Sloppy unsatisfactory job. Tar smeared and splashed on garage door, flagstone entryway, garage floor, and the brick of my home.

The installer was very busy and he did not get back to me after we agreed on a price. I called him and he texted back that he would do it in the early afternoon. He arrived at 1500 and said that he could not complete the job that day and came back the next morning. He did a very good job of laying down the Black Jack sealer.

I was promised by owner Wayne Houston there would be no drainage problems at the front of my house and level area suitable to place a pre-fab building. I have Ice in winter and water standing in summer at my front door and a two foot slope on a supposedly level area. Also have sinkholes in pavement and ruts across yard. READ THEIR CONTRACT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING THEIR OFFER. THEIR CONTRACT OFFERS VIRTUALLY NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND HAS MANY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS.
