The service technician (DJ) was quick, and very pleasant and friendly. He even went as far as cleaning up and taking the sticker off the new window. Brittany called me today, checking up on my service, to see if I was satisfied. The entire experience with Window Nation has been very positive and pleasant.

It couldn't have gone any better. From Chris' explanations of the process and materials, to Jane working with us to get the contract and schedule in place. Mr. Choi and his team were on time, very professional and considerate of our property. They did a fantastic job, and did it very quickly and thoroughly. Then Caitlin followed up to make sure we were happy with our work. This is a company we would definitely do business with again.

I chose this company because, although the windows were more expensive than most others, I thought that would come with a superior customer service experience and product. I could not have been more wrong. After purchasing the windows and placing a down payment over $1000 I was told that the windows would be installed within approximately 4 weeks. I quickly realized that I was misled about the price of the windows as well as the color of the windows and the time frame for installation. After I had purchased the windows, I was told by the measurement pro that the windows I had chosen with the salesman would not match the trim. I tried to sort this out over several months with management, who refused to help and eventually stopped returning my calls completely. It is now almost 3 months since I purchased the windows, and I have nothing to show for it except hours of miserable phone calls. I have no idea if this company will ever install my windows. I have to endure the winter with my old windows because I can't even get windows from another company, since WN still has my deposit. I have asked for a refund several times but have still not gotten it. I believe this company is fraudulent and am now forced to pursue legal action. Please do not use them.

This is a great company to work with. From sales to the installers they were wonderful.

Salesman did not give us the special promotion at time of sale “buy two windows get two free”. This isn’t quite accurate you have to pay for installation. Which cost me about $150 per window. This was not disclosed in the promotional ad. I had to go through several people to get this issue settled. Installation date was set and they didn’t show up or call. I had to make the inquiry. Installation was rescheduled and one window did not fit. Finally almost four months later I had the windows installed. The installers did a great job. One person in customer service said she was sending me a gift card, this never happened.She also would not let me explain the problems I was having and constantly cut me off and talked over me. I talked to her superior he directed her to call me and she would not. I finally got in touch with her superior again and was able to get some satisfaction. I would only hire them again to have all my windows match.

Very punctual, responsive, and demonstrated excellent communication.

Communication was poor. Person came to verify measurements with no notification. Installers did a good job. They went above and beyond but there are a couple of leaks through the new windows and the house.

Window Nation did a great job of the installation. I already notice a difference in my home. The crew showed up when they said they would. They were very professional and friendly. When the left, they clean-up so well that you would never have know they were there. The windows look great and work perfectly.

Things went pretty good. The sales people were outstanding. There was some confusion at the begining with the door manufacturer. They called us directly asking for us to verify measurements. We are not door experts nor the people who could verify any measurements. In fact we were not even sure the door people were associated with Window Nation. At first we thought it was a prank. Then when we called window nation they were very short with us and said it was standard procedure. Again I was not going to verify any measurements.....your team came out and measured, not me. The other small issue was with the caulking. I felt the installers used too much caulking. They filled what looked like a 1/2 inch gap with caulking in place of a trim board they didn't have. Too much caulking in too big of a gap. The door trim was not done very well. Overall we are very happy with the door and the window. We would do it again.

The installation went extremely well. We were very satisfied with every phase of the project and highly recommend Window Nation.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with work on my home, or for that matter, any professional organization I’ve ever dealt with. Over the past 5 years, we’ve almost totally redesigned and refurbished our home, so we’ve worked with a lot of folks and these are by far the worst. Their prices are very high, and their service and communication is horrible. Highlights/Lowlights: - I purchased 3 windows in May to replace some damage on 3 of the 4 in the front of my home - The July 2nd installation was done by a contractor to window nation. They damaged my drywall and installed one of the three new windows with scratches on it - The 3 windows didn’t match my 4th existing window (as I had been told they would), so I had to order a 4th new window - I immediately emailed my issues to Window Nation- no one called back for more than a week when I followed up - I continued to follow-up into August, asking when my drywall would be fixed and when they’d replace the scratched “new” window - In August, they tried to replace the scratched window but the one they brought to my house wouldn’t fit, so they needed to order another and try again - 8/20- folks from Window Nation come to my home to evaluate what’s going in - 10/16 is set for service to fix everything, no one shows up - 11/4 a very competent individual came to my come to fix things- drywall is fixed and a 4th window is installed; however, yet again, the window to replace the scratched window from the 7/2 install doesn’t fit- so need another appointment - So I’m now waiting again on another appointment – this will be the 8th visit for work that could’ve been done in one or two visits, and should’ve definitely been completed within 90 days (we are almost past 6 months at this point) - One other amusing thing- when you sing up for service, you get an email from a guy who says if you are going to give them any rating other than 4 out of 4 stars, he'd like to hear from you to try and resolve the issue. I called so many times and the guy is never there- they just send you to someone else- nice touch! This company has extremely poor customer service in terms of communications and follow-up. I’m guessing this is because they have pretty bad internal communication and a lack of any centralized project management (I continually get the impression that the folks I’m talking to in customer service had no line into the folks ordering windows, installing windows, troubleshooting, etc). Worst experience ever- if I hadn’t signed their well written contract, I’d have just told them to go away at this point but I’m stuck.

