Great job. My car was very clean afterwards. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and was very nice.

Ray was very thorough in describing the various services that could be performed. He cleaned the interior of the car and conditioned the leather seats in the front row. He thoroughly cleaned all the windows inside and out. He did an excellent job of cleaning and polishing the wheels and dressed the tires. He cleaned the entire car exterior very well including the door jambs and inside the gas tank cover lid. Although I did not have him restore the headlights he did polish them so that they are much less cloudy than before. He took his time with the job and worked on the car for four or more hours. I could not have expected a better job of detailing my eleven year old vehicle.

Arrived on time, after briefly discussed major areas for spot clean up and after that I left him to do what he does. Car was cleaned and vacuumed. Spots cleaned up with green cleaners no damage done to seats. Windows cleaned inside and out as well as the tires. For the price and being able to relax at home and not some smelly shop you can't beat this deal.

I scheduled an appointment with Ray Taylor for detailing my new Subaru Outback. I declined the expensive so-called "protection package" offered by the dealer when I bought my car, but still wanted to make sure that the paint finish and leather interior was preserved and protected. I received excellent service and have absolutely no complaints. He explained exactly what his service consists of, and described the most effective way to maintain the quality of the exterior finish and preserve the interior. For example, he explained how applying certain products can actually damage and accelerate wear. He thoroughly washed the car using filtered water, vacuumed and cleaned the interior, and cleaned and applied treatment to the wheels and tires. He masked off the exterior plastic surfaces, then, he applied two coats of wax and paint sealant to preserve the finish. Then, he applied cleaning and preservative products containing mink oils to the leather seats and all of the leather surfaces. The car ended up spotlessly cleaned and well preserved, and had beautiful, deep shine. He used an extensive array of professional detailing products and equipment, and worked meticulously for about four hours to achieve this result. He appeared to know exactly what he was doing and never suggested any service that wasn't truly needed. I definitely intend to use Ray Taylor again in the future.

Went well. He showed up as scheduled. Worked solidly without wasting time or dawdling. I found him knowledgable and he explained what he was going to do, then did it. I was pleased and would use him again.

I have never met a detailer that is so conscientious about every aspect of the work being done. He made sure that I understood every part of the process of restoring the luster of the car. What a professional! I would absolutely use him again. His level of service and professionalism is far and few between.

Ray suggested that I purchase mats for the floor of the rear seating, as he said that maintaining the carpet is so important. That was helpful. He said that some of the spots I could still see on the car's exterior would be eliminated if I were to get the car waxed. He quoted me a price for that service, if I decide to have him do that at a later time. In general, I was pleased with the service, and felt that the discounted price was about what I felt Ray did for my car. Later, after he'd left, I opened the trunk (which I'd made a point of cleaning out before he came) and noticed he hadn't vacuumed it. That was unusual, especially since he hadn't mentioned to me that he hadn't done it. Perhaps it was an oversight? In any case, that was the only thing I was less than pleased with.

He was good. They come home and you don't have to waste your time moving to the detailing place or sit for hours. He cleans the car when he does the painting. He was thorough and did nothing less than what he was supposed to do and that's all that matter. It was a good offer and the quality of the work was good.

He was very punctual and precise in his detailing of our car. I was impressed to say the least. He took his time and got every nook and cranny cleaned, inside and out. Absolutely will use his services again. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work he did and for the amount of time he spent doing the work.

He had to reschedule due to illness but we eventually got it done. He met me at my work place and performed the detailing in the parking lot. The results were good.

Very friendly, great communications during the entire process. Once the date of service was determined he showed up on time and did a wonderful job. I even received compliments from some friends about how clean my car was. The only warning I can give is to contact him before just buying any deals, depending on the size of your vehicle it may cost a few dollars more, other than that I would recommend him.

He worked in the freezing temperatures to get my car detailed and also past dark! I respect and admire him for his work ethic. He explained everything that he was doing and why. He uses great products and filtered water so that your cars finish is preserved. And I have to say that my leather seats have never looked so good! He was also great at communicating with me as we arranged an appointment. After I purchased the deal on Angies List...he responded within 10 minutes! Ray is a great guy and a real pro! The weather had a big part in getting him here to do the work and this was out of his control. The work he did was excellent. My headlight restore was superb. I would recommend this company to anyone for this action. The only problem was that this was an Angie's Special Deal at $99.00 and I felt that that was even too high. The work was worth having him do it so the price is what it is. I am Happy with the work.

Mr. Clean is the hardest working guy I've ever met. He has all the right equipment to do the job, including a propane heater to warm his hands working in out in the cold. He worked all day on our horribly dirty and grimy van, and it has never looked so good. A total professional. Highly recommended.

Ray is great. He always contacts me within minutes of my purchase. Tells me an approximate time (asks me when I want him to come). Of course weather is always an issue. He is very professional, kind, helpful, funny and just a great person. He does a fantastic job. I cant say enough good stuff about him. I referred a couple of friends to him and they called to thank me and raved about how great he was. I have used him about 8 times (?) and never been disappointed.
