We used Bay to encapsulate our crawl space a few years ago. We were extremely pleased with their work! We also are quite satisfied with their annual maintenance checks! Troy did our most recent annual check and represented everything we like about Bay--friendly, thorough, and professional! We highly recommend them!

When we learned we had a major problem in our crawlspace with mold in our crawl space. We took a couple of estimates and decided on a local company, Bay Crawlspace. We choose a complete encapsulation, with a heavy lining and a dehumidifier. Their price was very reasonable and one third that of the company with the high estimate. Not only did they do an excellent job, but their people are also friendly, courteous, and professional and most important, on time. Kudos to Eric, Troy, Shawn, Matt and Jame for terrific work, as well as the electrical contractor. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Bay Crawlspace.

Bay repaired some structural damage, installed a french drain, and encapsulated our crawl space. Of all the companies that prepared estimates for us, Fred presented us with the most comprehensive and affordable option to address both our short term and long term needs. The foreman Art was amazing! He took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all questions, addressed all concerns and his team did an excellent job. We just has our first termite inspection since they did the work and the tech told us it was "beautiful" and he could not even find a spider web. Our kitchen floor no longer creeks, we no longer have standing water under our home, and the humidity levels have been consistently on the low end of normal. We are very pleased and highly recommend Bay Crawlspace.

My husband and I recently hired Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair and we were very pleased with the company and the work they did. The men were professional and courteous from the time Lenny came out to inspect and give us an estimate, toTroy and Tyler the service crew, and Nathan who did the final inspection. The men arrived on time, informed us what they would be doing, answered any questions we had and when the job was done the clean-up was superb. I must commend the office staff also. I researched several companies before choosing Bay Crawl & Foundation repair. Outstanding people to work with, very professional and courteous. Mike Roland did inspection and recommendations, Alex did a great clean out removing moisture insulation, Mike and the production crew showed up on time, did very good job, attention to details and very professional. Mikki in the office always let you know what your schedule was, call and email, the communication was what you wished all contractors would do. We had Bay come out and assess what I thought was foundation issues. Turns out it was moisture issues, with the underside of the house was totally saturated. Fred G. came out and showed us several solutions and was so helpful in this process. When he left that evening, we felt very confident and comfortable with the encapsulation plan for the crawl space. The following week ( week of 7-20-21) the crew , consisting of Eric, Travis and Derrick showed up as scheduled and performed the work in a professional and timely manner. They cleaned up each day and were absolutely professional in their manners and work. After talking to several other people we know, we realized even more what a good price we received and the customer service, from the engineer, the scheduling manager to the work crew itself , everyone was awesome!! I highly recommend thus company and in addition to all that mentioned previously , another great aspect is that the money spent, stayed in the community, rather than in the pool of some nationwide franchise. From the set up of the sales call and the visit by the sales rep Michael to the prep work done by Seth and Alex, the installation crew Art, Rad and Herman and the punch list items done by Matthew â each and every contact has been professional and courteous. The crews were always on time â if not early â and met with me before beginning any work to make sure I understood what they were going to do and answer any questions. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. From the time Lenny came to provide the estimate to Bradley and Aaron doing the actual repairs underneath my home. All were professional, friendly and answered any questions that I had. The office staff are amazing as well they worked around my schedule to get the work done. After getting several quotes I chose Bay for their pricing and their honesty. Would definitely recommend the company if you are thinking about foundation repairs.

There was now category for it, but Bay added in some extra supports, into my crawl space. Bradley and Aarron came out and ran some additional supports in my crawl space. My floor has a lot less bounce to it now. Both guys were very professional and knocked out the job in a few hours.

Seth and Alex performed annual maintenance on the crawl space dehumidifier and associated condensate pump. This system was installed by Bay Crawl Space & foundation in 2017. As has been since the installation and the follow on annual service visits Seth and Alex performed professionally, were on time, courteous and responsive to my questions. Great company, great job!

