I'm selling my house and the buyers home inspector remarked my chimney was very dirty and need to be cleaned. Thomas cam over to do that recommended cleaning and upon inspection he stated that there is no build up in my chimney and it doesn't require cleaning. He took a picture and showed me an charged me for a service call rather than a cleaning. Honest contractors are a joy to find when we can. I great young man with fine qualities.

Thomas was highly recommended to me by a home repair business since he specializes in chimneys and they did not. He arrived at our home when scheduled, conducted a thorough review of the chimney and then carefully explained what he felt should be done for repair. He went above and beyond by communicating with a waterproofing supplier to make sure weather conditions would allow long lasting application. Thomas and his team then performed the services in an adult manner not requiring close supervision. At times we were not even home but observed the completed work upon return. All this followed by detailed pictures of repair as I was not about to climb a tall ladder for personal review. I highly recommend his services and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Thomas was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. His quote for work to be performed was very reasonable and competitive. The work performed was done on time exceeded our expectations!

Thomas arrived as promised for the estimate appointment. He followed up with pictures of the chimney and explanation of the recommended services. He also explained about the possibility of a liner being needed after the initial cleaning was completed. As it turns out the chimney does need a liner due to cracked liner tiles. Thomas estimated for the liner was very fair and the work will be completed this Friday. I am very impressed by the professionalism of Thomas and Chim Chim Churee and would recommend to anyone.

This was a knowledgeable team that made every effort to explain the condition of my chimney and flue. They understood our perspective and provided us with alternatives to correct the flaws in the chimney.

The roof inspections was thorough and reasonably priced. I also hired them to clean the roof, pressure wash the chimney and repair the crown on the top of the chimney. The did a magnificent job and took pictures of the conditions that need repair before and after the work was performed. The roof looks as good as when the roof was new and the repairs were perfectly done and their clean-up was very thorough. Great job.
