He was fast, efficient and friendly. The fan was installed properly and hasn't shifted or become unbalanced since installation, which is rare in my experience.

Everything went well. Carlos did great work. Very happy with the new light and new receptacles.

The service was good, but I didn't like the guy. The big deal was for 25 parts to change, and I had 28 parts to change, so he wanted to charge me $45 for each of the extras. When I asked him why the price was so much, he said he would charge me $18. I then just paid $18 for each, because I didn't have a choice. If somebody doesn't know about the market, it is not good to charge them anything, and that is how the guy was. I didn't like the attitude. The rest was good. The deal was to change the plugs and it didn't matter what kind of plug, and when he came, he said for the child proof plugs, he would charge me $5. He wanted to charge me for everything.

Beacon was excellent to deal with in all respects. Extremely professional organization that communicates well. We never were left not knowing what was going on. Victor and team did the installation; Jesse did the start-up - all were thorough, worked cleanly, and were pleasant to deal with. We would recommend them highly.

After the failure of a second ceiling light fixture and deciding to have someone else do it, I took advantage of the Angie's Special with Beacon Electrical. I was pleased that they were in touch with me quickly, set up the appointment about a week out (not an issue with me since I wasn't in a rush - I suspect that they may have been able to come sooner), and took care of the problems professionally. I would be glad to use them again.

It was good. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

Carlos arrived on time, gave us a clear explanation of the estimate for any work that went beyond the 2 hours, and worked hard while at our house. We realized that we would need additional time beyond the 2 hours to complete the work when we purchased the coupon, so we were very happy with the final total (a little cheaper than we thought it would be). Carlos also cleaned up after he was finished and amazingly left little for us to patch after pre-wiring the rooms for ceiling fan fixtures. Overall, great company from initial contact to follow-up. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and use them for future work!!

The electrician stopped by within the time frame stated. He performed the home electrical inspection in our condo within about a half hour. Within the past few months prior to the inspection, we noticed that our dryer was acting funny and thought that it might be related to something electrical. The electrician noticed that the breaker for our washer/dryer might need to be replaced and once we okayed it, he went ahead and replaced it right then and there. Since the breaker was replaced, we haven't experienced the issue we had with our dryer - which is such a relief! Overall we were very satisfied with our experience with Beacon Electrical.

It went fabulous! They had to totally rewire for the ceiling fan install and did a great job. Very professional and courteous including scheduling the appointment. I will use them again. Thanks Angie

They were excellent. He was very informative and was able to talk to us about a number of question that we had about the rest of the house. We were actually going to go back with them for another couple of services. He had to go back to his warehouse to pick up a part so it was about $50 more than the deal was. They were right on time.

I called in the morning to see when they would be able to fit me in, and they were able to come that same day. I had him remove a pendant light in the breakfast room and install the 4 recessed lights. Once he had measured and marked where the lights would go I decided I wanted a 5th light in the center of the room - it was additional cost to the Big Deal, but well worth it. Once that was complete he conducted an whole-house electrical inspection, and resolved a couple of issues I had left over from another electrician's work. I had been thinking I needed to have a full panel replacement, but he let me know the existing panel was fine and that a replacement would not be a significant improvement to the panel I already had. He was extremely helpful, professional, and cleaned up after himself! I would not hesitate to use Beacon Electrical Services again.

Then he systematically checked and tightened each circuit until he completed the entire panel. Numerous connectors were lose. Next he repaired an inoperative outlet. All-in-All, outstanding service.

On time and very responsive to my home needs.

Everything went very well. Arrived on time, did a great job. A+++ service.

After a few times trying to contact them, I heard back. I think this was partly due to Angies List 'deal' communication methods, as they didn't receive info. I did call twice and then heard back with an apology. The serviceman was prompt and called to let me know he was coming and asked what work I would like done. He did a great job on all of the things I needed done. He was very quick and had time left, so he performed a safety inspection and gave recommendation to have my electrical panel serviced. While he put on shoe covers, going outside in them and back inside, dragged salt all over my hardwood floors. quite the job cleaning all the salty footprints up. Overall, I was pleased with the service, quality of work and would recommend them.

It went well overall, there were just unforeseen expenses due to the fact that my breaker box was too full and needed to be customized to accept the generator transfer switch upgrade.

Everything went ok with the inspection. I didn’t use them ongoing because they were overpriced and recommended things that did not need done.

Everything turned out fine and overall they did a good job. We were able to have them come out fairly soon after I had purchased the deal. The technician was late arriving to the appointment and there was not much time to chat after he was finished since he had to go straight to another appointment.

Technician showed up at appointed time after accepting the bid for electrical service. Identified himself and was courteous, professional and informative. Performed the work in timely manner. After work was completed he explained upgrades and usage. Overall would recommend Beacon Electrical Inc to friends and family and look forward to using them as needed.

Beacon was prompt, fair, and most importantly, expert. I was very please with the service and professionalism and would certainly use them again for electrical issues.

Victor and the team from Beacon Electric were extremely flexible, always on time and I would certainly work with them again.They were extremely knowledgeable which ultimately saved us time and money.

I've used them in the past and they were good. They have not followed-up with my most recent email so I will look elsewhere.

This was an Angie's list Deal. The Beacon electricians arrived promptly and worked efficiently and made sure I understood there would be holes in the ceiling from running the wiring. I had to leave before the work was complete and unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about the placement of the last light. Beacon fixed it promptly and with good grace.

I was very pleased with it. It went very well.
