Perfect. I chose this company after reading other reviews on Angies List. It was a good choice. Paul (electrician) was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Even pointed out things we weren't aware of. (Checked electrical circuits and labelled circuit box.) Missie (office personel) was also extremely helpful. I appreciated them sending a confirmation email with the work order which included a bio and picture of the electrician so I knew who was coming. Very professional all the way around. I will definitely use them again.

Went poorly the first time. After I talked with them they sent a very experienced manager out to fix all of the issues at no cost.

It went very well. Bobby called ahead of time and asked if he could come 30 minutes earlier than the appointment window, which was fine. He let me know the recommended work, gave me the price up front, and went ahead and did it. He was respectful of my house and paid attention to keeping things clean while working. He pulled the toilet, snaked the pipe which removed some small root clogs, and then scoped the pipe to see the condition. He let me know what he discovered about the condition of our pipes, explained some recommended follow ups, their approximate costs, etc. Then he re-set the toilet, checked that it functioned, cut the bolts and put on caps (which the previous plumber had skipped), finished cleaning up, and left. He was friendly and courteous the whole time, it was a good experience.

There were different elements. There was electrical. There was plumbing. There was construction etc. The only concern I had was over the plumbing. The plumbing was a little rough and a little bruck. Other than that I had a great experience especially with the guys who did the construction. They've raised their prices since I used them. I actually had another project I wanted to use them for. I wouldn't now because their prices have gone up quite a bit.But other than that, the quality I thought the quality was good.

I am very happy that with Edgardo's work. The basement is dry - thank goodness.

Paul was fast, helpful and friendly. He called once at the beginning of the appointment window to confirm and again when he was 20 minutes from arriving. Great communications. When repairing, he was helpful, informative and quick. Highly recommend

Edgardo was prompt, incredibly professional, and very courteous. I tried calling several outfits to handle my repairs, but 4 service was immediately helpful, timely, and priced appropriately. I would definitely work with them again.

Service Pro showed up on time, was professional, did the job well and quickly, and cleaned up. A bit pricey, however - but I would not hesitate to use again for anything in the house!

4 Service Pros were fantastic! I've used other contractors in the area and they pale in comparison. 4 Service Pros dispatched Paul B to our home and he did a great job. He was prompt and helpful positioning the lights to maximize their effect without throwing shadows. The bathroom vents required holes cut in the roof for venting and he talked me through how he was going to seal the flashing to prevent water from entering the attic.

I've contacted 4 Service Pros twice to have electrical work done. They sent Mike who is one of the best electricians and contractors that I have dealt with. Mike is a very sharp electrician, extremely personable and does an excellent job. He does such great work that I contacted 4 Service Pros and requested him for my second visit. Mike and Ross did a great job and in record time. 4 Service Pros sent me an e-mail with photos of the electricians scheduled to do my work the day before. Mike called me the day of to say he was on his way. Mike and Ross his helper, even helped install the connectors for my Nest Protect Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors. If you need a service pro, I recommend this company and ask for Mike. You will not regret it.

It went so well from start to finish. The customer service at this place is amazing and the people that come out to do the estimate and the work know what they are doing and what they are talking about. This will now be my go to company for any electrical and plumbing needs. The prices are reasonable also. Shawn came out to do the electrical work and he was awesome. Rick came out to do my estimate on the plumbing and he is awesome too. I have a plumbing appointment coming up, so the work has not been performed yet, but I am sure it will be just as good as the electrical work.

The gentleman that answered the phone told us neither of those jobs could be done. When we asked why, he said, "We don't do bathroom maintenance, we only remodel." We explained that "preventative maintenance" was listed on their website as services offered, and he told us, "I just really don't have time to do that." Also, when we asked if he had any recommendations for anyone in our area that *did* offer that service, you know, because their website boasts about the decades and decades of experience and knowledge in the industry, he said, "I don't know, try Google." Even with his rude response we were still willing to move forward and get out porch redone with them and have look at some electrical issues. When we started explaining about our porch, the individual cut us off and simply said, "We don't remodel porches." Again, we explained it "literally" says on their website, "We remodel decks AND porches," he again just said, "Yeah...we don't do porches." This company is rude, and their website lies. I will never call them again, and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to as well.

