With the two Josephs working well & quickly - we overcame some old design issues & accomplished the cleaning in good time.

Adner was very thorough with his explanations on the proposed new system and when I asked for a side-by-side comparison to my current system - he was knowledgeable and technically sound. He answered all my of questions promptly and completely. He worked to get the financing done and scheduled my install for this week.

The team arrived on time, told me what they were going to do, and then proceeded to complete the installation in a very professional and efficient manner. It was a very rainy day, they were soaking wet at times doing the outside work with smiles and no complaints. They were very careful to cover my wood floors/stairs to prevent damage as they hauled the system up to my attic. This was the second system they have done for me and if I had a third zone I would not hesitate to have FH Furr do that.

Excellent. Mark K told us what he would do, asked if we had any questions, and then explained the various parts of the electrical system to us. Straightforward, plain talk but not talking down to us. He made a couple of minor adjustments and suggestions, e.g. CO2 sensors. We feel quite secure that after Mark's inspection, our electrical system is operating safely and efficiently. Great employee and great representative of F H Furr.

Exceptionally well. Mr. Matthews was prompt, professional and courteous. He showed no signs of any issue with me watching over his shoulder as he conducted the annual inspection. He answered all questions asked in a forthright manner. He appeared technically astute and genuinely concerned with customer care and provided exceptional service. I learned more about F.H. Furor's commitment to service and charity than I knew before; highly commendable contributions through backpack donation programs as well as contributing to the funding of local athletic fields in multiple locations. Farr appears concerned about their employees as Mr. Matthews remarked how happy he was with this company after being with a less professional employer in the past. Farr appears concerned about their customers perception of a job well done. Mr. Matthews introduced himself prior to entering the house, present his card and stated that Furr requested a review of his service. He also wore protective booties while in the house...not always a technique used by service providers. I will request Mr. Matthews again when the time comes for maintenance, service or upgrade. BZ

Thorough time and attention was given to the three inspections. Very good advice was given to us on how to properly look after our units on our own time. Also, we were advised that we need to rinse out the water lines on two of the units on a monthly basis. This is important, as those two units are in the attics. If the lines were allowed to get gunked up, there could very likely be overflow and come through our ceilings in the rooms below. We were very glad someone brought that to our attention !!

It went fine. Paul, the technician, said it would take 90 minutes, but it did not take that long. A minor criticism I have of the technician: I asked him before he left whether he put his name on the label of the furnace indicated that he had serviced it. Since we were upstairs, we were not standing near the furnace, but I had looked shortly before he finished the work and noticed his name was not under the technician's name who serviced it last spring. Paul said to me, "I thought I had." I didn't press the issue, thinking he might have done it before he came back upstairs. Later on, though, I checked, and sure enough, his name was note there. I wrote it in. This is a minor thing, but since we are likely to sell the house before the next cooling system check this time next year, the next owners would not know that the unit was serviced if I did not write the technician's name and the date in myself. It's another reason I have given him a B for professionalism.

Excellent. Matthew showed up on time, explained what he would do, asked about any concerns we had and went to work. He also offered suggestions on improving AC air flow and filters.

Diagnosed and repaired quickly. Roy the technician was professional and knowledgable. He quickly identified the problem and made the repair. Very satisfied with service and the technician. Highly recommended.

Mr. Gumbs was very thorough, explained the process and pointed out potential safety hazards as he tested every electrical receptacle in the house, as well as the main fusebox. The home electrical system got a clean bill of health!

Mark is personable and a real "people person." He's interested and knowledgeable and is a ready source of knowledge concerning electrical circuits and current code requirements.

Jonathan was able to fix the leaks in my heater and give a solid "tune up" to my water heater. He was polite and able to complete the project faster than I had anticipated.

It was a great experience working with Charles Matthews.

This was an unscheduled appointment. Marco from F.H. Furr came out that night at 6 p.m. to repair it. It was a pleasure working with Marco. He physically showed me exactly what was wrong with the system and how he was going to fix it. Marco demonstrated a high level of professionalism and talent that I have come to expect from this company.
