He was very good. He was prompt, polite and professional.

Two technicians arrived promptly and cleaned the air ducts in accordance with the NADCA's standards and guidelines. They worked quickly and efficiently. Atlantic has the best reputation in the industry. I am hiring them again next month for a property I manage.

Things went well...work was performed in under 2 hours for my entire townhouse. A short vacuuming was needed after the dryer vent was cleaned, but I expected as much (my home's ducts haven't been cleaning in many years).

We scheduled an appointment through Brennan's HVAC and other than a hiccup where Atlantic got our address but not our phone number (we got no confirmation call) everything went very smoothly. They explained everything they were going to do, kept us apprised as the work went on, and by the amount of crud that their system captured from our ducts, we are very pleased we had them come out.

They showed up on time and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing as they went along and did not leave a mess.

Excellent Experience. They did a very thorough job and removed a lot of lint and debris. When they finished the area was cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend this company. They do the work properly at a fair price.

Freddy and friend were very friendly, seemed knowledgeable and actually re worked the duct work in the laundry room for us. They were about 15 minutes late but got the job done. They were more expensive than other companies we contacted but we were very happy with the service.

Atlantic Duct Cleaning did a great job. They were fast and efficient. It didn't take long at all and they removed tons of dirt and debris from my ducts. I'm really happy with their service and professionalism.

We live in a third-story condo, so getting to ducts and vents can be a challenge given the height of the building and that we use a stackable washer and dryer. Despite that, the guys from Atlantic Duct Cleaning did a fabulous job. They fully assessed the situation and found creative ways to clean out the ducts. I had a different company come out last year, and they were only able to partially clean out the duct. I was able to book an appointment in one day, and they were prompt, professional, and just really nice. I'll definitely use Atlantic Duct Cleaning again in the future.

The crew showed up on time and spent about three hours cleaning our ducts. We were concerned about the possibility of mold in the duct system, so they checked for that as well. It turned out there was no mold, but quite a lot of dust in the system. They were punctual, courteous, and clean. They were recommended by our HVAC company (Presidential Heating and Cooling), but I also found them through their excellent reviews on Angie's List.

I called Atlantic Duct Work on Monday, June 2nd to schedule to have my dryer ducts cleaned. I called Atlantic Duct Work based on the reviews from Angie's List. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, June 5th, between 2 and 3. Matt and Jeremy arrived at 2:40. Both Jeremy and Matt were polite, professional and very neat with their work. They did a wonderful job and in less than 45 minutes, both dryer vents were cleaned. I would highly recommend Atlantic Duct Work and will call them again in the future. Very happy with the entire process from my initial phone call to the end.

It went well. We thought we had a bird or critter in our ducts, and we hadn't had them cleaned, so we figured it was a win-win time to do a cleaning. No critter or bird was found -- a good thing! -- and we got our ducts cleaner. Two service attendants were on time, pleasant, informative and worked hard/efficiently. I would use the company again, and I would recommend it to others seeking this service.

Arrived on time. Explained what process would entail before starting. Showed us results of cleaning; shocked us with amount of material extracted from dryer vent. Both employees were very professional, polite, and friendly. Will use again when needed.

We have used Atlantic Duct Cleaning twice now. We have three dogs, an old house, do a lot of dusty home renovation, and my wife has asthma. A few years ago, we got burned badly by another duct cleaning company who quoted us one price, and then changed it once they arrived (we kicked them out), so we were wary. Atlantic was totally up front and transparent about the costs, what would be included, what would not be included, and answered every question we had. Atlantic's staff, both on the phone and in house, were all professional, polite, and all around excellent. The first time they cleaned our ducts they had to empty their HUGE vacuum twice, which amazed even them (note: no extra charge for lots of super dirty ducting). When they came back the second time, they asked why we called them since it had only been 3 years - but after they did the cleaning and filled the vacuum again, they agreed it was a good choice for us (see above regarding dogs and home renovation). They did a fantastic job both times, and we could immediately feel (and smell) a difference in the air in the house both times. We have found our duct cleaning company, and will definitely be calling them again when the need arises (as well as recommending them to all our friends).

They arrived a little ahead of schedule, looked over all the rooms and the positions of the HVAC registers, explained the process to me, and set to work. The ducts had never been cleaned, but they took as long as was necessary to clean them thoroughly--longer than they had originally estimated. They left all the rooms clean, returned furniture that had been moved to its original positions, and were cheerful and professional throughout the afternoon.

Scheduling could not have been easier, i did need to call a couple days prior and move the cleaning back a day which they did. The guys arrived on time and did a great job. I would use them again.

I was skeptical of getting the air ducts cleaned however, since I was getting a new HVAC system installed I wanted to be sure that I was taking care of any other issues that may prevent me from getting the best comfort in my home. The cleaning was quick and boy if they didn't get alot of crap out of the ducts. They had never been cleaned since the house was built almost 30 years ago! When they sealed the ducts I regained over 20% more efficiency in the air duct system! I was amazed at the difference with the before and after test. You could see where the sealant had "over spray" on the outside of the exposed ducts where the gaps had been. The cleaning and sealing has greatly improved the comfort in my home, in addition to the new HVAC system. I would highly recommend having your air ducts cleaned and sealed. It was well worth it!

They were very prompt called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. Arrived when they said they would. Very professional explained the whole process. Took them about an hour and 1/2, as we have a small house. We were satisfied with the outcome. /10

Some one from Atlantic Duct cleaning called in advance to let me know when they would be arriving, what they would be doing and approximately how long it would take. The two man crew arrived at the time scheduled and introduced themselves and proceeded to explain in detail exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They proceeded to show me the equipment they would be using and about how long it would take. They proceeded to put down large drop clothes to cover the floor as well as every time they entered the house they put booties over their shoes. They began upstairs cleaning out all of the vents with a large vacuum and special flexible hoses that went inside the vents. They did this throughout the house explaining as they went along everything they were doing and showing me the dust they were collecting. They encouraged questions and took their time in answering all of them. I never felt like they were in a hurry to get it done a and get out of the house. After doing all of the vents they proceeded to clean out the large main ducts in the basement. They explained to me how they would drill a small hole in the duct for the hose and once it was cleaned they would plug it with a rubber cap. This would not harm or compromise the integrity of the duct and if and when they ever return do clean out the ducts again, they would use the same holes and not have to drill new ones. It took approximately three hours, just as I was told and the crew was always professional and courteous throughout the entire time they were here. Excellent job.

I am not sure of the above price. I hired them through Angies (there was a special) and can't find the specific price. That is what I had to pay on the day of service. They were on-time, very professional, quick, clean, and did a good job

Everything went well from my first communication to through payment. I called Atlantic Duct Cleaning to inquire about services and was provided information over the phone. Service was scheduled within a week. Due to inclement weather, they called to inquire if the appointment should be rescheduled which I agreed to (important to note that they asked if they could reschedule and didn't insist on it). We were able to reschedule the service for several days later. The crew of two men arrived in the timeframe as promised. They explained the process so that I understood what to expect. They respected my home and cleaned up well. I was impressed with their service and professionalism. Recommended.

It was good. They showed up on time and they got the work performed within a reasonable amount of time as well. We haven't had any issues. I think the pricing was fair.
