Crew was careful, efficient and professional. No issues with the quality of the work. I would've loved to have seen before and after footage of the ducts, but that wasn't offered.

They were very efficient and professional. I don't know if the ducts were thoroughly cleaned, but after their visit the dryer vent was still clogged and we found a massive blockage close to the roof. We were very disappointed.

I can not say enough good things about this company. They went above and beyond what one could expect. The President of the company even came out to check things out and then sent his crew back over the next day. They checked everything out so thoroughly. Took their time and genuinely cared to solve this problem. They did their very best investigating and even treated for any microbes in the ductwork. This is not your typical air duct company advertised with value coupons. They are licensed and have large high quality equipment. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I purchased an AL deal and called to schedule the day. Scheduling took about 5 minutes and the work was scheduled for the following week. My service team, Alfonso and Yael arrived on time on the scheduled date, shortly calling to advise they were on their way. They got to work immediately cleaning dozens of ducts and register covers in my home. They were careful to identify and clean every duct. They worked cleanly and efficiently. The whole recess took a full day but they were thorough and very respectful of my home and furnishings. Thank you for a job well done!

Nelson and Santiago arrived at 14.00 as promised. They explained what they would do, answered our questions, and set about it in a very professional manner. At one point when removing the upstairs return-vent cover, Santiago called me to come look. Although I knew it was 26 years since the house was built, I could not believe how much dust and dirt had accumulated and coated the duct. It was though someone had plastered the inside with brown mud. After the cleaning Nelson shined his flashlight down the duct for me to poke my head inside and marvel...it looked like a new duct. Even the installation marks and written measurements were clearly visible. They cleaned the dryer vent from inside and out, removing the flexible hose and adjusting it after cleaning to provide a more linear path to the wall connection. Value for money1

The work was excellent and the crew of Nelson,Wilson and Franklin were outstanding. They were extremely careful not to scratch our wood floors and they performed the work with virtually no mess. I would absolutely recommend Atlantic for anyone needing Duck Cleaning. Great Crew

The team of Nelson and Wilson did a fine job. They called before they left for the job site, and verified the arrival time. They put on shoe covers before stepping inside, and rolled-out drop-cloths over the work areas. They worked smoothly as a team. They clearly answered any questions I had, all while continuing to work. I commented that the condo was built in 1976 and probably never had the duct-work cleaned. They pointed out the clues that it had never been cleaned before, which they saw before they removed the first vent grate. I had a small question about the scope of work. They made a quick phone call, and solved the problem. Nice company response. They vacuumed up the few residual dust clumps. They closed up everything better than when they found it. This job was for a condo for rent to a family friend. I will likely hire Atlantic Duct Cleaning for my residence in the future.

Was impressed with the team that came to do the job. They were on time, very efficient and professional at what they do. I was doubly impressed with their attention to cleanliness, being that they put dropcloths on the wood floors, and booties on their shoes!

I was especially impressed by the fact that technicians not only sucked out the dust in the ducts, but also, put a hose with a suction as far as the duct would allow to loosen up the dust that had adhered to the sheet metal, and thus that was suctioned out also. The men worked very carefully and took precautions to make sure nothing was damaged and even wore booties because we do not wear street shoes in the house. The only snag was the 10" hole made in the sheet metal at the bottom of the furnace to accommodate the 10“tube that all the dust exited through. I did not know they would do that, but the men working thought I did. Our furnace is new and looked like the Cadillac of furnaces. (It replaced one that the sheet metal had sagged at the bottom.) The sheet metal at the bottom had a design to it and because of the sagging of the old furnace, we would have liked to have had a say before it was done. Anyway, the men felt bad, we felt bad, but loved their work in general. Dave, the Service Manager, spoke to me and we resolved it. He has a furnace like ours and the hole needed to accommodate the hose has not cause it or the thousands of other furnaces they have done to sag. Things happen sometime, and it is important that companies stand by their work, and Dave, an exceptional representative of the company, gave me assurance that if they access hole is found to compromise the integrity of the duct causing the HVAC unit to sag, the company would replace the return entire plenum. Now that is a company that deserves 5 stars. You can save money with appropriate discounts if available.

They showed up on time and did an amazing job. They cleaned out the entire dryer, replaced the dryer vent, and cleaned out the vent to the outside. Everything was done well. It used to take our dryer 60-70 minutes to dry a load of laundry. After the vents were cleaned, our laundry drys in 25-30 minutes.

I was pleased with the service and gentlemen that arrived to do the job. I thought the price was fair for a reputable company. It is very difficult to even know if the work was done as the ducts are invisible to us. I did notice that the visible debris (Cheerios, crayons, coins, Legos) was cleaned out of the part of the vents I could see. I would have really appreciated some before & after photos to show the extent of the work done. Photos would have really set this company apart from others and made a difference between a satisfactory/fair experience and an exceptional one.

Outstanding! Very skeptical at first. Never had this work done before. Atlantic was very informative with regard to their cleaning process. Danielle, Atlantic front office, was very informative and patient with all my questions. Charged at the town house price along with military discount. Two man crew was excellent in both explaining the process as they went along and used a scope camera for before and after inspection as requested. Incredible how clean the ducts were after completion. Scope camera clearer showed not one spec of dust clinging to the inside of the long/deep 'return' ducts. I'm now a convert to this cleaning process and will hire Atlantic Duct again at the recommended period of every 5 years or sooner.

Purchased $395 air duct cleaning on Monday, Nov 14. Was told someone would contact me to schedule the cleaning. By Monday, Nov 21, no one had contacted me. I called the office line & left a message. It's now Friday, Nov 25 & I have yet to hear from anyone. I would like a full refund.
