It went O.K. They were here most of the day. I should be getting refunds and rebates that will knock the price down about $1400.

We use them for heating, A/C, and plumbing. They are good. They're very prompt.

The blower was old and not replaced during a March 2017 visit and replacement of damaged electronics under warranty. Very complex unit and many variants exist. The team is working with me to provide the right repairs at a good price. I am a double amputee (legs) and I am limited to my house so the heat has been a concern. Mark our FH FURR technician, had to make many trips to get the parts that the shipper did not send. They are pushing to get the right solution at a discounted price. They stand by their word on getting the right price and right solution. This could have been a price over $1900.

I did not go there, they came to me. That (the price) is the least that I know of, so I'd give them a B.

Jason determined quickly the source of the leak was the dishwasher. After looking at the problem, he offered to fix the dishwasher but said it would require an ordered part. I decided to replace the 12 year old dishwasher. He went to Lowe's with me, I bought a new dishwasher, and he installed it.

Very difficult problem with house built in the early 40's with terra cotta drainpipes, now plugged or collapsed and likely running under neighbors yard. Solution was to abandon old drainage system and install sump pump indoors in basement. Not an ideal solution but probably the only practical one.

I'm a new homeowner who attempted to install my Nest thermostat and failed miserably which meant no A/C. I called FH Furr on Sunday night and they told me they would have someone out on Monday afternoon. I was already thrilled with the quick turnaround. Come Monday, Alec B showed up EARLY and knew exactly what my issue was even before looking at my a/c unit. He fixed the issue quickly and then continued to educate me on the basics of that system, what to look for, how to clean it, etc.. He then took time to advise me on what else to watch out for with my vents, plumbing, and other electrical systems. Not only did I get my A/c fixed, I got a crash course on how things work which is super useful as a new {female} homeowner. Alec was professional, efficient, respectful, smart and incredibly customer service focused. I am so appreciative of the time he took with me, and look forward to using FH Furr in the future. Jason was courteous, prompt, and professional. He kept me informed throughout the repairs.

A/C working fine. Tech decided it was the floor drain and required a plumber. Charge for service was moved to put a down payment on another future service I requested. Justin showed up early and was professional.

Michael was courteous, knowledgeable and honest. He walked through what he would do to address the problem and kept me updated throughout the process. He even didn't even mind me looking over his shoulder a little bit to watch him sweat the pipes. I cannot say how the pricing compares to other plumbing companies, but the work had to get done and it seemed reasonable and given the location the work I feel confident the work was done 100%. Next time I have plumbing needs I'm calling F.H. Furr and requesting Michael!

Technician arrived on very short notice and completed the job quickly and professionally

The cost was covered under the contract.

I have a service agreement with them, it cost $167 a year. The price is very good. I'm very happy with them.

Great. I called after hours on a Friday and they squeezed me in for Saturday. They called first thing Saturday with a time frame for service and arrived right at the start of the time frame. William T. was the electrician and he was friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently.

He did an excellent Job, very Knowledgeable and proficient .
