They were courteous and did a good job.

I thought it all went well. The guy that came out is the owner and he was knowledgeable. He is very tech forward, which is nice. He was able turn around a quote on the premises. Then he can modify it in real time as well. That is what I actually found really nice. He was really good on scheduling. Then he sent out one of guys to do the work and so it was good. The price was whatever deal he had running at the time. I really liked them. I thought they were really reasonable. They did a really good job; the house has not burned down yet. The owner that came out and gave me the quote was super professional. The guy that came out and actually did the installation was professional, but a little rough around the edges.

Victor & Manuel were on time & very professional. I explained my problem, they confirmed that the problem was the light fixture and replaced it with one I had bought. It took a lot less than two hours, but I doubt very much I could have had the work done cheaper than the $99 I paid.

Team did a great job and explained options and process very clearly. Work was very high quality and passed inspection at the first inspection (I have had other experiences with other companies). Team was very professional, timely and easy to deal with. They made the process very easy from the scheduling right through to the communication with the owner. Will definitely use them again.

Good - the electrician was thorough and explained the estimates. We had to reschedule our appointment, and they were very accommodating with the dates we needed. Customer service was great.

I ended up deciding not to put in the generators because the cost was too high. But, they were by far the cheapest I got. They were very nice to work with. I like them. The owner of the company was extremely thorough. They did everything on an iPad which I thought was pretty slick. He was able to produce a quote right there and then. He spent time with me walking around, really making sure I understood what I needed. I really enjoyed the guy.

We were pleased with the work overall. The men did the job well and answered all of our questions. They also did a thorough electrical inspection of our home to check for any problems, and recommended a couple of jobs that could be done to improve our home's electrical system and functioning. We have not done any further work using Beacon Electrical at this time.

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a good job.

The technician, Jesse, arrived with a helper on time on the appointed date, despite a continual cold soaking rain that fell all day. They set the new generator on a gravel pad, ran heavy wiring through new conduit from one end of the basement to the other. A new electric box was required outside the house. It took two days to complete the project. A new gas meter had to be installed by the gas company, to accommodate the larger volume of gas needed. After the gas company replaced the meter, the gas contractor (provided by Beacon Electric) hooked the unit up. Jesse then tested the unit while I watched. It worked perfectly. He explained the required maintenance, and demonstrated how to access the unit. He and his helpers were always friendly and professional. I could not be happier with the result. All connections are clean, the wires and pipes well organized. My mother had expected to pay more, and she was pleasantly surprised by the cost of the unit.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special for this service and I thought they were very professional. They also were responsible, paid attention to detail and tried to insure that they did a thorough and complete job.

Two Beacon employees came on time and explained that it will be $85 for discovering the issue and the $185 there after two fix them. Few of my outlets were not working, and it turned out to be just a tripped circuit. Initially they said I will have to pay $85 + $185. I thought it is completely over the top to charge me $185 which was to perform the fix as all they did was to push the reset button. After I complained they waived off $85. I still do not like the fact that they charged me $185. I would be careful next time dealing with them. BTW, I never got an estimate on mounting the TV.

Once again, Victor did a great job for us. He worked on the panel upgrade and the surge protector we purchased after the electrical inspection. This panel work was required, as we purchased a whole house generator and old panel was from the late 1960s. Victor also fixed some issues that came up during the prior inspection that we purchased through the Big Deal (proper outdoor and indoor grounding, etc.). As with the inspection, we were pleased with the work and are glad we purchased the generator from Beacon (via the Big Deal).

Beacon Electrical Services Inc recommended other lights and I felt like it was a bait and switch from the original expectation because I was charged more which was annoying. Their quality, punctuality, and professionalism were excellent.

Steve was very professional and friendly. He worked quickly and understood the Homeowners Association's rules and procedures. I could not have asked for a better job and wished all my other tradesmen were as good at their jobs as he was.

They are first class. They do everything right. They arrive on time. If they make a mistake, they correct it. I think they are one of the best electrical contractors I have ever used. I just signed a contract with them.

Very, very pleased with Beacon. I have had excellent experiences with Bob, Dee and the electricians. I was given an 8:00-9:00 am window. Jimmy called at 7:28 and told me they would arrive right around 8:00, which they did. They came in, introduced themselves (even wore booties), did a walk through and got to work. Originally the job was to replace all 24 outlets. We quickly discovered that many of the outlets were "bootlegged" and not grounded. Jimmy immediately let me know about this problem (which was obvious to even my untrained eye) as well as the cost to ground each particular outlet. All the work was done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up what little mess had been made and were gone within three hours. I also appreciated that their paperwork is done electronically. It was so simple and fast -- and I like having the "paperwork" instantly emailed to me, much easier to keep track of my receipts for future reference. Looking forward to working with Beacon again.

The guys did great, they were fairly quick, start to Finnish took no more than an hour. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had. The install went very smoothly, we did however change out the bulbs with slightly brighter ones to get some more light into our basement. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for other electrical services.

The experience was a very good one! The technician was prompt and professional and courteous and I would hire the company again if/when I need further electric work down in my home!

I had five outlets that were not working. They came out to see what was wrong. Apparently when my house was built there was a wire cross, so they fixed that. They left one of the outlets out of the wall. I had to call them back to come put it back in, the did this right away. It was a good experience.

estimate process was just fine. They were very helpful working with my schedule.

When we bought our house the builder never put a light over the kitchen table. We called Beacon to come over and pull electrical from the kitchen into the breakfast room so we could finally have a light over our table. They sent 2 techs for an hour to do the install. Both guys were very professional, they even covered their shoes with protectors to protect our floors. They spoke to my husband and gave him options on how to get the job with the least amount of damage to our walls and ceiling. After discussing the job and the $20 extra in parts (wire and box) they went to their truck to get their tools and the needed parts. When they got back to the house that was when our hour started. I was impressed that the time they took to explain everything and give us options to decide on wasn't part of our hour. When our first option didn't work do to a large header in the wall we didn't know was there, they quickly gave us two other options that would work. I was very impressed when the first option didn't work they didn't charge that time against our hour. They said not to worry about it. Would definitely hire them again!
