Ray washed, vacuumed, and detailed my car. It looks like new. I am very pleased.

This was the first time I've had my car detailed and was so pleased with the outcome. Mr. Taylor was very prompt in arriving for his appointment, was very professional and friendly, and spent over two hours working on my automobile. My car has never looked so good. I will be contacting him again hopefully about once a month to have it detailed.

Mr. Ray Taylor showed up, on the minute of the appointment, thoroughly explained everything he was about to do to the car, which was also exactly as he explained on the phone, and spent multiple hours here in the heat and humidity detailing the car inside and out. The work was fantastic and the car looked like it was showroom quality inside and out. I was so impressed with the quality and effort and Ray is a perfectionist...if you are not happy, he will make it right! I would not hesitate to recommend him and his service to anyone on or off Angie's list! I will have Ray Taylor back in the near future to work on my spouse's Honda Pilot!!!

I had purchased a coupon for Mr. Clean Mobile Detailing through Angie's List. Mr. Taylor call me as he noticed that I hadn't set up an appointment yet. We agreed on a day and time but he was a no-show. Left him 2 voice mails but no return call. About 5 pm the door bell rang and there was Mr. Taylor, apologizing for his lapse in customer service. I was impressed that he came by the house to apologize as we live south of Pungo in Virginia Beach and it is a long drive from anywhere to the house. We set another date and although he was a bit late getting here, all is forgiven because of the distance to the house. He explained in detail what was involved in the detailing and then offered to clean the upholstery for no extra charge. He worked non stop for nealry 4 hours and the Jeep looks and smells like a new car! I'll definitely use him again to get our cars cleaned.

I am well pleased with work done by Mr. Taylor."owner" of Mr. Clean Mobile Detailing. He arrived on time. Explained exactly what would be done. Plus what could be done. I opted for extensive detailing. My car hasn't looked this good in years !

I purchased the deals on Angies List at the beginning of the month. Mr Taylor was very responsive and attentive to getting out to me to provide the detailing service even on a holiday. He arrived on time, explained what his services, and immediately started working on the first vehicle. He hand-washed the whole outside, cleaned and vacuumed the inside, scrubbed my windows inside & out, and dressed the tires. He did both vehicles in about 3 hours. It was a great experience and we will definitely use him again.

He did a very poor job. The outside was ok, but the inside was not clean at all when I picked it up. The seats were dusty, there were visible fingerprints, the carpet was still dirty, he didn't clean under the seats, and there were streaks of dirt. I paid him, but I was so dissatisfied. It was really, really bad work, and I would never use him again.

He was on time and worked very hard to please me

Great deal for the money and the work. $55 for car detail and wax, $50 to clean den and hallway carpet. Included for free was kitchen tile and entry way tile clean. 3 hours of work for $105.00! Can't beat that. The car looks great, and the carpet clean did an amazing job. Made the entire house smell clean and fresh! Thanks, Ray.

This was my first time having my car detailed. I contacted Mr. Taylor after finding him on Angie's list. After talking to Mr. Taylor on the phone and telling him I wanted EVERYTHING cleaned, he assured me he cleaned everything but the engine. He was very personable and made good on his promises. He worked very hard the entire 3.5 to 4 hours he was here. I felt as though I received "personal" service as opposed to going to a "big business." I would highly recommend Mr. Clean/Ray Taylor. My car looks new!

This gentleman has been in the carpet business for many years and knows the best and most efficient way to do carpets. The cleanliness of the carpets was great when he was done. They smelled and felt like new again. I really enjoyed using him.
