Steve was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. He gave me an estimate over the phone which was exactly what the final bill was, he showed up promptly at the time we agreed on (7am), was done in the time frame I asked for since I needed to be out of the house by then, and had high standards for quality in cleaning the carpet, sofa, and spot treating a couple of places (even when it meant going over them a few extra times to make sure everything was out). I couldn't be happier and would certainly recommend him!
