These guys were awesome. They cleaned it all out and my dryer is now working perfectly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were prompt. Arrived on time and told what is needed and what is not needed. Did their job on time and in a professional manner.

They cleaned everything sufficiently including the dryer vents which were really dirty. The air ducts are definitely providing cleaner air. Price seemed higher than competitive offers but the quality of service was good.

As discussed above they did a thorough job as far as I can tell. It took about 4 hours. They were careful not to let dryer lint drift into our neighbors' property.

Technicians arrived on time and were courteous. Completed the entire cleaning project in a little under 2 hours. They did a good job with the ducts and you can definitely tell a difference in the smell and air quality of the home. I thought the price was somewhat high, however, as it worked out to be almost $200 per hour. The main issue we had with them was a approximately 4 inch scratch left by the vent in our master bedroom. To their credit, they owned their mistake immediately and did offer us a spray for our vents for homes with smokers (they told us the previous owners were probably smokers based on the color of the dust in our vents). While I appreciate them acknowledging their mistake and offering complementary service on the spot, I would much prefer to not have to fix the large scratch in my bedroom. Overall we are happy with the cleaning, however I have to knock them down a grade overall for the scratch to our bedroom ceiling.

It has been a week since my ducts were aeorsealed and wow, what a difference it has made. Before the work was done setting my thermostat to 72 and my upstairs would reach 76 degrees and my daughters room 79. We originally thought that a duct leading into my daughter?s room had become detached. Alfonso from Atlantic Duct Cleaning came out and ran the initial test on how much my ducts were leaking. He didn?t think that the ducts had become detached that we should go ahead with the sealing process. The initial test came back at 480 CFM of leakage (equivalent to a 91 square inch hole) and after the sealing it was down to 19 CFM (equivalent to a 4inch hole). Their reports indicate a 32% improvement. Ever since then I have been able to set the temperature a little higher and still feel very comfortable in my house. The upstairs is now only 2-3 degrees difference to the basement. The whole process took roughly 5 hours. The answered all of my questions during the initial setup and any I had during the procedure. Afterwards they cleaned up and patched the holes in the ducts that had to be created for the procedure. I would highly recommend having your air ducts sealed. It was well worth it!

The cleaners arrived on time and proceeded in a professional manner. They explained clearly what needed to be done and did an excellent job. They provided information about the condition of the ducts and gave feedback on how the work had proceeded. I felt I was provided excellent service and charged a very fair price. After they left you would never have guessed they had been there.

Our dryer was seriously suffering - we'd have to run the load 3-4 times to get clothes dry. I feared we needed a new dryer, but then realized it was probably just due for a vent cleaning. I found Atlantic Duct Cleaning on Angie's List and purchased a deal they had for this service. The company was responsive to my request for service, and I was able to schedule the service on one of the days I requested. They called about 1.5 hours before the scheduled window of time to say they could come earlier if I was available, which I was, so that worked out well. The two guys who came were courteous and respectful of our home (wore shoe covers, made sure it was okay to walk through the house, etc.). It only took them 30 minutes at the most to complete the job, and the amount of lint they pulled from our vent line was insane! The good news is, our dryer is running perfectly now and is saving a lot on both our time and utility bill. I would recommend this company to others and will plan to use them again.

Cleaned dryer vent both from the dryer and from the vent outside... Spent quite a bit of time ensuring that it was all clear, hooked everything back up, and left it the way they found it...

I just used them one time. When I do have it done again, I would use them. They were very good. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Bought the $495 deal for a single family home. Went great! Nelson and Roger/Juan showed up on time and spent a long time setting up which I appreciated. It could have been very messy if they had rushed that part of the job. Took about 2.5 hours and the house literally FEELS and smells cleaner. They put new supply and return vents back on as asked (since we are an old house and the old ones would not have gone back on in a pretty way). They took care to be sure I knew what they were doing, saw the progress, and Nelson even showed me how to switch my dryer door to open a different way which was a great thing to learn. Both really nice, professional, happy guys and would be glad to have them come back in 5 years when this needs doing again. One thing I would suggest is the company get some of the sealing putty for where they have to cut into the air vent. Atlantic was recommended by our HVAC company but seeing them have to cut into our brand new ducts and only be able to tape it up (instead of the high quality putty our HVAC company used) was distressing. Not these guys fault though - just suggest Atlantic supply them with that next time. Thanks for offering this deal!

