When I went in to the store to look for the carpet, I believe he's the owner, I can't remember his name though, he's very friendly and he walked me through the steps and basic carpet selection and what to look for. Eastern Floor Covering came out right away and did an estimate for me, called me back the same day with the complete estimate. I went in again to see what he had chosen for me as a carpet selection. I chose an upgrade from what he had chose but once I chose a different carpet, he found something that would be a little more in my price range because it was kind of expensive and he explained to me the policy of the carpet, the features and all of that which was very good. The installation guy were good. There were 5 guys who were in and out of here. They did it very quickly, it probably took them no more than 3 hours to pull up carpet, remove it and replace all my carpet. The only downside if they kind of left a mess because I didn't realize that I had to remove things from my closet floors. Other than that, I love their services and I will purchase from them again. I really like the guy who helped in the store, how helpful he was.

Workers were on time, very professional, and left the room very clean after moving furniture back. Company's price was $200 less than a competitor. I am very pleased.

The sales staff was so helpful with showing me larger full room pictures of flooring - made my choice easier. Installer, Neale, showed up on time, installed in a 2nd floor condo in the rain with no problems at all. I was overly impressed that they ate lunch in my L room, from noon and were back to work 20-25 minutes later. No disappearing for a 2 hour lunch break! Perfect gentlemen the whole time.

We had to have the carpet bound, was given a time frame to complete and the job was completed on time and as promised. They called to inform us that our choice was on backorder at the distributor and and when we could expect it and it still met the original promised date. We had a couple of other flooring issues that we discussed with Chip and he asked if he could stop by and take a look on his way home. He showed up as promised and said he could help us out, came back on Saturday on his own time and fixed the problem and at no charge. We had not used Eastern Floor Covering before but they will be our go to guys in the future. They are helpful, not pushy and a pleasure to do business with.

The men arrived early and did a good job of removing and replacing carpet. I would have preferred to have a smaller team instead of 6 men for one room and hallway.

Great. The entire tub was completed in less than 5 hours. It was a rainy day and they worked crew was careful not to soil the carpet or other floors. Very efficient and polite installers!

They were very good to work with. We enjoyed them very much. They hire an outside company to do the installation, and that service also went well.

I had an idea what I wanted in my bathroom to replace small floor tiles that were cracking. I discussed my ideas with Steve at Eastern Floor covering and he was able to give me several good options for the tile and let me take samples home. Once I decided on the tile, we discussed price options which were dependent on how the floor was laid out. He was very helpful in the design process. We set up a date for the installation and I was thrilled how quickly the whole project came together. What a difference a modern floor makes!

I needed some area rugs for a sunroom and couldn't find exactly what I wanted. Christy at Easter Floor Covering suggested that I select a carpet from their large selection and they would bind the carpet for me. As a result, I got exactly what I wanted at a cheaper price that I could have purchased from a catalog. Great experience!

Chip was courteous & professional. Explained options well. Though not the least expensive bidden out of 6. I felt most comfortable with Eastern. Installation was excellent & swift.

Were actually too efficient. Beat me to the property, as I wanted to move items out of the way, they moved them for me for no additional charge. Awesome install too!

They did a nice job. We had no complaints. We did not have to call them back. There were no adjustments to be made. They did the job, and when they left, the job was done to our satisfaction. It was very simple. It was probably the way it should be instead of iterating back and forth to fix this, come back and fix that; it was none of that. We were pretty pleased.

Tile came in and was installed on time. They recommended special gout which was expensive but now I see it was well worth the extra money. Easy cleaning, non staining!

We were on a tight schedule to get most of the house recarpeted between closing on the house and the moving truck arriving. The crew got right to work and even came early the next day to finish before movers arrived. Chip was very knowledable and helpful on sales end, scheduling was easy and installers were professional and did an amazing job! Thank you so much!!!

We had purchased the carpet from them to replace the old carpet in my kitchen and dining room. They came out on time and removed all the carpet quickly. They did haul away all of my old materials and did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. They only problem with the job was that nails were sticking up. I was very happy with the product and installation as a whole.

They were very fast workers. The carpet was really beautiful when they were done. The corners and wall liner were great. I couldn't see any seams or tacks. The carpet was very smooth without any ripples. They were very friendly and respectful. They did a good job cleaning up everything when they were done.

I had used Eastern Flooring before so I already knew that they were reliable. The crew that did the installation was friendly and I felt at ease with them in my home. There are no seams showing, no tacks showing and it looks beautiful. I am real satisfied with the job that they did. They are honest and dependable.

It's very pretty and they cleaned up very well and left me the big pieces. When I went to the store to pick out the carpet, the salesman was so nice and helpful. The price included the cost of the carpet and installation, which I thought was expensive, but nice.

The work was poor and they left a seam in the middle of the room and also in front of the focal point in the room with the fireplace. The price was right, and I will not replace the carpet. I didn t like the group that came to do the job; I felt they were a very unprofessional group.