We hired this company to initially replace a dehumidifier, but after a thorough inspection and explanation of options of available services and benefits, decided to get our crawlspace encapsulated also. The initial work was done by Art (foreman,) Rod, Jermaine and Sean. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. They answered any questions we had about the process quickly, were punctual, and left the work area cleared of debris. The company performed a final inspection and a couple of issues discovered were corrected promptly by Seth and Troy. Since the final work was performed, weâ ve had no issues with the equipment or the encapsulation. Overall we were pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

I originally had BAY come in when I bought my home in 2019 to perform an evaluation of my crawl space as I knew it needed some work. I got quotes from the big three in my area (JES,VFS,BAY) and found the Bay evaluation, proposal and cost to be the best balance of what I needed. They worked with me to form a plan, which ended up being a partial encapsulation, fungal treatment, leveling, dehumidifier with pump, a 12 mil vaper barrier and sealing around the foundation for my home. The install team of Austin, Matt, Misa and Troy were great along with Beau who did the evaluation. Now, they did have some minor issues to correct, but this was done promptly, without question and very quickly. I've since had them back to do regular checks and it has been Seth and Troy who have recently been under my home. Troy has now become very familiar with what I prefer and has worked hard to make it happen correctly. From the front office staff to the QA provided by their production manager I've been very pleased with the value, quality and customer service. As more things need to be done in my crawl space I will continue to return to them.

Great service all around. From the free estimate to completed service. The estimate was straight forward with ZERO pressure to select them to do the work. Nick, Travis, and Lenny showed up on time and completed the work to my expectations and even made some adjustments to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Very good company.

The company's been great with communication and clarity. Today, Michael Mohr of their concrete/masonry division, came out to cut a hole in the brick of the house for the install of a crawl space entry door. He was professional, direct, and swift with his work. He left no mess and the cut job was clean. I'd definitely recommend his/their work.

I had a positive experience with Bay Crawlspace. Everyone was very polite including the person who answered the phone, the sales rep, and the three installers, Bradley, Troy, and Nate. I was dreading getting the work done, but everyone was able to answer any questions that I had. At the end of one days work, my doors are now able to close fully, and the small cracks in my walls were pushed back together like a puzzle. The work was not at all intrusive as my family was able to go about their normal routines as the work was being carried out. I would definitely recommend Bay Crawlspace.

The points on my 33 year old chimney needed masonry reset. On the day of the project, Lenwood and Gary showed up on time. The service was phenomenal with pictures before/after the repair sent to me. The project was completed after a day and a half, and cleanup was very well done. Lenny advised me to please call back if there were any issues. This company is top notch and highly recommended!

Bay crawlspace encapsulated my crawlspace and installed a French drain, pump, and dehumidifier. The crawlspace is 2,500 square feet and the project was completed as scheduled in about 5 days. The end- result is exactly as they said it would be. It is clean, well lit, and dry. I was very pleased with the crew assigned â  Eric, Aaron, Shawn, and Floyd. They arrived promptly at 8:15 each morning and worked hard all day to get the job completed. They were very personable, kept me informed of the jobâ  s progress, and answered all my questions. After the project was completed a production manager inspected the work, and after 10 days sent a technician out to address some minor concerns and questions I had. I really appreciate Bayâ  s follow-up in this regard. I also want to commend the office staff, all of whom were very professional and accommodating.

Bay Crawlspace was one of 6 quotes to identify and fix the issue of water rising up from the ground into our crawlspace. We were very impressed with Lenny our sales rep right from the start. Bay was able to start nearly a month earlier than anticipated the team was on time... they worked hard and quickly. Each day they cleaned up all the work they preformed that day. The entire project took 3 days as they said. Each day we were given a wrap of the days work, and next steps. Each team member Rad, Jermaine and the foreman Art were so very professional and knowledgeable. I had read reviews on several different platforms before choosing to even call for a quote and I will tell you, they seem to be right on point. My wife and I are both very satisfied with the quality of work that Bay Crawl Space performed on our home. The crawl space was cleaned, incapsulated, and a dehumidifier and drain system were installed. The staff was professional, on time, kept us advised of their work progress and cleaned up daily.
