Great people, service, and work at a reasonable cost. Just had my first annual service. They notified us when they were coming, were on time and did a through look at my crawl space. Mr Eglin again explained how the hydrometer works and reminded us to check the dehumidifier electrical trip switch daily Great company and people. Highly recommend. The cost I quoted is from a year ago. This was my first annual service @ 199.

Absolutely the best!!! It's been a couple years since they encapsulated our crawl space and, even today, they stand behind their work 100%, from the sales person, to the front desk, to the production staff...they set the standard on workmanship and customer service. Neighbor had work done by a company with "three letters" in their name that are the complete opposite. If you're considering crawlspace work, look no further.😄

Inspector Lenny and Job Lead Jim were absolutely Outstanding. Not only did Bay Crawl Space save me $8k when compared to the initial quote I received from another company but they explained in detail was was needed and what wasn't. I wanted the repair to be scheduled and completed quickly as I was going to be leaving town and the folks at Bay Crawl Space had my repair scheduled and completed within 1.5 weeks from the time of the inspection. Bay was the 3rd contractor we had look under our house and we were immediately impressed by the straight answers and forthright honest advice our advisor David gave regarding our issues and how they should be addressed. Bay is #1 on our list for a reliable, trustworthy firm to provide us foundation services. This is the second time we have used Bay and we have been very happy both times. Their entire staff is easy to work with, reasonable, and they do the job well. They helped us fix some foundation issues/cracks with our house several years ago and we continue to be happy with the work. We had our encapsulated crawl space inspected by Matt and Troy from Bay Crawl Space and Foundation. They arrived on time, were very respectful, explained what they were going to do, did an in depth inspection to include servicing the sump pumps and dehumidifier, and afterwards took the time to sit with us and explain their findings. We are very pleased with Bay Crawl Space and especially the team of Matt and Troy. WELL DONE!!!

BAY personnel today completed a crawlspace encapsulation at my home. Kudos to both crews who completed this work for a job well done! Troy and David made quick work - less than a day - of a very messy removal of rodent damaged insulation. Stefan, Floyd and Alex W did a stellar job with the encapsulation itself. All of these BAY employees were very professional, friendly, and diligent - pushing to complete the entire job in just 4 days. Highly recommend BAY and their high caliber team!

Renovating the master bathroom required us to have added support under the floor. Unfortunately this came as both a surprise to us, and of course, needed at the last minute! We contacted Bay Crawl space and they had David H. onsite the next day day checking out the situation. We were told we would need an 8ft steel I beam and a couple of support jacks in the crawl space. Only a week or so later we were on their schedule and Josh and Troy came out to do the work. First, they called ahead to let us know when they would be onsite. Then they arrived looking professional in clean khaki pants and company shirts. A good start! They introduced themselves and then explained in detail what they would be doing and how they would be doing it. Then they got to work. They were also going to replace a beam for me at the back of the house with some previous damage. All total, the work took about six hours or so. When complete they gave me plenty of photos of the work done in the crawl space and then took the time to explain what they had done, etc. They even gave instructions on how to contact the company if I needed them to come back to adjust the work. From the start when meeting with Beau to go over the quote to scheduling the work, everyone at the office were quick, efficient, courteous and very informative on the work they did. We hit small delays but Scott was quick, efficient, courteous and very informative on the work they did. Would recommend Bay Crawlspace for any type of work to anyone.

From the start I was very satisfied. One example is that I was called both days when Stefan, Floyd, and Alex were on the way. They were polite, courteous, and very professional. As was Dave, who was there on the first day. The end result was very pleasing and obviously a huge improvement. I only wish that this crew had previously done work on my house.

I want to share my amazing experience with the encapsulation of my crawl space with Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair. It starts with the attentive communication and coordination of their estimator Fred G. that surveyed and evaluated my crawl space. He gave the most time and consideration over the five other contractors that came out. He provided details on the products to be used and the most comprehensive treatment for my needs. The coordination and coordination from Mikki, Christi and Allison with their office administration of was on point and appreciated. There field production team called when they where about 30 minutes away. Definitely request Eric's team that included Travis, Jallen and Payne. They where respectful, well prepared and professional. My project also included foundation stabilization jacks to support the weight of a future kitchen island and support the span of my floor beams to prevent my floors from sinking under the additional weight. Great service, value and employee knowledge! Bay installed jacks to stabilize and raise some sagging floors at our 120 year old home. We had 3 estimates and Bay was our #1 choice in every measure! From the first call to schedule, and Beau's visit to develop the plan and provide an estimate, Bay proved to be responsive, flexible and professional. The technicians who installed the units were great!
