F.H. Furr Plumbing Heating AC & Electrical

This was part of my service contract annual furnace check up. Chris is a brat technician who is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

FH Furr's electrician ("Lloyd") very quickly diagnosed the issue (a bad electrical plug) and recommended the most cost effective option. I decided to also replace another nearby plug. He went the extra mile and fixed wiring that a non-Furr plumber had left dangling around the garbage disposal unit. Lloyd was extremely amiable, professional, and instructive. I felt as if he really understood our issues. I'd have FH Furr back in a heartbeat and specifically this electrician.

Very well, Lloyd was pleasant and very expedient. The upgrades he recommended were well worth it and I'm happy with the work.

I was very impressed by F.H. Furr and the plumber, Christopher, who serviced my property. He was very professional and did a good job of explaining the repairs that needed to be done and why. He went the extra step and checked other pipes, toilets, and appliances in the house to ensure that all were working correctly and were not in need of repair. He also provided advice on maintenance of pipes and the new hot water heater. F.H. Furr's schedulers are very responsive and even sent a text message ahead of the appointment with the estimated arrival time of the plumber.

Went ok. Very expensive!. Don’t think I really needed a new water heater. The plumber was on time and very courteous.

Shaun D. Identified the cause of the problem fairly quickly, even though it was not immediately obvious. He then fixed the seals and provided advice on mold prevention in the affected area. Was courteous and professional throughout.

Work was thorough, well explained. Very pleased with the results.

Excellent, Brandon quickly diagnosed the problem and provided multiple solutions. I feel like the recommended solution of having individual GFCI outlets at each location is safer and more convenient. He gave good advice on some other potential issues and overall was very knowledgeable and professional. I'd definitely use F. H. Furr and Brandon in particular for any future electrical work.

This is a condo I rent out. Everything appeared to go well with replacing the section of pipe. The repairman was easy to talk to over the phone and knowledgeable. My issue is with the company itself. They failed to apply the discount that they advertised at that time for Angie’s List members. I have contacted them several times. I have also emailed Angie’s List customer service. It’s been over one year, but I still have not been reimbursed for the discount.

I had originally scheduled the installation of a new system (heat pump and air handler unit) for December 28. Unfortunately, the old system died the morning of December 22. Called F.H. Furr right away and in response to my situation an install team composed of Randy B. and Chris was dispatched to my home on December 23 to install the new system. Randy and Chris arrived at 8:15 AM, surveyed the job, removed the old equipment, installed and tested the new heat pump and air handler unit, provided an operational overview of the installed equipment and new thermostat, and departed by 1:15 PM. The techs were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and I would welcome them back in the future.

The sales and installation went pretty smoothly. There was a small hiccup with the fittings - there was a minor leak but came the next day and took care of it. Pretty happy with the overall service.

Team was excellent in providing proper diagnosis and repair recommendations. Team provided timely service. Team was straight-forward in issues found, which made me feel more comfortable with their recommendations. I would hire this company in the future.
