Everything went very well. Brad was very responsive and communicative. Price quoted was very competitive too. Work completed earlier than expected. Nevertheless, there was a small glitch. In one of the room, because of the way beams aligned in the ceiling, 2 of the lights had to be moved a little than planned. We discussed and agreed that two of the lights would not align with other two in the room. However, they never told me that they would leave holes in the ceiling and will have to call someone to fix them – precisely the reason why I was holding off other jobs where they had told me there would be such extra work. Upon requesting to send someone to fix it, I was told that sometimes such job requires extra cutting and the repair which is not included in the estimate and they do not have anyone to repair it for at least three weeks. Not understanding the technical side of the job, I agreed and asked how much it would cost me? Being upfront, 4 Service Pros said $300 and advised that I may be able to find someone else to who can do it for less money. All I could say was ‘wow!’ Work was done on June 23 and today is July 12; I still have not found anyone to patch the hole as the job is too small. With the attic fan broken (Brad who did the work knew about it), the room temperature shoots up so have tapped them for now. Have not contacted 4 Service Pros again. Will never use 4 Service Pros. It is just not right way to provide such critical home services.

Better than expected. For a repair that was estimated at $700, they were able to fix it for $200. Supervisor even stopped by to see how the job was going and to make sure we were okay with the service. Professional. Courteous. Integrity. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Earlier, I meant a review for FH Furr. It was not favorable. My water heater pilot light would not stay lit. Without even investigating, FH Furr recommended that I replace my water heater. I contacted FourService pros. Within 20 minutes, of their arrival, they changed the thermal couple and had my water heater up and running.

They were very thorough and got the job done.

Bobby was very helpful in explaining the issue, how he would correct it, and what to do to prevent further drain clogging.

Everything looks great! Brad was amazing at placing the lights and accomplishing a lot of small electrical repairs we had put off because of their size. The next week, they came back to complete the drywall repairs. I did not have Luis paint for me because I hadn't decided on colors, but when I painted, I was able to tell that the ceiling was wonderfully smooth and the wall repairs were not noticeable at all!

We accepted their estimate and scheduled a date for the fix. We moved a mature shrub that was in the way, but they still had to excavate several feet more to get to the water line. It was a big job, but David, Rick and Willis kept working on it until everything was sealed and back in working order. We appreciate their expertise, persistence and advice.

I was very pleased with the professionalism.

It was fine, it didn't improve anything. I basically need a new hot water heater at this point. It took about an hour. It was just one person.

We are very happy with the work done by 4 Service Pros. We had a leaky kitchen faucet that was leaking into the cabinet underneath and a bathroom faucet that also was leaking. The dispatcher was very helpful and managed to fit us in on the schedule for the same day even though we contacted them in mid-afternoon. The technician, Bobby, called to let us know what time he would arrive. He was very courteous and careful in the house, and he was very knowledgeable about the faucets that we had. The kitchen faucet had been installed by another company about a year earlier, and the installation had been sloppy. Less-than-tight fittings and retaining rings, and improper placement of some of the parts contributed to the leak and made the repair difficult. Nevertheless, Bobby was able to quickly stop the leak and put the faucet in good working order. He also repaired the soap dispenser reservoir, which had been leaking soap into the cabinet. In the case of the bathroom faucet, Bobby diagnosed the leak as being caused by a failed cartridge. Although we were not aware of this, Bobby informed us that the faucet was covered by a lifetime warranty. He helped us contact the manufacturer and spoke to the representative to describe the problem. As a result, the manufacturer is sending us a new faucet to replace the defective one. In looking over some other plumbing issues in the house at our request, Bobby noticed a small leak, which we had not seen, in a copper supply line in the basement. His identifying this leak will allow us to repair it before it gets bigger and causes a flood. We are very happy with the service provided by Bobby and 4 Service Pros. The price for the repairs was reasonable and we felt that Bobby was very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and skillful at performing the repairs. We will certainly contact them for any future plumbing issues that arise in our house.

For price, we did some shopping and they are definitely an A. It was 30% less than other places. I would just give them all A's again. They were amazing.

Very happy with service. Easy to schedule and work with. Edgardo was very helpful during the estimate. Rick and Willis did the work. They never pressured us in determining the layout of the new powder room and made sure we were happy with the details. I would hire them again.

I called a couple of electrical providers, based on Angie's List reviews, but they were not available even for a visit to provide an estimate. I called 4SP and Brad came in a couple of hours. He made the assessment, provided an estimate and said he could start working in the afternoon. I quickly got approval from my insurance company and gave Brad go ahead. They immediately pulled the permit from the county, obtained the materials and came back to start the work. Due to urgency of the job, Brad offered to work late through the evening to complete the job without asking for additional compensation. He completed 90% of the work that evening and restored the electricity. He came back following morning and completed the rest of the work, which was mostly cleaning and tidying up. He did a great job in a very short time within a reasonable budget. I was very happy with the service and will consider them for all my future projects.

Originally called because toilet rocking and one bolt had come completely out of the floor. The problem was fixed by resetting the toilet, including a wax seal. Did a complimentary home plumbing check which turned up some lines that needed replacement and revealed a leaky seal on another toilet when dye placed in the tank migrated into the bowl. Edgardo came late that day and didn't finish up until well after 9. He was very careful to apply/remove foot coverings, tidied up his work area and was a pleasure to work with.

I called 4Sevice Pros for some plumbing repairs. The phone was answered right away. They scheduled a plumber to come estimate the work a few day later -- followed up with email confirming appointment and proving information Edgardo, the plumber who would be coming. Edgardo called ahead on the appointed day to give me an approximate time. He arrived when promised, gave a clear explanation of the work needed and emailed a written estimate later that day. Edgardo returned a few days later with the parts needed for the work. He worked efficiently and neatly and when finished, walked around with me to check the work. No surprise in cost or outcome. The whole experience was very positive and professional. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I purchased a deal for installation of four dimmable recessed lights in part because it had been on our wish-list for a while and we needed an electrician to come out anyway to connect a new attic fan to power. The electrician was truly a pro - did a great job installing the lights and explained the process in advance. There was an upcharge because of the type of ceiling material we had, but they were up front about that and explained why. The whole job took about a little over an hour, and the lights are fantastic. It's the kind of job where placement is really really important, and a light just slightly out of alignment can be like a slow drip of water on your forehead, but they got the four lights perfectly placed. We've had them for about two months now and absolutely love them.

David came out right on schedule to provided the estimate. He provided the estimate but also advised that there was a much less expensive option that would be equally effective. He could have sold me an expensive solution (about $3000) but he recommended a $250 job that would also be much less intrusive (no digging up the pipe). His honesty and candidness were refreshing and extremely welcome and it is hard to put a value on that in the Northern Virginia marketplace.

Edgardo came in and diagnosed the problem immediately. He presented options and did not pressure me to make any decisions. I opted for a new toilet. He came back the next day and installed it in record time. He also took time to explain what he was doing at each step. A true professional with a very pleasant disposition. Many thanks to him and his colleague Brittany for their time and effort at each step.

As far as I can remember, everything well... my electrical issues were resolved and still working to date. I would recommend to others.

4 Service pros advised that too many incandescent light bulbs were overloading the circuit so we switched to LED--problem gone!
