Service Call was placed with F.H.Furr as AC was making loud noise while running. Techie Charles shier came and said blower wheel is causing the noise and there are also other things like capacitor, mother board, ionic filter, coil need to be replaced and put uv light etc, and gave estimate over $6100, suggested instead of paying for repairs, get a new one with FH Furr. I opted for an estimate, he said as the replacement is going to take time, I will make the system work temporarily for about $900/- , which can get credited when system is replaced and opted for interim solution, he fised and left late evening and it ran for 10-15 mins and stopped after making loud noise. I got a 2nd opinion from different AC company, to our dismay, Charles Shier from FH Furr unscrewed the blower, removed the housing brackets and left it as is without securing it so that when AC runs blower motor & wheel can damage and stop working so they can replace the whole system. Sure enough that is what happened ,see the pics. please stay away from this conman who is selling unwanted repairs and systems.

Anthony Cruz is a lifesaver. Today my AC stopped working and FH Furr dispatched Anthony within about two hours. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous the entire time—he was also so patient while answering questions from me and my wife, who were put at ease by FH Furr’s 60 day return policy for their products. Once he finished fixing the AC, he noticed insulation coming through the return vent. Even though it was hot and getting late into the day, he took it upon himself to examine our recently insulated attic, find out where the insulation was being sucked into the return vent, and fix the issue without charging us extra. Could not have had a better experience with an AC tech.

Same day call in and arrived quickly. Mike Bowley was very professional and explained what needed to be done. Mike was very thorough, well organized, and had a pleasant personality. He answered all questions and provided insights as to how and why things are done to educate the customer.

Great. Carlos arrived within the projected time with all supplies to complete the job.

It went better than expected. Carl and Enzo arrived on time and got to work right away. Carl is very organized and they worked nearly constantly the whole day. When they left everything was working and cleanup was complete.

Thanks FH for standing by the quality service you have built up the reputation for in the area. Our AC finally gave out this holiday weekend. FH had a fantastic technician come out to inspect and triage the issues. Wilmer was very helpful in providing the options and next steps we had. Within 3 hours we had another FH consultant out to help us with the quoting process for the new system. TJ was very personable and willing to spend the time going over the best solutions for moving forward. Thanks for the quality service and team!

Adner was fabulous! Adner reviewed all of our options for replacing our HVAC system. He did not encourage us to purchase the most expensive products, but based on the features and our needs, we chose the top of the line system. We were impressed with Adner's extensive knowledge of our system and the compatibility with the Lennox system. We are having the system installed next week!

Alonso was very helpful and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and recommended flushing the condensation line. But before he could do all of that, he helped out with an unexpected service. You see, when he first entered the house, a bird flew in over his head and flew up our 2-story stairwell!! While I coaxed the bird to fly back out, he opened the door to get it back out!! Team work! We had a good laugh over it.

Robert Ference,and his assistant came on time did a great job of answering questions and explaining the process they did a great job on the replacement of the the new water heater tank and removing the old water filter system that we no longer use overall we are satisfied with the quality and workmanship
