I received 3 different quotes and while Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair were not the cheapest they were not the most expensive. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and all of the staff was amazing!!

Great service by the Bay Crawl Space Team, Eric, Travis, Floyd and Chris. While this type of work on your home is expensive, Bay was reasonably priced. Get quotes from other competitors and understand the work to be performed and tailor the work to the conditions of your home. Monitor your home and get an assessment earlier than later to minimize repairs and cost.

I have been doing with this company for the last 2 years. The technicians that have been to my home professional, personable and knowledge. The prices are reasonable compared to other companies. If you are having Crawlspace or foundation issues I highly recommend contacting Bay.

This review is for the annual service rendered by Bay Crawl Space for the dehumidifier they installed about two years ago. Team of two -- Josh and Darrick -- were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did they service the dehumidifier, but they also repaired minor issues with the encapsulation where a plumber may have been a little clumsy when working under the house this past summer. They took pictures and answered questions. We highly recommend this company.

Scott, James and Art with BayCrawl Space and Repair came out to my house in Hampton on December 15, 2022 and was on time. They where very polite, and walked me through what to expect to remove and replace the Beam Board that runs along a section of my back deck at the top of my crawlspace. They walked me through what to expect and the time to complete the work. They are reasonable and easy to work with. I am a repeat customer and this time I found hidden termite and water damage to my Beam Board while attempting to retore my deck at the back of my house. Scott crawled under my house and inspected the damage area and gave a very accurate representation of work that needed to be done. I am glade to found a great company that I can trust. Being new to Virginia, and expecting to invest in other properties in the future, we called two other companies to get their evaluation(s). One of the other two did not want the work and told me to have a nice day, the other company quoted work that did not need to be done and attempted to evoke fear to the extent of damage to our property. Glade I already sided with Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair. You can trust the team at Bay Crawl Space, they have the experience and knowlege to be a trusted partner in your home maintance needs. Definately give them a call and have them walk through what their inspection found and concider doing it yearly for cheap insurance to prevent bigger problems. Our kitchen island was literally sinking into our floor due to the weight of the dual layer quartz countertop. We called Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair. Fred came out and inspected our crawl space and determined that the island’s weight was too much for the floor joists to support. I just had my annual maintenance completed by Josh and Darrick, who were professional, efficient, courteous and dedicated to my satisfaction. I had my crawl space encapsulated about a year ago and found the whole process very interesting. The entire team exhibited the same characteristics as Josh and Darrick. When I had an issue with the dehumidifier after about 6 months, Bay replaced it very quickly. A total first class operation. Thanks!

Adian is top notch in his profession. Although we had an initial service plan he pointed out additional things to consider while his team Jermaine and Chris were onsite. It wasn’t a scheme at all, we’ve lived in our house now for over twenty years and the foundation is finally solid. When walking through the house no more hollow sounds. I was having issues with moisture in my crawl space. Bay Crawl Space and Foundation Repair provided me an estimate and I agreed to have them seal my vents and install a dehumidifier. Since installation, 2 years ago, I no longer have any moisture issues. A recent check of my system revealed all is properly working and everything is looking great. Well done!
