+ 0 moreRick and Willis did a great job. They needed to bring in another auger after the first wasn't able to clear the drain line, and were able to clean out the blockage. They were on time, knowledgeable, and provided tips for regular maintenance to keep the drain open in the future. Would definitely hire again.

+ -1 moreI could not be happier. He worked efficiently, was pleasant, and got more done than I thought could be done in the two hours he was working at my house. He had everything that was needed for the job on his truck, so there was no going off to Home Depot to get something, etc. That saved me money by shortening his work time.
Description of Work: I had a list of electrical work that needed to be done. He found the short in the two three-gang electrical boxes where it could have been in, fixed it, and made sure nothing similar will happen again. He moved the control panel (low voltage) for a whole house instant hot water heater to exactly where I wanted it. He added waterproof covers on three outside electrical boxes. He humored me for not knowing that sometimes when a breaker switches off, you need to turn it on and then off and then back on again before it will work properly, which fixed my electric dryer problem. He installed two new electrical boxes on opposite sides of the same wall, pulling power off an existing wall switch, without causing any damage to the drywall that had just been painted.

+ 0 moreEdgardo, the Tech, was excellent. He was very professional, courteous, and neat. He spread out drop cloths so nothing stained our tile floor. It was a difficult job because there were 2 turns in the pipe and he worked very hard to clear the line. Everything is flowing well again. Got an Angie's list discount as well.
Description of Work: Kitchen drain was clogged and had to be snaked. The run from the 2" pipe at the sink to the main 4" line was about 50 ft. so it required an extra long line to reach all the clogged areas.

He was friendly and professional and had everything he needed to fix the problem and replace the switch on his truck. It was a quick and painless experience. He did a great job and provided some good advice regarding other things I might want to consider doing in the future. With the $35 off a service call coupon, the price seemed to be within the range others quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Description of Work: Outdoor light needed to be replaced. That was done quite expeditiously. One of my ceiling fans was suffering from what I called the ghost syndrome...coming on or off at random times without any input on my part. Problem was very easily fixed but service rep took the time to explain all the various possibilities.

I would definitely hire them again. Now my washer has its own dedicated plumbing and does not have to drain directly into the sink.

The appointment was confirmed the day before and the technician alerted me to his arrival 20 minutes before he came. The technician informed me what the cost would be before starting the work. He did the work completely satisfactorily and cleaned up after he was finished.
Description of Work: Four 3 and 4 way light switches (2 with dimmers) needed to be replaced. The work took about an hour and a half.

+ -1 moreOn Saturday am, 12/17/16, our 13 year old water heater began to leak from the drain valve. I called and left a message for 4 Service Pros that I found on Angies' list. They called me back about an hour later and said they could come in a few hours, after they finished their current job. They called enroute and arrived that afternoon. After assessing the problem, they thought could be repaired with skepticism , we opted to replace the water heat due to cost, the age of the old heater and it's previous repair. In approximately 3 hours the new hot water heater was installed, the old one removed and the area cleaned. David and Pat were very pleasant, capable and professional. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends.
