His professionalism was excellent. His workmanship was beyond criticism. He worked the extra mile if he had to. A couple of things he inadvertently damaged. The big truck was in the corner of the driveway. He was very apologetic of that. He tried to fix it better than the original. The projects changed a bit because we wanted skylights. He gave us a credit and he gave a number of extra things for us. The contractors he worked with were superb.
