The service for window nation was outstanding from the initial meeting with the sales rep to the measurement specialist to the team that did the actual installing. All were very professional yet friendly I would strongly recommend anyone to use window nation and I have already referred people in my neighborhood.

I called the local number and got the run around. I don't know if it is because of the pandemic, but the CSR didn't seem to know where to direct me. I was told I couldn't bring in the screen and that no one would come out. I called the main number and someone told me a repair person would come to my home and to send a picture of the screen via text. I did that but no reply. I called a week later and they told me someone would reach out to me to schedule. They finally did. Once the appointment was set, the repair person was punctual and speedy.

It went very well from the initial consult to the installation. They explained all options thoroughly and demonstrated the differences within each. During installation, we had a slight parking issue on our end but the WN team waited patiently as we worked it out. They worked quickly and was mindful of keeping their work area covered/cleaned up. I would purchase from them again!

It went great. 2 guys worked steady and very efficiently. Did a great job and answered any of my questions. Very impressed with service. Marion called me early and Becky showed up to inspect and answer any questions and gave me a gift also. I also got 2 follow up calls to make sure I was pleased. I have already recommended them.

I'm the facility director for church that owns a parsonage (house for one of our pastors). We are looking to have all the windows replaced including a sliding door. Window Nation would not come out to give us an estimate but wanted me to count and measure the windows and then they would give me a preliminary quote over the phone. When I requested they come out and give us a solid estimate, they refused. I guess they have plenty of work...

We wanted to love Window Nation but got off to a horrible start with the salesman and manager, who misrepresented the contract we signed and designated a door as a window; despite this being their error, we were not allowed to exit the contract. Our faith was not restored when they sent the wrong measurer to our home, necessitating a second day off work (pre-Covid). After fielding several calls from Window Nation from different service reps wanting to schedule the install, and explaining to each that we were waiting for HOA approval, we then had to wait for over a month after informing them we had the approval. And that only happened after multiple follow-ups on our part and the assistance of an out-of-state manager. Their customer service model leaves a lot to be desired. While some service agents were pleasant and professional, particularly the installation coordinator, others sounded over-worked and under-paid. One of the most frustrating parts of the experience was speaking with so many different people who would then “disappear” and you would have to explain what is happening to someone else. That said, we were happy with the professionalism and quality of work of everyone who came out to the house. Aside from a squeak to our new front door, we are happy with the finished product. And while of course that is the most important part, we still would not recommend using Window Nation.

We had a very good experience from the salesperson to installation. Each step was done well, our questions were answered. The installation was excellent, they were very conscientious about keeping the inside and outside of the house clean (which isn't easy with windows) and they also showed us how to use the windows properly and answered questions to our satisfaction. When they left you could not tell they had been there other than our beautiful new windows....which look great!

We looked at several window companies over the past 2 years before settling on Window Nation. Our sales guy Karl did an excellent job of explaining every detail and answered all of our questions via Zoom. The window manufacturer, Vytex, sent a team of 4 to install 31 windows all on one day. They arrived on time, double-checked their work and cleaned up the mess (all very considerate and professional). We didn't experience any issues with our old window trim as I have read some do. Once they left we rechecked every window again and found no issues. To say we are happy is an understatement! We love our beautiful, well-working, easy to clean windows. Our old house looks so much better and the inside temperature has been consistently lower during the hot July days. Next we'll be doing the siding. Thank you Window Nation!

Second time I have used them and same great service this time too! Installers were early, cleaned up everything, kept me informed of process and showed me how to use new windows before they left.

The crew was in my home from 1130-830 quite a long time. Nice guys but it's a good thing I speak some Spanish. You may want to ask your future customers if they need someone to help with language barrier. They removed all 6 windows and left my front door open. I had flies and a wasp in my house which was not cool. I am satisfied as of now with the windows. My sales rep Joe Minor was excellent and Amber was also great.

Good job from start to finish. The windows have been in over a week now. I typically don’t give reviews shortly after since I like to give new products and labour the “time test” as I call it. However, the company itself was very responsive, fair pricing, labourers were professional and timely. Company left phone numbers incase of any issues or concerns. Did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. Didn’t realise the amount of work replacement windows can be. The capping of all the wood was also a plus. We had some rotten wood over our Bedroom window which they replaced at no extra charge. My only complaint is that I wish they had wore booties. But that’s a difficult task since they are in and out of the home often. I would definitely use them again.

It was a good experience from the beginning to the end. The sales guy came on time he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The workers came out as scheduled they too were friendly and well experienced. They did a fantastic job. I had an issue and a worker came out within a couple of days and resolved it. In which it wasn't the windows it was the user :+). I highly recommend Window Nation. More importantly replacing my windows, has sure made a difference on my electric bill. Win win

It went perfectly. From the initial email - downloading the app for pictures - the zoom call to finalize my purchase and the final measurement and installation. The installation crew was right on time, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves - I was impressed. My installation was not an easy one - the upstairs windows were original to the house - 1923 - so you can imagine that I noticed the difference in sound and the a/c in those rooms right away. WN made contact the same day of installation to insure the team had arrived and completed the work, the person who handled my sale checked in with me to make sure all went as planned and customer service checked in with me one final time.

The replacement & installation went really well. The only issue we had was with the interaction with the measurements guy who was totally rude and snappy when I asked what the measurement was for the sliding door and his reaction was totally uncalled for. We ended up buying the sliding glass door from Home Depot, because we don’t need to be disrespected in our own home. Other than that the install guys were awesome. Thank you!

Very well. Instal was fast and quality and covid-compliant. Michael from the Service & Warranty Department and Daniel in sales were great.

They were very professional. The windows are the Cadillac of windows. The installation was top notch.

The company was very easy to work with. The office kept me informed of the making of my windows and scheduling of the installation. They were very pleasant. When the workers arrived they were polite, quick and knowledgeable. When it began to rain I didn't hear any complaints even though It couldn't have been pleasant or comfortable for them. When finished they left my home clean and dry even though they were quite wet. Great job!

They were in and out in one day and cleaned up after themselves, that's where the positive ends. Every window was left with seams and cracks around the trim that wasn't sealed. One window had caulking hanging from the window and on the trim. Another window they cracked my trim in half and tried to fix it with a nail, though their is a crack putting the trim into two pieces. Took pictures and sent it to them, haven't heard back. HIGHLY disappointed

Work was performed on time and was professionally done. Absolutely no complaints and no follow-up required. I based my cost rating strictly on the dollar figure. There are cheaper windows available but few, if any, with this quality. As a buyer, you must decide which Factor is most important to you. You get what you pay for and this was the second time we have purchased these same windows from Window Nation and, as noted, the quality and workmanship was extraordinary.

Be ware of these scam artists. Heard an ad in the radio about helping local businesses during COVID. Call them and scheduled for an hour with a sales rep. Went through the schpiel for an hour. Agreed on a price and got and Email confirmation, then the games started. They started dodging calls, then claimed the sales rep got fired and called to say they have no idea where those prices came from. In short it was a giant waste of time and totally unprofessional conduct. Took time out of my schedule , spent an hour on the phone not to mention that ridiculous app, only for them to develop amnesia and renege on something I have in writing. The prices went up a $1000 on one window and they were in no mood to address the discrepancy. It seems like a bate and switch. Buyer be ware . You are much better off with Pella or Andersen. Prices are good and the crew is professional. This is a joke of a company and got knows what the product looks like. Stay away
