I just moved into a townhouse which had been having dryer issues for 2 months & had difficulty scheduling service due to work & some service appts not happening b/c we weren't in the system. Started looking for a more local service to clean a dryer vent after having difficulty scheduling a time with Sears. I spoke with the office first & then they had Steve call me to discuss the job & to schedule around my work schedule. Steve agreed to accommodate me with a Saturday appt & when he arrived, he listened to my explanation regarding dryer issues & then looked at the dryer vent & explained to me how he'd clean the vent & any possible issues. Fortunately there were no issues & he cleaned the vent which had a huge clog. I highly recommend this company as they are professional, detailed & explain the scope of the issue & the service. Thx

Very easy to work with

I searched HomeAdvisor. In less than an hour I had a call back from Steve. I described what I needed done and the physical layout of the dryer, the vent, the length of the ductwork, etc. He said he'd be at my house in two hours as soon as he finished the job he was working on. He arrived sooner! He knew exactly what he was doing, and together with his helper Andreas did everything AND MORE than I expected. There was no wasted motion. He was thorough and particularly clean and neat. The whole procedure took about an hour to complete -- including the replacing of a couple of parts -- and everything is now just as it ought to be. And the price was right. All in all, it couldn't have been better. Highly recommended!
