He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about home automation. He installed two devices and set them up on my wi-fi network. Brandon showed me how to access the devices using the Nest on my cell phone. If you are interested in changing out old smoke detectors or adding carbon monoxide detection to your home, contact F.H. Furr during the special and get one unit for $129.

 + -1 moreThe technician looked over the system and detected that the water trap sensor had activated. He cleaned the trap. He set the thermostat then monitored the temperatures from the unit and the return to insure the system was working properly. He then instructed my wife and I how to properly set the thermostat. He then checked the external unit to insure it was working properly. Marco was thorough and professional. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood by asking follow up questions.
Description of Work: I have a service contract with FH Furr. Our Heat pump had stopped working and we got no response via the thermostat. When we called the operator told us they couldn't see us until Monday (96+ hours later). Once I told her I needed maintenance she arranged for a technician for the following day. She could only give us a five hour window between 9 AM and 2 PM. I got a call at 1 PM asking if it was okay for the technician. with follow upHe was here within 5 minutes of the call.

He worked quickly, identified the cause of the problem and fixed it. He was very careful to not make a mess or damage the walls and cleaned up after himself. I am happy with his work and the result - would not hesitate to use F.H. Furr again or recommend to a friend.

Description of Work: Wonderful experience all around. Patrick came out to our home to discuss options and completed all of our paperwork. Jeremy and Adam showed up at the appointed time and their work was exceptional. We had our A/C unit, heater and thermostat replaced. Some custom duct work required. A CO monitor was installed. All around professional and we love the new system. We replaced a 15 year old HVAC and couldn't be happier. We used Costco services in order to get several discounts, and would do so again. We didn't want to mess around with our HVAC system. We wanted a quality company that would be reliable. We have nothing but great things to say about the responsiveness and service from FH Furr and plan on using to replace our attic system in the future.

Was proactive when encountering small items that needed repair or replacement. When we added an additional task, he was happy to oblige us. We would request Brandon again if we have additional electrical work needed.
Description of Work: A series of electrical repairs including switching out old outlets in bathrooms and replacing with appropriate outlets now required in bathrooms. Also, replaced an old electrical box for the swimming pool. In addition, performed wiring in electrical panel for the house and moved an exterior light fixture.

We waited a day to make our decision, but after calling to confirm, Taylor was here the next day to complete the work. He was professional, polite and very accommodating. I would recommend asking for Taylor specifically should you need any plumbing services from F.H. Furr.
Description of Work: We needed to replace a secondary electric water heater that was augmenting our main system and serving hot water to three other bathrooms in our house. We new there was a slow leak in the tank so we needed service quickly.

He took a great deal of time to make certain that he explained the details of the different levels of units, pointing out the benefits of each price level. I did not feel as though he was over selling the product. It was very clear that the gentleman has been with the company for a number of years, he knowledge of the Lennox HVAC systems was evident and he was able to answer all of my questions. Mr. Adner Rubi-Flores will continue to be a someone that represents the very best of F.H. Furr.

Description of Work: We needed a faucet repaired. While doing an overall inspection he suggested a water filtration system. This suggestion had been made to us by a previous plumber, but it was never explained well. As it is a big investment we put it off. Curtis did a great job of explaining the product, the benefits, the installation process, etc. He was available to install the next day. He was very professional. So far, so good with the new system.

 + -1 moreWe would highly recommend FH Furr to anyone. Luis R, Hugo A, and Scott from FH Furr did an excellent job. All three men were extremely competent, hard-working and friendly. They were very conscientious about making sure no damage or mess was made anywhere in the house. They put down drop clothes everywhere and covers on their shoes. When the job was complete, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They walked us through the operation of the new heat pump and thermostat. They didn't leave until all our questions were answered. Excellent job!

 + -1 morevery well .....Andrew was excellent But when "these guys" are coming, it is like going to the dentist; open your month and the dentist discover all what is wrong ..... and they are coming up with $000's of fixes to which you have no clue how critical is is or fair prices charged FH Furr is very good and "doing their job" and understand an A/C is like a car . Just venting out !!
