An excellent experience. Michael worked with us over a period of a few months until we were satisfied with the choice of fence and price.

They were very helpful in giving us a name of someone to use for another service we were in need of for our yard. Even though we didn't choose them to install our fence they were still very professional and I would definitely use them in the future.

I dealt directly with the owner of this small family firm, Michael Stefanon. He was punctual and customer oriented. A miscalculation in my favor resulted in a particularly good deal even when I paid for additional materials needed. It resulted in a delay of exactly one day in completion because an emergency trip back to the supplier was required. Michael's crew was skilled and worked in the rain the second day to complete the job without further delay. The fence is well built and looks great.

Excellent. Very professional, good quality, did their job very quickly and very well. Quick estimate. Friendly and helpful owners/management and workers. No nonsense. If even 10 percent of the contractors operated this way the world would be a better place.

The experience has gone very well with them. They were timely and did a follow-up call on some items I wanted done a certain way. Their asking price was what we were looking for, they showed up when they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

We were very happy with the responsiveness and craftsmanship of Arlington Fence. Michele and Michael were easy to get ahold of and were willing to send out multiple estimates for different options. They also coordinated the surveyor to mark our property lines and obtained a county fence permit for us. On the day the work was done, a crew of men showed up on time and they were finished by the time we got home.

They worked with me very well. The section that they fixed ended up matching very well and I was happy about that. The other companies that I had come out just wanted to add a whole new fence. They would repair it and they gave me a cheaper estimate that anyone else. They were also very prompt.

They came promptly for the estimate as well as install day. They were fast and polite. They did a beautiful job, including some really nice quality wood. The site manager advised me when to stain the wood and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.

The customer service was outstanding and their prices were reasonable. I even had them come back out and put up an arbor. I have recommeded them to several people.

Mike and Michelle were wonderful. Mike came out to do the estimate 48 hours after I contacted Arlington Fence and the estimate was the lowest and most complete that I received. The work crew was out to do the work several weeks after I signed the contract due to my work schedule. The crew checked with me several times during construction to insure I approved of the work they were doing!

Excellent. Work was done promptly and efficiently. Michael called to follow-up after installation and workers returned promptly to repair a minor problem that was identified after installation was completed.

After nearly four weeks we contacted the company and they replied via email that they could not provide a quotation. No reason given.

It went BEAUTIFULLY! The crew was great and east to work with, and did a wonderful job cleaning up.

A one sentence summary: Michael and Michele Stefanon and their crew were a customer service dream and I would recommend them to anyone. The longer story: A year ago Michael Stefanon responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and came to take a measure and explain my options. The estimate was right in the ballpark of the others I received. I then sat on the estimate for a year. I called back this spring and they were able to pull up last year's estimate, recalculate and let me know that the cost had not changed. They scheduled the work a week later and the crew came and did a quick, tidy, and professional job of it.

My next door neighbor's fence and gate was falling down and mine had serious problems. They were both nearly 40 years old, but well loved. I could no longer latch the gate because it was leaning too much. My neighbor and I decided to do the job jointly and it ended up saving us money. We both wanted estimates for complete new fencing and for just repair. I ended up choosing repair and my neighbor chose replacement. Doing the estimates was a bit confusing, but after going back and forth a couple of times, the estimates were cleared up. We did not get other estimates because we liked what they were offering and the prices seemed reasonable. Our original fencing was cedar and we wanted it to be the same. Michael Stefanon worked with a company that did a good job replicating what we needed. After a couple of days, the estimates were cleared up and all went well. Scheduling was another problem, mainly due to my neighbor's and my schedules. But finally the work got done yesterday. Three men worked hard for about 4 hours. We're please with the look of our repaired and new fences.

They did exactly what Ii wanted. They were top quality all the way around and very nice to work with.

Very well. I had a couple other bids and Michael was able to beat them. I just faxed him my survey and the measurements of the perimeter and they were able to deliver the fence and install it within a week! Unfortunately, they hit the phone line while digging for the posts (we had Miss Utility out, but, maybe the phone line wasn't marked). But, that was the only "hang up". Also, I didn't care for some green-ness in some of the wood on the gate - and they came right out and switched it out!

The company president came out and did the estimate. He was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. His estimate was better than any other estimate I received and they did excellent quality work.

Every single thing from promptness, to fairness, to price was excellent with them. I would hire them again for future work.

I called them and requested an estimate. Michele asked for the details over the phone and emailed me an estimate within an hour or two. Their price was half that of the other quotes I had received and the other reviews here were favorable, so I gave them a shot. They communicated well with me, and came out to complete the job in less than a week. They brought the wrong boards though, so they had to come back a second time to finish the job. I also incurred an additional cost for the board change, but I thought it was fair.

Excellent experience from estimate to completion. All work accomplished as stated and on time. I recommend Michael and his company for any fencing project.

Workers got here on time and worked good together all day. They did a great job, and we are very satisfied. All estimates were about the same in price, but the owner did his own estimates, so you deal with the owner right from the beginning.

Reasonable representative, best of three bids, satisfactory work.
