutes to dry properly. The protectant he applies may take 45 minutes to dry alone. With that being said we will be doing the protectant every 6 months. Thank goodness we had the protectant done, because when we were parked at Disney last week someone parking next to us, swung the drivers door open all ready to go to disney. Their drivers door hit our rear quarter panel and left a 2 inch streak. I was standing right there when it happened and was beyond p*****. I walked over and noticed right away it was paint from the other persons car. I took my thumb, wrapped it in my t-shirt, and with one swipe it came right off, as if it never happened. The quality of his car care products have officially spoken for themselves. A+++

Ray spent over 4 hours making my car over until it looked like it was new. He cleaned it from top to bottom, inside & out. Then he waxed & polished it until it gleamed. Well worth the price. Ray is personable, courteous & professional. Have already signed up to have him perform similar magic on my SUV.

Mr Clean Mobile Detailing was pretty disappointing from the start. He called me the day after I sent him an email requesting his services, but he wasn't able to come out to do the job for three weeks. He said it had to be on a weekend, even though I really would have liked it done during the week so I could have had my Saturday free. After the initial conversation to set up the appointment, I didn't hear from him again until he showed up at my house three weeks later. He had let me know originally that he would be there first thing in the morning. I expected him there around eight a.m, though he never gave me an exact time. He showed up at my house and it was almost as if he were a salesman, bragging about how popular he was with Classic car owners, which he regularly detailed. He asked me where my water was so he could get hooked up. He had never said anything about needing water. I had figured since it was a "mobile" service, he would have the water with him and not need to run it on my water line. He had to leave to go get the portable water line, but it took him more than an hour to come back with water. It wasn’t until after 10:30 until he even started. I wanted my car to be like new and bought this deal as a treat to myself. I had told him I would like the carpets cleaned and the visors cleaned of some residue, which he didn't even attempt. It ended up costing more than the deal I originally purchased, which didn’t save me money at all. Evidently, he didn't even have the right tools to clean my carpets! I never would have bought Big Deal because it wasn’t even a bargain. I would say he did an okay job, but certainly not a super job, and definitely not at a super price. He wasn’t done until 1 o’clock. It completely wrecked my Saturday. Once I got the reservation, it just went downhill. My carpets and visor were my main concerns and those were the ones that were not addressed. I had been expecting such great service because he deals with Classic Cars. Instead I found him to be very undependable and not worth the money I paid.

Ray Taylor, (MR Clean), arrived on schedule and carefully walked me through what he would be doing. He then fulfilled all that I expected and he promised. He saved me "mega bucks" by not having to replace the headlights and made this 2003 Audi look like new. He followed all of that with a post walk around to ensure that I was satisfied

Ray immediately responsed to purchase on Angie's list. However, it was difficult to pin him down on certain day & time. " I'll get to you this weekend" was his response to when can you come. He did call before he came & got right to work. My car was a mess of neglect due to long illness. It started to rain while he was working so he had to cut it short. He knew in advance that we were to get heavy rain that afternoon. He did say he would come back to finish. Ray did say to call him if I wasn't satisfied. Since I was recovering from a recent hospitalization, I did not want to be bothered by him coming again. In my book , he should have completed the job before he left. Ray should have come earlier in the day or changed the day he was coming because of weather. I am usually an attention to detail person. There was still debris in car door hard pockets & obvious he had not even attempted to clean those areas on either door. The cup holder had been cleaned but not the creases. The 4 hub caps had been partially cleaned. The car was an improvement but not up to what I usually do when cleaning my car. I just wanted something completely done to help make me feel like I was making progress in getting things in order again. I am not able to do this job myself.

He did a fantastic job. I am very picky and the truck was beatiful.

It was good. We bought a couple of packages from them and we still have some to redeem. The ones we've done so far has been really good. We had them do some extra work so we paid for the extra work but he didn't charge anything extra. I can't think of anything that I really dislike. He did a really great job. The price was worth it. He was on time.

Great. This is the second time I have used him. He is friendly, attentive, does a fantastic job on my car. Due to the weather we cancelled once or twice but he made a point to keep in touch with me. Even after I told him it was not a big deal. The car is spotless. All I had to do was hand him my keys. He even removed items from the car and brought them to me. I will use him again.

My experience turned out good. He did a great job on the car since my car was filthy. He cleaned the inside and the outside. He showed up on time and did his thing and left.

It was outstanding!! He arrived on time after we set up the appointment in advance. He has excellent customer service and I plan on using him again in the future for a full detail. I have had my SUV for over 12 years, it has over a hundred thousand miles, and he made it look brand new. The headlights look unbelievable. My neighbors were so envious they approached about their cars. I highly recommend him.

I would trust this provider with any make, any model and allow him to give you the opportunity to see what a brand new car looks like, all over again!!

Ray Taylor is fantastic. A very nice person. Extremely so. I had purchased the certificate to have my car washed. He called me within minutes of the purchase to set up a time. But the weather just wouldnt cooperate. I wasnt disturbed but he was concerned so he came out on a Saturday. Stayed for about 2 hours and when he was done - there was not a speck of dirt anywhere on that car - inside or out. I will definitely have him do my car again. I have a new car and do not trust the automatic car washes. If you need a car washed and detailed Ray Taylor is the person to call.

Ray called me promptly, made an appointment to come to my house to clean my car, and arrived on time. He was polite, professional, and did a FANTASTIC job on my 2003 Taurus. He told me to relax and enjoy while he worked on the car. Now, that was a pleasure. :) He spent a full two hours cleaning and detailing my car. He even cleaned and vacuumed the trunk! He cleaned up all of his materials, took extra care not to block my neighbors' driveways, and did it all with a smile. I will definitely use his services again. You won't go wrong with this Big Deal!

I hate when I hire someone to provide me with a service and they have to use my electric and water, and they never give you a discount for the usage. Mr. Taylor: 1. Provided his own water and electric. 2. He allowed me to take my things out my car without complaining or making comment about how it should have been done before he arrived. 3. Mr. Taylor didn?t waste time stopping his job so he could talk. When he started working he didn?t stop. 4. The $32 was well worth the price. I had taken my car to the Bell Car wash and they didn?t do half the work Mr. Taylor did and they charged me twice the price. 5. He has a lot more thing services that he provides, but I just wanted the vacuum and wash. 6. My car looks great.

They were fine and everything was perfect. They got the job done in about an hour. The scheduling was fine and I don’t have any complaints. They were very courteous and informative.

I paid and called to schedule the service for my Yukon. Was told this price did not apply to SUVs but he would do my wife's Highlander. He was to call me back to schedule appointment and never did.

Took him about five hours to complete the job, I''m sure it was way longer than he expected, but he stuck to the original price. I was so satisfied with his work that I had him return to detail my husband's car and I've made an appointment to have my mother's car cleaned as well. Absolutely I would use him again, the experience far exceeded my expectations.

He was adequate, but I was not particularly happy with the response. He went off to run some errands and left my car sitting there half done. However, when he finally got around to it, he did a good job. I used him only because of the BigDeal offer. I wouldn't have used him if I had to pay him the full price.

Very friendly and professional, worked very hard to get the job done.

It was excellent. The guy was wonderful. He was very professional. He had great communication. He came when he was supposed to and he told us what he was doing. He did a wonderful job.
