Most importantly, the work that was done looks great and the price was fair. My neighbors have commented that they couldn't tell where the old brick ended and the new work began. In addition, everything about my interaction with Chim-Chim Churee was impressive. They showed up on-time for my free estimate. They clearly explained what work would be done, why it was needed, and the cost for each component. I have special tiles for my roofing that I was concerned about damaging. Before doing any work, Chim-Chim Churee contacted the manufacturer to determine how to do the work without damaging the roof. On the day the work was originally scheduled, bad weather prevented Chim-Chim Churee from starting on time. They called me before 8 AM to explain the situation and schedule a new work date. The showed up on time and ready to go on the new date. The work was done quickly and well. I also had to call them several times with questions. I always got quick (within minutes), accurate responses from both their office and their tech people. I highly recommend Chim-Chim Churee based on my experience.

When other companies would not return our calls, did not keep appointments, and did not provide a timely estimate as they stated, Chim-Chim Churee's service was outstanding from the first phone call. They came to give us an estimate the next day, provided an estimate while they were there, and scheduled the work to be done less than a week later. Every step of the way, they emailed, texted, and/or called to confirm appointments and keep us advised of their arrival times, which were always as promised. The work was excellent and clean, the owner and all staff were friendly and informative, and the job was done in less time than we expected. Professional & thorough! cleaned up after job complete

The technician and I missed one another. He was kind enough to come back and did the inspection and offered tips that could help me sell my home. He presented information up front and alleviated confusion.

Came out early 6am on Monday morning to job, was willing to come Sunday morning.

We needed the crown on our chimney replaced. It was in awful shape. Damian and an assistant came out and gave my wife and I an estimate. We received an estimate in line with another company. When asked for proof of license and insurance, they provided it via email. They went up on the roof to assess the crown. At no time did he attempt to upsell the job. He was pleasant, very courteous and professional. We scheduled the work to be done and the company was on time to do the work. Damian took pictures of the crown prior to starting the work, at different stages of repair and the completed work. We were happy with the work. The day the work was done, there was a chance of rain. Once they finished the work, they wrapped the top of the chimney with a tarp and straps to hold it in place in case it did rain.

Damien came to sweep the chimney, and he was the nicest, most professional person we have ever hired. And the price was great! He called ahead to tell us when he would arrive, he did the work, and he did not try to scare us into making unnecessary modifications to our fireplace. In the past we have had people from other companies try to scare us into thinking the house would burn down if we didn't do things like immediately remove our entire 3-level chimney and rebuild it. I am so appreciative of Damien's professionalism, and would recommend him to anyone. We will definitely call him back for future work!

Thomas is a great guy. We had them clean and repair and line and extend 2 chimneys, remove an old wood stove and install a new one. He and his helper worked steadily, faced and overcame an unexpected problem, and still finished on budget and on time. These guys even helped us stack a small truckload of wood that was delivered while they were at our house. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely use them again.
