I am very please with the quality of work and professionalism of the crew. They communicated before the appointment and during the work with explanations and updates. The crew were very careful to clean up after the job as well. I could not ask for better service. I would like to recognize Elgin, the crew leader and Travis, Cedric, and Alex. Rob the field supervisor came by to ensure all was well and answer any questions also. All in all a very good experience.

Every person I dealt with from Kristen in the office, including David with the initial visit, and Josh along with electrician Vincent, for the actual dehumidifier installation, were very informative. Their communication skills are top notch!

Bay Crawl Space was great to work with. From the start to finish everything went smoothly. From Fred giving us quote, Kacey doing the fungal treatment to Chris W. and his crew (Trixten, Darrick, DeLeon, & Art) completing our encapsulation. Everyone was very friendly and did a great job. I noticed a difference immediately that the musty smell was gone and also the humidity in my home. Each day Chris made sure I knew what they were working on and at the end of the day he gave me an update. I am very pleased and would call them again if I need more work done.

I just had my annual inspection a year after the dehumidifiers had been replaced and all is good. Josh was very professional, polite and took great pics for me to see that all is well. He cleaned up, reinstalled the crawl space door and gave me a thorough report of my crawlspace. I continue to be very pleased with this company and highly recommend them for crawlspace issues. i have been using them for 7 years now. You will not go wrong using Bay!!

Bay Crawl Space has been the best company to hire. I have received the best customer service from the very beginning. We received a schedule of work and it was followed precisely. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves, even when the took a break for lunch. Adian, Aaron, Jermaine and Elgin were the young men working at our home and they were very respectful and deserve bonuses for the work performed. Very happy with this company and would recommend to anyone.

Second job I've had done in my crawlspaces by Bay; this one included two dehumidifier installations and a couple additional electrical circuits. Matt and Payne were great to work with during the install -- they happily answered my many questions and were quick and comprehensive in their work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bay to friends and family. Electricians were great to work with too (Vincent and Dalton), as well as the office and admin staff.

After getting several estimates, we contracted with BAY to repair some damaged wood and replace other sections damaged by moisture. We also decided to have personnel install a French drain with sump pump. The crawlspace remains dry. We're happy with process from answering questions to scheduling to getting the work done with no delays.

Bay Crawl Space incapsulated our crawl space in 2021. They did an excellent job in clearing out old insulation and debris, encapsulation and side-wall insulation, dehumidifier system install, cutting a new crawl space entry and cleanup. They were very efficient, professional and friendly. Josh recently came out for an annual maintenance service and did an outstanding job. We feel the crawl space will remain a healthy environment for years to come.

Bay Crawl Space encapsulated our crawl space two years ago and we are so happy with the results. We used to have terrible cupping of our hardwood floors. Ever since, even with the extreme heat and humidity, we have had ZERO cupping. Josh performed our annual service visit last week. He called to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time, and was very courteous. Josh explained what he was doing and sent us pictures of how the crawl space looks. Great company. Great service. Bay Crawl Space just completed my annual inspection. Kristen was amazing to work with on scheduling and telling me what to expect. In addition, Josh did an outstanding job ensuring all the vent covers were properly secure and repairing some damage that occurred after so plumbing work. Josh ensured I received photographs of all the work completed. We consistently get professional service from Bay Crawl Space.

We had BAY Crawl Space and Foundation Repair do a partial encapsulation of our crawl space. We were impressed with their attention to detail and sticking to the proposed schedule. Communication, including daily planned efforts and periodic updates, was excellent. The crew (Adian, Marquay, Gary, and Eli) were friendly and did an outstanding job of cleaning up. And finally, system operation and maintenance were thoroughly explained. We highly recommend them.

Bay insulated our crawlspace and stabilized an overspanned joist. The work was well done, fairly priced, and the annual maintenance done by Matt & Payne was thorough. Both fellows were helpful and clearly explained the work, status and what to keep an eye out for.

I recently had a dehumidifier put in my crawl space. I was able to get the appointment quickly and they keep me up to date with the progress with pictures.

I was having an clean and inspect done on my encapsulated crawl space. Matt & Payne were my service technicians. Both were professional and courteous. They were able to make it out earlier than expected and called prior to make sure it was ok. Upon arrival they even helped me move a couple of items from Infront of the crawl access after I told them I recently had back surgery. Then put it back before they left. Service render was quick and precise. Asked if I had any questions before starting and once they were finished. Re-Explained how my humidity/temp sensor worked. Over all my experience with Bay these last 4 years has been phenomenal. Thank you.

Bay Crawl Space Repair did a great job in our crawl space. One of the things I liked best was they came to the house, shared a quote and quietly left us alone to make decisions - no pressure. Once we made our decision to move forward they were right on it, keeping us posted every step of the way. I would like to say this team was amazing. Team members Eric, Christ A, and Dean were on point and professional. In all my years I have never had a company that was punctual; knowledgeable and friendly. They promise the job would be completed in three (3) days, and even during the rain and storm they stay positive. The other team that dug the holes in preparation for the jacks, metal beams, and plates did a great job preparing for stabilization. Bay Foundation did a great job. They didn't try to convince you of services not needed, but what was required. It was costly but needed.
