Atlantic Duct Cleaning

They did exactly what they said that they were going to. They were on time and they finished the job in three or four hours.

The work for the air duct cleaning is fine. However, dry vent cleaning was not what I expected. The vent connector was bent by the worker and I had to repair it.

Freddie and Jose came out to my house today, right on time. The appointment had been confirmed yesterday as well. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing. Both Techs wore booties and took care in my house as if it were his own. Both were professional yet personable. I had requested cleaning of the ducts and the dryer. Freddie and Jose cleaned all the ducts and dryer vent.I was extremely pleased with the service and will call them again in the recommended 2-4 years. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for.

The Atlantic Duct guys - Nelson and Jose - arrived right on time. They were so pleasant and professional. They wore little booties in the house the whole time. Nelson explained the procedure in detail and terms I could easily understand. They were so careful as they carried in the hoses and vacumn. They laid down tarps over carpets. They worked diligently for about 2.5 hours - never stopping - they showed me the "before" main duct and the "after" main duct. I cannot believe how "clogged" it was before and how clean it is now. Honestly the air feels lighter and smells fresher! The dryer also seems to be working faster - it is the type of dryer that "uses the time needed". They carefully vacumned all the floor registers and surrounding area - leaving my house cleaner than it began! Danielle scheduled my cleaning with one call - and my service was completed within a week of my call. She was so pleasant and easy to work with. The technicians were very professional. The lead guy explained everything they were going to do beforehand. They seemed very thorough and for two HVAC systems and the dryer vent it took about 2 hours. They even changed one of my air filters for me. Regarding the price, I originally thought it was high compared to what I've paid in other places I've lived. But after comparing prices it actually is in line with the other competitors. This company was recommended to me by my HVAC service company.

They did fine. They were a little high, but in this area the price was fine. They could have been better on price. They kept adding to the price for additional things. That was the only thing that I didn't like.

Great service. Arrived early; explained the process in detail. Completed the work per the agreed schedule. Removed all registers and cleaned them during the duct cleaning. Two techs wore over boots to prevent tracking dust throughout the house. Result of cleaning - air flow throughout house much improved; compressor not starting as frequently through the day and night.

OK at the time which was August 2017. I paid for the service that was performed. However I received an email from the company in November 2018 saying my account was still open and they would appreciate payment immediately. The office manager and I exchanged several emails about the outstanding payment. She also informed me they had switched software programs and could not track the invoice to check on the payment and furthermore my payment could have been credited to a different account! She asked that I check with the bank or my records to substantiate payment. She is saying this is my responsibility not the part of Atlantic Duct Cleaning to prove payment was made. I will have to go through my 2017 records because I do not remember if I paid by check or credit card. If I cannot find anything, I'll have to pay this cost again but I would never, never recommend them or use them again.

They came within a day of calling to schedule and were prompt and quick in completing the job. The gentleman completing the work was knowledgeable, explained every step of the way and seemed very thorough. We can already feel the difference in air quality and allergies. EXCELLENT!

I could see that this needed to be done, apparently this house never had the vents cleaned, that being said there was a bit of a mess (lots of small clumps of white stuff along with dirt and some dry wall) left after the guys left. Including a few dead bugs on my guest bed. The guys were nice enough to put one plastic sheet over my bed, but not over anything else. Have a can of air for any electronics sitting out and a good vacuum handy. If I were to get these guys again, I'd make sure to follow the guy who has the vacuum and make sure he cleans up well and not just quickly.

Very well. two people showed up on time and completed the work in about 3.5 hours. They were courteous -- asked to use the bathroom, etc. They cleaned up after themselves meticulously -- you wouldn't even know they were here! They also took the time to explain what they were doing.

Roger and Wilson arrived on time and provided excellent service. The entire process only took 2-2.5 hours and they were professional, polite and answered all of my questions patiently. I highly recommend these guys.

Nelson & Jose did an amazing job- very professional, you should have seen the amount of material that came out of the dryer vent, it was probably a fire hazard !

Technician called ahead and arrived when he said he would. DJ and Elvy were polite and friendly, explained the process, were neat, focused and thorough in their work and cleaned up thoroughly!

Crew arrived on time and finished work quickly. I no longer worry my dryer will light on fire!

They showed up promptly (early), did a careful job, wore booties to protect the stair carpet and cleaned up afterwards. UPDATE: A couple of weeks later, I went to take clothes out of the dryer and found that the taped-on duct had fallen off the wall mounting and was flapping around. (It had previously stayed in place for years after the last cleaning.) I called Atlantic and a crew came by at my convenience to repair it. This time they affixed it to the wall with bolts, not metal tape. The company made it right but it was disconcerting.

Great! Was at the property on time, with lead in phone call. Explained what they were going to do and approximate time frame. I requested that they take pictures before and after, they did provide that as well. There was NO additional up-selling or pressure to buy more services or products. Highly recommend and very competitive with pricing.

Atlantic Duct Cleaning; The appt was scheduled for 8am and the service men were prompt. They cleaned the dryer vent and sanitized the vent as well. They were courteous and respectful. I would use them again.

Excellent service. Scheduling was fast and easy. Technicians arrived on time, with a warning call a few minutes before arrival. Quick, thorough, careful work that respected my walls, floors, ceilings and furnishings. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Communication was excellent.

Excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Removed every vent and, one-by-one starting from the farthest opening, used high pressure air and vacuum to loosen and remove all dust and dirt from ducts. Thoroughly cleaned heat pump runs upstairs and AC runs downstairs. Also did dryer vent.

Very good work, professional and polite service, workers were punctual and did work quickly, cleaned up carefully at end of job. I was dreading duct cleaning after negative experience with another company on previous occasion. But this was a very positive experience.

I bought the $395 Angies deal, added on the $99 for the dryer upon arrival. Air is flowing faster out of heat vents. Clothes drying faster. Two guys did a good job.

Setting up the appointment and the actual service went fine. My only complaint was that they did not fully clean up after themselves before they left.
