ONNY did an excellent job of explaining and showing me what needed to be done and then offered me options for fixing things.

Michael did a really nice job. He took a good amount of time to explain to me the issues with my specific townhouse, and he laid out a number of options to deal with any future problems. I felt he was knowledgeable, diligent, and honest. FH Furr is my go to contractor for my rental property issues.

Tech showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He wore shoe covers and documented everything he did and gave me a report at the end. Spent over 2 hours at my home doing system checks on both my HVAC systems.

Very poor scheduling and initial staffing- 1st technician had little or no knowledge and experience with gas heat boiler radiator systems. Furr did not allow enough time on 1st visit so it had to rescheduled. For second visit, customer service gave me morning time but that was never communicated to dispatch so visit was postponed to late afternoon. 2nd technician was competent, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Zero stars for Furr scheduling and initial staffing. Two stars for Furr scheduling and staffing corrections 5 stars for 2nd technician.

Perfect. Adriel champagnie was excellent

ADRIEL the service technician came and worked on our HVAC system. Adriel was able to explain the situation and answer all of our questions. He prioritized what items we should do first. Adriel was very professional and cleaned up after himself.

Vlad was on-time, knowledgeable, efficient and cheerful ~ excellent

Devante Thomas was my service tech to assess and fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He was kind, polite and professional. He assessed the issue and provided the price for FH Furr to complete the work. It was very expensive and I’m the end I declined the work. It had nothing to do with my service tech but rather the $330 charge. It was not what I expectedz

We scheduled and HCAV check up and it took about 2 weeks. Not a problem. However when the day came, no one showed up. They had called the night before to confirm. Didn’t matter, no one showed up. Called repeatedly and they finally answered the phone. Rescheduled for today. We were to be “the first appointment of the day.” Confirmed the night before. No one showed up. Called 4 times before getting the dispatcher who said the guy called in sick today. Called to cancel my “membership” and was offered a coupon for further service. Seriously? I said no. She transferred me to the Membership department and guess what? No answer. This place is fraudulent. Next call is to Better Business Bireau.

Took three visits as coordination with water utility required to shut water off at curb. Work started by one plumber completed by another. Sink disposal repair only temporarily successful, but not their fault.

Jayce was professional, very neat, repaired a difficult to access plumbing valve connection, and explained everything to the 99 year old home owner who was like us, very pleased with his work.

Customer service was excellent. They were able to get a plumber to my house by the next day. They resolved my major problems (MAJOR flooding under kitchen sink, corroded whole house water shut off valve in a difficult location) for a reasonable price.

Service rep JD, showed up promptly at designated time. He proceeded to perform a complete check of the heating system. All was done in a professional manner.

Bryon Lucas was extremely polite, very professional, and quite knowledgeable. Byron explained all our options quite clearly. Bryon worked expeditiously and clearly explained the process as he went along. We would definitely call FH Furr for any future needs.

Randy Cook came out to do a routine maintenance inspection as part of our service agreement with FH Furr. I thought it would be a quick "yup, your water runs and your drains drain" kinda thing, but Randy was extremely detailed in his inspection and checked the sump pump, water quality, faucets and spickets (including pressure relief valves and aerators), water softener, water heater, reverse osmosis system, toilets, showers, bathtubs, & flow rates. In addition, Randy was great company with awesome conversation. I asked Randy to complete a quote for me to install a sink in the garage because of his attention to detail. Thank you, Randy! You are an awesome dude!!

Service advisor, Ty was punctual, communicated clearly and performed a thorough check of plumbing system.

The technician detected mold in my HVAC unit and recommended installing a UV Light source and also recommended installing a surge protector. It was nice having someone being concerned about my health and the longevity of my HVAC. Excellent Job!!!!
