fh furr was awesome they were a big help when my sewer was backing up cleared my line and got me up and running and discussed all options with me and the tech chris currier was awesome and clean up and explained all work performed

The first day, the possible cause of the leak was discovered. The plumber had to return the next day with more equipment to resolve the issue.

The 2 crews arrived right on time at 8:00am and were all out the door by 6:00pm. One team was led by Rashid who worked in the basement (lower) unit; the other was led by Luis, who worked in the attic (upper) unit. Everyone was polite and professional, and got right to it. Probably due to the individuals who gave us the original estimate and technical assessment (Reggie and Scott), the crew who did the work came prepared and did what was expected with minimal questions for us. They tested both systems, and provided me a walk-through of what was installed and verbal instructions on how to maintain them. They laid down floor protectors and swept before leaving. It was major surgery that was done to replace almost 30 year old HVACs, but this team did it with precision.

F.H. Furr is the company to go to for Electrical (Plumbing and HVAC) needs. I called Monday morning and the dispatch representative told me I could have someone come THE SAME DAY (yesterday)!!! Lloyd Ferguson came to perform a list of electrical items and he was able to assess the work to be done, give a fair and complete estimate then efficiently and expertly took care of every issue in a professional and courteous manner. When everything was complete, a nice clear to understand receipt was emailed to us. Highly recommend F.H. Furr for any needs.

The technician came with the new part, installed it, and the repair was completed. Moreover he stayed and adjusted some aspects of the control program to ensure the system is running quietly and efficiently. We were sufficiently pleased with FH Furr's professionalism and skill that we had them back for two unrelated plumbing repairs.

Leak detection service performed, identified problem as perforated copper supply pipe, repaired with new length of copper pipe. Hole in ceiling, but no more leaks. Good outcome. Ceiling repair to be completed by handy man later.

Travis, from F.H. Furr, seemed to know his job really well. He explained everything to us about what he did and the things that he saw that needed work. He didn't push for the additional work, but instead let us make the decision without a hard sale. He was very professional, and very personable. We'd like to request him again in the fall when the heater is checked!

I had HVAC issues and need a heat pump replacement. The reviews of this company are incomprehensible, and completely incompatible with those elsewhere. They quoted my a replacement of $15,700 for a heat pump. When I told them this was a VERY high estimate the technician (Mark W) said he needed to call his "boss" and then said they could do it for $9,600 if I agreed that day. I have several rental properties, and know what this costs. BEWARE their tactics. I would never use this company, esp given their 'scare' tactics.