Prompt and courteous. Price was not the lowest, but you get what you pay for. Excellent work and would hire again.

Edgardo and Erik were very thorough and helpful in answering all of our questions. We were able to see via the video what caused our problem and they located the area in our front yard. We will be hiring 4 Service Pros again. Note: if you do get a plumbing diagnostic using a camera, be sure to have a flash drive so you get a copy of the video. We did not have one on hand, but went to a drugstore to purchase one. There was a coupon on Angie's List that provided 5% off.

Was informed that there is a flat rate fee of $250 for snaking a line. He snaked it and flushed the line and was on his way home 15 minutes later.

I called 4 Service Pros the morning of July 12, after speaking with 2 other companies who couldn't guarantee same day service. They gave me a window of 5p-7p, with no service call cost, and a flat rate price upon assessment. The technician finished early on another job and arranged to come to our place around 10:30a. They were prompt, cleared the clogged drain, provided helpful maintenance recommendations and quickly solved our problem. I'd definitely use them again.

As a first time home buyer, the learning process is never ending. I been getting a bad sewage smell from my basement and kitchen. After trying many fixes myself, I called a few plumbers and has 2 different companies come out. Both companies, without even really looking at what was causing the issue, gave me crazy quotes (thousands of dollars) that were clear up-sells and unnecessary approaches. So I contacted 4 Service and there tech Edwardo came out, went right to the problem and schooled me on how my water system works. Seems since I wasn't running the downstairs shower, the trap wasn't getting full and the gas was raising up. Easy solution (run the water every month) great service, honest and informative. I very much appreciated the honestly of Edwardo and would definitely recommend 4 Service Pros!

Highly recommend 4 Service Pros. The customer service reps were very friendly and I received an email with the tech's contact information and photo prior to. The techs performed all tasks in a timely manner and went above and beyond with their customer service. Very appreciative of the great work they did in my home!

Paul Bapple came to look at the job & provided a very detailed estimate. Paul returned after I hired 4 Service Pros to do the work with his assistant Ross. They did a great job. With both the estimate and during the project they answered all my questions and explained everything. They left the work area clean after they were done. They pulled permits, and it passed county inspection. Missie in the office was very pleasant and nice to work with. They were punctual and called when they were on their way. I recommend this company.

Elise called me very soon after I submitted a request on 4ServicePros website to schedule an appointment for an estimate to determine the cause of a slow water seepage into one corner of my basement. After the appointment was scheduled I received an email confirmation. David and his crew, Edgardo and Erik, called when they were 15 minutes from my house and arrived on time. I showed them the basement wall and the area outside my townhouse where the water was most likely coming from. David discussed possibilities for the source of the problem and various solutions with pricing estimates depending on the cause. He quickly identified an area around the base of my downspout at the townhouse exterior wall where water was overflowing forming a good-sized pocket where water would accumulate and seep into my basement. I asked if they could use a camera to determine where in the pipe there was a problem, whether a tear or break in the pipe or a blockage. Watching the camera go through the pipe from my property and extending out 42.5 feet was awesome. We could see debris (leaves, pine needles, etc.) that had built up over 35 years, as well as roots that were growing through the corrugated pipe. There was a section where the pipe was being pushed inward, probably from a larger tree root. They found a belly or concave section where water was accumulating which would contribute to the backflow to my property. I was told hydro-jetting the drainage pipe would address the problem. Once completed, I would need to wait until that area of my basement dried, then would be able to have my basement wall cleaned, prepped and painted with drylok. David loaded the video onto my computer. As the problem extends throughout the pipe affecting my neighbors' homes as well (I live in a townhouse community) I have contacted my HOA to determine the best next steps. With the video and explanations from David and his crew, I have all the information needed to present to my HOA. Thank you, 4ServicePros.

Edgardo and Erik did an excellent job and the office coordinator Missy was one of the nicest and most accommodating people I have every dealt with when contacting contractors. I contacted 4 Service Pros and they came out the same day and performed the work and did a superb job. I even asked them for an estimate to fix an unrelated pipe and they inspected it and were courteous enough to tell me they didn't see anything wrong with it and that everything looked good. The other contractor I had over quoted me 220 for each part (440 total) and didn't even inspect it. I will definitely be calling these guys the next time I need a plumber or electrician. Excellent service.
