They're very honest. They're never going to screw you over, they will get you in when they say they can, and sometimes, if things go wrong, they will be there to back you up. I would tell others that the work they have done for me is excellent. I would trust these guys to cook my dinner and walk my dog. They care about their customers. It's old community style, they do a good job for the people they serve.

Ricks is by far the best repair shop I have ever used. There have been times when I have taking my car in and thought I may have a serious problem and Rick has fixed the problem for very little cost. I would not use another mechanic.

We took our vehicle to Rick's for the "Check Engine" light being on over a month and a half ago. He said it brought up several codes, but he said he would not be able to get to it for a couple of days, so we came and picked it up to take it home. When driving it the next day, the light went off, so we called Rick's and he said if the light was not on, he could not do anything. Well, about 2 weeks later, it came on again. We took it back to him and he called us back and read off a list of things, $470.00 worth of work, he needed to do. We told him we just wanted to know what work needed to be done to solve the problem causing the "Check Engine" light to come on, that we were trying to sell the vehicle and wanted to fix what was causing the light to come on. He told us there would be $350.00 worth of work to solve the problem causing the light to come on. So, three weeks later, the light comes back on again. We took it back to Rick's and he tells us that the extra $135.00 worth of work he wanted to do before, which he claimed was not needed to solve the "Check Engine" light problem now needed to be done. We asked would this take of the problem, and they said it would. Well, that was last Wednesday, it was supposedly fixed after the $485.00 worth of repairs being done, but low and behold, three days later on Saturday the light comes back on again. He has gotten our money, and we still have the same problem and we are really tired of dealing with him, since it is obvious he cannot or doesn't want to fix the problem, just take our money. Now we will have to go elsewhere to get the problem fixed, since we definitely do not want to deal with Rick's anymore.

Rick Watts and Rick Crabtree are both professional and honest. When looking for car service both of these are sometimes hard to find. Rick's does not try to oversell you on anything and are completely upfront and honest. I trust them with all of my automotive needs.

I had used Rick's Tire and Auto before for several other maintenance items on my family's vehicles. The clutch on my 1990 Nissan Pickup was slipping badly. Rick had his technician road test the vehicle, and agreed that the clutch was worn out and needed to be replaced. He gave me an estimate, and scheduled a time when the work would be done. He called on the day it was ready and I picked it up. Rick told me that once they got the clutch apart that they could see that the brass throw out bearing was badly worn along with the clutch disc. He had used an upgraded hardened steel throw out bearing that came with the clutch kit. The truck now drives much better. We have almost 200K on this vehicle and it keeps on going. Rick's price for the parts and labor was a couple hundred dollars less than the other quotes I had gotten. Very satisified with the service.

We use Rick's (there are 2 Rick's - both very knowledgeable) for all of our auto service. They are friendly, do a good job and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

They got me in for the tire install without a fuss and I was out of there in about 1hour and 5 minutes. Rick's Tire and Auto is a great shop to know about. I will certainly use them again.

Dropped off my car for service as both front brakes were dragging.
Rick's replaced the calipers, brake lines, discs, and bled the brakes.
The price seemed fair to me for the amount of work that was done. The
car was delivered on time and was fixed right the first time. I
appreciate that they offered to reuse what parts they could, including
the discs, to save money, but we settled on new parts given the age of
what was on there. I will be coming back next time my car needs repairs
or just routine service. I appreciated being kept informed throughout the process.

Rick's Tire And Auto does good work. They're very personable and they seem to do a real good job. We're really happy with them. We've brought our vehicles to them in the past. They charge less than other people that we've dealt with. They're very fair on the prices. When they say they're going to do it, they do the job and finish it. They're very honest at what they do. They're very good people.

Ordered tires from TireRack and had them delivered directly to Ricks. They called to schedule an appointment. Dropped off the truck in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Very professional service. Absolutely no problems. Quality work. Rick told me they replaced the stems with steel stems to support my 10 ply tires. I didn't know that rubber stems were too weak. Even though my job was simple, they treated me like any other customer. Not rushed and very pleasant to speak with. I'm so glad I found someone honest. I'll take all of my future work to them.