EXCELLENT. All appointments (measure and install) were honored. The installers were professional and did a detailed job. They took time to explain how to operate the new windows and what to do if we encountered any problems.

The project went very well with no issues on any facet of the process.

Antonio Kilpatrick was on time for out appointment and ready to get our business, he did an outstanding job at explaining our options of windows to meet our budget. His demonstration of the product sold us on the windows we picked .Antonio was very personable and friendly, all the while maintaining his professionalism. Mario and his teamed showed up on time with his crew ready to work. They were very attentive to not leaving any debris inside or outside the home.

The entire process went extremely well. We had to re-schedule the installation a couple of times due to our own personal schedules. The folks in the scheduling dept were very accommodating. The quality of the door is excellent. The initial sales consultation was a great experience and there was no hard sales pressure. Highly recommend Window Nation.

I’d like to start by saying that I am completely satisfied with the products and services I received from Window Nation. Tammy H., my sales representative, was so friendly and easy to talk to. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into making a purchase. Tammy made the entire process stress free from start to finish! Also, the installation crew was very friendly and respectful. Did I mention that my new windows and sliding door look GREAT!?!?! Working with Window Nation overall was a wonderful experience!

Absolutely wonderful! They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything including taking the old windows away. I recently moved in an older home, and My neighbors have commented how good the house looks with the new windows

So we did our installation about 8 years ago. Two of the many windows we had installed have condensation between the panes. I called the customer service and they were very quick on collecting the $150 for the labour of the service during the first call. They said they would contact me between 3 to 5 business days to set up an appointment to come and identify the correct windows and get the ball rolling. Well, It is three weeks and probably 20 calls later and that did not happen. Eventually they set up an appointment for which I needed to take a day off. They never showed up. When I called (again took me two calls to get an answer) they said that the service person came by and did his thing from outside. WHAT?? Do not lie to my face, please. Never any business with these unprofessional people. I regret my windows are Window Nation.

I was disappointed with this service and would not use again for the following reasons. When the sale went through customer service contacted me to schedule my fitting and then subsequent installation. The installation was going to be in several weeks so the day before -it was going to be on Monday and by Friday I had heard no confirmation so I called and yes we were on schedule for Monday with arrival between 9 and noon. At about 10 till noon I called because they still were not here and I had not heard anything from anyone. Customer service was nice and tried to get ahold of someone but could not and she stated she had left a voice mail. I hung up and 10 minutes later Patrick from installation called and asked how the install was going. uh, not going. He also said he would call and be in touch and I never heard back from him again. The crew showed up at 1pm. At that time I pretty much was told it would be tomorrow also and I was annoyed because I had to take another day of work off and I was told it would be one day. I was having 22 windows replaced for 16000 dollars. At this time I could have kicked myself for not doing more research on sales tactics and prices. After some of them were up they looked beautiful inside but when I was outside I thought no, no , no. They were far too white and out of place for my brick house. When I questioned the poor installer he could not really say too much to me and that night I felt a pit in my stomach because there is no way I could afford new windows. I was mad at both me and the salesman because he is a salesman and could have directed me better int he regards of the color but really just wanted the sale. He did not quite me but I chose. Patrick again called the next day and I asked him about the color and would it fade or could he give me any advice. he said he would talk to installation and dit is a week later and I have not heard. Then when the work was complete and I have no problem with the installers work-they asked me to fill out a paper. I was aware I would have to pay at the completion of the work but, I did not realize I would have to put my card information on a simple piece of paper that he would turn it. It was not even one hour later that I began to get emails and calls to pay my account. It was interesting to me that I could not get someone to call back until I had not paid. I did call customer service a day later and I think talked to Katelyn who was helpful and after listening to my story tried to get ahold of someone but could not so, she was going to email installation and also cc someone in her dept. That was last week and so here is the review. In retrospect I wish I had research other companies more in depth and would not choose window nation again.

Erin did a great job. He was on time and completed the job in very little time. Our doors are now ready for Winter. This was a no cost service arranged through Window Nation.

Went great. All persons including estimate, measuring and installation were professional, timely and courteous.

The contractor and crew who installed the door were very professional and thorough. They made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left, and made any adjustments that were needed. Window Nation reached out to us throughout the installation to make sure we were satisfied with the service.