Duct cleaning technicians DJ and Dulio showed up on schedule. Very professional and organized.They answered all my questions and completed the job in about 2 hours. We had not done whole house duct cleaning for 28 years. They recommended whole house duct cleaning every 5 to 8 years. I will definitely look to Atlantic to do the duct cleaning in the future.

Atlantic Duct Cleaning was prompt in scheduling a complete home duct cleaning we purchased through Angie's List. Freddy and Jose arrived at the scheduled time and explained the process in a thorough and professional manner. They took care when removing and replacing the vents and they protected the floors where necessary. They worked steadily and efficiently and completed the job in the amount of time they estimated, which was about 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned up as they moved through the house and upon completion of the work there was nothing left for us to clean up. Our ducts and dryer vent really needed cleaning, and we would use this company again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Nelson and DJ did an excellent job. Polite and courteous also. Dryer now works much better since they found a lot of dirt.

Had my ducts cleaned today for the first time ever and it went very well! They were very considerate of my white carpet wearing shoe protectors I provided them and were very courteous explaining everything they were doing. They showed me the dirt that their new huge vacuum captured and it was a LOT since I haven't cleaned the ducts since they were installed 14 years ago...it basically looked like crumbled lint that you would get out of your dryer combined with pieces of bugs and cat hair. So glad I will not be breathing that anymore! I was worried that maybe there would be tons of dust in the air when they were doing it but it was about the same as when you vacuum. I just ran an air cleaner near where they put the vacuum just in case. Anyhow I am very happy and the holes they cut in your ducts look professional and were sealed very nicely. Also they used an air whip to blow the dirt towards the huge vacuum at the other end. You can tell they took pride in their work. A+!

Techs were late due to a flat tire, but I received a call before their scheduled arrival time. They were friendly and efficient, wore shoe covers and put down tarps to protect the carpet and appliances in the utility room. All of the registers were removed and cleaned. The edges of the vent openings were foil-taped. The cleanup job they did was excellent. They covered up all of the existing holes that were created to clean and seal the ducts. The lead tech wasn't too familiar with Dominion's duct sealing rebate, but said he would take the paperwork I printed and filled out back to the office. I plan on following up soon. Cleaning and Aeroseal were flat fees and there were no other up charges. Cleaning was $495 and the reason I gave them a B for price. I've seen cheaper prices, but to be fair and do not know if there would have been any up charges for the work.

It went great. First, the actual work: they thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent, both from inside the house and from outside the house. It's difficult to get to the vent from the outside, as it vents out under our deck, which has low clearance. But the guys strapped on some kneepads and got under there and finished the job. They were very careful to make sure they did not bring any dirt in from outside, and left our house looking like it did before they arrived. I'm totally satisfied. Now, the customer service: They were scheduled to arrive between 2pm and 3pm. When I hadn't heard from them at 3:05pm, I called to make sure we were still on for the service. It turns out that they had been calling the wrong cell phone number (two of the numbers were inverted -- not sure whether that was their fault or mine). Without me asking -- indeed, even in spite of me saying multiple times that a discount was not necessary -- they HEAVILY discounted the job, sending me a check that arrived within one business day (I had purchased the service through Angie's list). The workers arrived within 15 minutes of my phone call, but they still heavily discounted the job as an apology for not being able to get a hold of me. I rarely run into exemplary customer service like this anymore. It's earned them a repeat customer and referrals to any of my acquaintances who need their vents or ducts cleaned (in conjunction with the great work they performed).

Searching for the provider could not have been easier via Angie's List. Scheduling with Atlantic Duct Cleaning could not have been easier and the work was scheduled for the next day. Freddy and Wilson did the work in our home. First they described how holes needed to be created in the source and return ducts but that these would be repaired after the cleaning was completed. They methodically and carefully cleaned all ducts and even repaired some ductwork connected to our dryer which was not constructed properly. We have always thought that our house was too dusty and believe this fix will solve the problem permanently. They finished in about 2 hours and we were thoroughly pleased with all the work done. We inspected the patches to our source and return ducts and they were perfect. We were also instructed that when we do future cleaning the same patches can be removed and used again so new holes would not need to be created. I highly recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning. Ask for Freddy and Wilson and you can rest assured that they will do a great job and make sure you are breathing clean air for years to come!
