We called Bay Crawl Space for an issue with our foundation and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. From the initial estimate to the install everyone was professional and timely. They keep you informed throughout the whole process. We would especially like to thank Alex W, Art and Elgin for the majority of the work they did. They showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner, and communicated their plan for the day upon arrival. They even cleaned up after the job was done. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for similar work to be done on their home!

Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair encapsulated my crawlspace a number of years ago and performs an annual inspection of the encapsulation, which includes maintenance on the dehumidifier. I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the crew that installed the encapsulation and that expertise, professionals, and courtesy was, again, evident when Troy and his partner came out a few days ago to complete this year's annual Inspection and Maintenance visit.

I am very glad that I called Bay Crawl. They did a great job from start to finish. The sales rep, Scottie, even stopped by after the job was finished to make sure that I was happy with what was done. The foundation of my house was not strong which caused cracks and uneven floors. Bay reinforced my foundation with stabilizers at a remarkable price - I would highly recommend.

I give Bay Crawlspace a solid 5 rating for the encapsulation they did at my residence. The workmanship was excellent, the encapsulation system was effective, and the staff were accommodating at all levels. They were excellent communicators and cheerfully handled the few punch list items we had. Most importantly I found Bay Crawlspace to be highly ethical and trustworthy.

We had a sump pump installed in our crawl space that did not fix the problem. Bay Crawl Space and a competitor identified the problem was a faulty design by the original installer. Bay suggested a solution that made more sense that was substantially less expensive than its competitor. The installers, Matt and Josh, did a great job and left our basement cleaner than it was when they started the job. We would recommend Bay Crawl Space if you need any foundation repairs.

Bay Craw Space (Troy and Main) performed my yearly maintenance, changing the battery and filter on the dehumidifier and cleaning the crawl. They were very friendly and professional.

I had Bay put in a dehumidifier and add a modified encapsulation in my crawl space. They recently did a 1 year PM and the system is working great. Both Troy and Josh did a great job and I love being able to see the pictures of the actual work done

This past week, we had to replace about 60 feet of our main sewer line. Since the damaged section was located in our fully encapsulated crawl space, we contacted Michelle at Bay Crawlspace and Foundation Michelle promptly scheduled a team to make the required cut and, based on the projected completion date for the main sewer line repair/replacement, she scheduled a second team to re-tape the encapsulation material. The first team,, James and Josh,, arrived at the scheduled time and, using the template provided by the plumber, made the required cut. Per the plumber, the cut was perfect! Following the main sewer line repair/replacement, the second team, Troy and Josh, arrived to re-tape the encapsulation material and, also swept the entire area that was disrupted during the repair. The before and after pictures Troy and Josh provided speaks volumes for their pride and professionalism! Once again, we were totally impressed with the customer service, professionalism, knowledge , and attention to detail exhibited by every member of the Bay Crawlspace and Foundation Repair team involved in this project. Most strongly recommend Bay Crawlspace and Foundation Repair last year to address your moisture control, water management, and structural issues.

The Installers at Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair Eric, Travis,Floyd and Payne were very professional. They arrived at my home on time introduced themselves and proceeded to suit up an begin the installation. I occasionally heard them talk about measurements but they were quiet and focused and completed the repair in a timely manner. After completion I was asked if I could feel the difference on my floors. I recommend this company

Bay Crawl Space did an excellent job! The Inspection/estimate process was very professional and thorough. The company was very responsive and organized when scheduling the repair process. The repair team (Eric, Travis, Payne and Alex) were very professional, prompt, thorough and made a world of difference in the crawl spaceâ ¦ they even finished ahead of schedule!

We had three quotes because our pump died and noticed water was standing in the crawl space. Other quotes requested that we replace the whole crawl space while Bay came out showed pictures of crawl space and how well the prior services was still in very good condition. Quotes us for the work that was actually needed and explained why. Bay's quote was $18,000 less than the other two companies quotes. Please note that we went with Bay and the work they have done is excellent. I have been in my house for 10 years and I have never seen the pump work so good. Everyone gave us excellent customer services. The sales person was very thorough with his inspection and quote. The onsite manager and workers gave a timeline and was finished early. They also made sure that all areas where very clean. The office customer services made sure we where updated on scheduling. Bay Crawl Space crushed the job. We did a full encapsulation with them and they were professional, on time(in fact moved us up because they were ahead of schedule), communication was amazing and the work was great. I loved the picture updates throughout the job. Highly recommend! Chris 1, Chris 2, Art, Matt and Jermaine all killed the job!

We had our crawl space encapsulated with Bay a year ago. Troy and Nate came on October 1 to do an annual inspection, change the batteries in the humidity sensor and to check the dehumidifier. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and completed their work promptly, and then reviewed their findings with us. Their visit confirmed that we made a good choice to work with them a year ago.

The experience with Bay Crawlspace was extremely pleasant and productive from the front office personnel (Kristy) inthrough inspector (Michael ) and the installation crews (Stefan's and Matt's). There was a slight glitch with the arrangement with the city inspection office not arriving when they originally scheduled but Shawn at Bay kept me well informed of the city delays. The installation was performed quickly, expertly and with constant information transfer to me during the entire process. I would not hesitate at all to recommend them to my friends and neighbours.

A widely advertised company was ready to charge us $35,000 for the correction of the same issues that BAY completed for $8,000 while BAY included a new dehumidifier within the above price! Respectful, hard working folks.
