From Mr. Hendrickson?s inspection, to completion of the work, I have been exceptionally Impressed with Bay Crawl Space. The ladies in the office, MIkki, Christa, and Kristen, were very pleasant and helpful. Troy and Nathan, who removed the old insulation, kept me informed concerning traffic situations and their arrival times. They were always very professional. Eric, Travis, and Payne showed the same considerations, and were very pleasant to work with. Eric was especially adept at keeping me informed daily of the progress on the encapsulation process and installation of dehumidifiers and sump pumps. I am very pleased with Bay Crawl Space, and I highly recommend them!

Bay Crawlspace did a fantastic job on our Crawlspace encapsulation. From start to finish we knew exactly what was going on in the process. This project was for an encapsulation. I cannot stress enough how fantastic this group was to work with. They were professional, punctual, and the job is superb. They took pictures along the way to show me the progress and they always contacted me with updates.

The service with Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair was a very easy process. The salesman, Lenny, was upfront and he recommended to me the services that I needed and didn't need as well so that I won't spend unnecessary money for something that is not needed. The quote that was given to me was a nice good value for the work that was being conducted. It was better than the other quotes I received for the same amount of work from other companies. The guys were very professional, courteous, on time, and kept me in the loop as far as everything that was going on. Every time I called the office or the sell person with question they responded quickly and if they needed more info or had questions about anything, they gave me a call. I definitely would recommend Bay Crawl Space and Foundations to my family and friends.

Each year we have our dehumidifier serviced each year. This year we learned so much about our system that we did not know thanks to Matt and Josh! Even though we have had the service before they thoroughly explained what they were doing and how the system operated! We have always had a pleasant experience with Bay Crawl Space however, Matt and Josh went above and beyond and we appreciate their dedication to the job. In March 2021, I had Bay install encapsulation, a drainage system, and support/lifting jacks in my crawlspace. Every associate I dealt with was very friendly and professional, from the administration Sarah, the advisor Mike Rowland, to the whole team of installers. The quality of their work was impressive and I doubt it can be matched. They showed me pictures of the completed project and they exceeded my expectations. Fast forward to today, I had Bay return to provide my one free jack adjustment to accommodate my flooring installers who recommended I level the floor more. Bay's team of Troy and Nate called before their arrival and were punctual. I knew the type of service I was going to receive and was not disappointed. The service truly feels like you're having your friend come do work for you. Troy made a recommendation for an additional jack that I was happy to accept because of the level of trust I have for the Bay associates. I was happy to be Troy's 1st sell! I look forward to working with Bay again here soon for the installation of the new jack and any future crawlspace needs. It's nice to have peace after having work performed on your home and I rest easy with Bay. Keep up the great work!

Troy and Nate were recently out to do work under our home and they were punctual, polite, professional, and friendly. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and articulated clearly what work they were about to do. Also at that time they inquired if I had any questions. Upon their timely completion of the work they asked again if I had any questions before they left. We would not hesitate to have them do work for us again!

I had my crawl space encapsulated and a dehumidifier installed. I cannot be happier with the work that was done and with the crew that performed this work. It has been over a year ago and I called for a yearly inspection to see how things were working. Troy and Aswan arrived when they were scheduled and took plenty of time inspecting my crawlspace and dehumidifier. These two men were very courteous and went over everything they did during their inspection. They even sweep out a bit of dirt and at the entrance to the crawlspace as they were leaving. This had apparently been left from a previous visit from a pest control visit. A very nice thing to do when it could have just been left as they had found it. I recommend this company based upon my experiences with them.

Iâ m super pleased with the work Bay did us, it made a difference almost immediately. Our service advisor, Beau, did an excellent job of identifying the issues in our crawl and offering reasonably priced solutions. The team they sent out to do the work was awesomeâ ¦Troy and Ashwan were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!

Matt & James came out to perform my annual crawlspace inspection and service my 2 dehumidifiers last week. Once again, they went above and beyond my expectations. I asked if they could check out an area under one of my bathrooms for possible water problem and they did without hesitation. Long story short, there was a previous issue that was resolved and he was able to see and let me know of no further issue. That was greatly appreciated!! He outlined the minor repairs he made to the encapsulation, replaced one of the monitoring devices as it had failed, checked out the sump pump for proper operation, and checked and cleaned the drain field for the sump pump. Both dehumidifiers were serviced and there was a problem with one of the new filters. They told me about the issue, returned to their facility and were back in 40 minutes to resolve issue. They did increase the inspection price a bit much in one year, but their service continues to be excellent from the office to the techs. I highly recommend this company!!

I would recommend this company highly especially they're expertise and reasonable cost. The staff is friendly and strives to keep you informed about the process Michael Scott and Gary worked diligently to complete the project we appreciate they're hard work and we were very happy with the finished product .

Matt and James were incredibly professional. They worked in 98 degrees and were very kind and polite. They installed 3 jacks and it looks great. Matt took the time to explain to me, after working in this heat, what to expect, all with a smile and professionalism! REALLY appreciate Beau for reaching out and providing us a solution to our foundation problem. He was super professional as well. Thank you Bay Foundation! Highly recommend. My wife and I found ourselves in a tough spot with a new build where the weight of the kitchen island was not really taken into account when the foundation was planned. What we discovered was that we needed some experts, and we called all of them. I think my wife got five estimates ranging from $5500 to $18000. We ended up talking to Scott and he walked us through a lot of different options. The thing I liked the most was Bay Foundation Repair wasnâ t interested in selling us stuff we didnâ t need, and beat the competition by a significant margin. On the day the work was done, Troy and Tyler arrived on time, giving us estimates via text as they got closer to our location. Troy introduced himself and Tyler, and then walked me through the work they were doing and what was involved. Once the work was complete Troy and Tyler made sure everything in my garage was as they found it, to include sweeping up all the debris and ensuring the area in the driveway they had worked was clean before they finished. Scott came out to ensure everything was as we expected and then he and Troy came inside and showed me pictures of the work accomplished and walked me through the technical aspects and answered all of the questions I had. I would highly recommend Bray Crawl Space and Foundation Repair. I found them to be reliable, forthcoming, honest and professional.
