Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair completed their one-year maintenance on our encapsulation and did a thorough service. They serviced our maintenance pumps, cleaned filters, replaced and sealed a vent, and replaced batteries in the hydra. The team members Josh and Elgin were very friendly and professional, answering any questions I had. Once again, I am happy I went with Bay Crawl Space with my encapsulation and have received compliments of their work from other professionals who have seen their work. I highly recommend them.

I hired a Structural Engineer who told me I did not need all the services they were offering. I went to Bay Crawl Space and they recommended what the Structural Engineer recommended for less than half the cost the other company quoted me. I l really liked the attention to detail by the crew - they cleaned up all the mess and debris from the job. Straight forward, honest, professional, Highly recommend.

We recently had foundational repair work done by the Bay Crawlspace, Foundation and Repair Company this year. After talking with other vendors, who, in our opinion, left us questioning their expertise and honesty, we chose Bay to fix our foundational issues. Their bid came in at less than half the price. Their representative (Dave) came and gave us a true picture of what needed to be done in our home without being pressured. Their communication throughout this process was outstanding. We were especially pleased with the professionalism of their crew leader, Stefan and his team(Ashawn and Floyd). He kept us informed and always left our property swept and clean after every visit. Integrity is hard to find in many contractors, but I can say with confidence, that you can not go wrong choosing them for your foundational needs. We give them a 5 out of 5 stars!!

I noticed the humidity readings for my crawlspace were rising and decided to check it out. The crawlspace floor was covered with water from a hot water line that was leaking. I called Bay Crawlspace who had done a beautiful job encapsulating it about four years ago. Josh and Nick came out and did a wonderful job pumping the water out and cleaning the space up. I highly recommend them for any crawlspace work you may need.

Called Bay Crawl Space Repair to do encapsulation maintenance. Josh called when he was on his way and arrived on time. When he arrived he explained to me what he and David were going to do which was to check that the dehumidifier and sump pump were all working, clean the dehumidifier filter, clean out around the sump pump, replace batteries in the sensor and inspect the crawl space. They found that there was a leak around the crawl space door and fixed it so that if any water leaked thru it would be directed to the drain ditch istead of on top of the plastic. When he finished, everything was working and looked good and gave me the summary of what was done. I was very pleased with their service.

Eric, Travis and Elgin came in and finished the job in 5 days but was supposed to take 6 days! They were respectful, communicative and got the job done right, the first time!! It was a great customer experience!! Fred our engineer and Chris were also excellent in helping getting everything scoped out and moving ahead!!

My estimate went well, Jamie was very thourough and came up with a plan to fix my long standing crawlspace issues. Financing was easy also. Bay came out to address a few concerns I had after initial install (which I was already pleased with) regarding sealing around the crawl perimeter and piers. Matt and David performed work to update the areas of concern. They were extremely efficient and professional for the install. I was provided pictures to keep me updated on their progress. I am very satisfied with the quality of my crawl encapsulation. I would recommend Bay to anyone in the area looking to encapsulate their crawl.
