Rich was very polite and replaced all the toilet tank parts in my master bathroom and in a very short amount of time. The project was top notch. They were the only company who made the effort to troubleshoot the hot water heater problem before making a recommendation's to either repair or replace. They let us know what was going on and were very knowledgeable. They called to let us know when they were coming, showed up as scheduled, finished the project in a timely manner, and the final project turned out great! Chris from Merrimac did an amazing job in my project. He gave me an overview of how my heating system worked, then he diagnosed the problem, and he stayed to ensure it was working properly after he completed the work. Afterwards, he contacted my home warranty company twice to speak with the technical department to help process my reimbursement. Chris went above and beyond his duties to provide me with outstanding services. I will definitely be contacting Merrimac Services for all of my HVAC needs even without my home warranty.

Was on time. Clean and organized service vehicle. Technician was a Master Plumber. Tech was careful in the house and was very clean. He explained what he was going to do. Excellent Service! They came when I couldn't get a hold of the company our Home Warranty hired. They were very reasonably priced compared to the other company. He explained everything in detail and was able to do a complete water heater install SAME day. We were very impressed. We ended up hiring them for our HVAC repair too.

Our repairman worked diligently to correct our issue which was smelly water. Once we determined it couldn’t be fixed by replacing the anode rod, we opted to replace the water heater and put in the new anode rod. He ordered the water heater, delivered it, replaced the anode rod and installed the new hot water heater. He took the old water heater away. He was mindful of our home and took measures to insure he didn’t damage anything and cleaned up once he was done.
