Description of Work: Serviceman had some difficulty locating the remote control box in the fireplace until I showed him the the document containing the fireplace specifications and layout.

Description of Work: Repaired gas fireplace. Gas had been turned off during home construction and line became clogged with spider webs. Yeager technician showed up tight on time and had it up and running in about an hour. Very knowledgeable and efficient. My wife suggested calling our regular plumber. I said no, I wanted someone with specific expertise in gas fireplaces. Good call.

Description of Work: Make sure you ask for the owner to perform your work. My experience with this company was that the tech couldn't keep any of the appointments we scheduled - always running late or would call hours later and apologize. After the third time this happened I found someone else to do the work. Mr Yeager is apparently the most skilled and professional of the crew. Don't mess with anyone else.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed. Yeager was recommended to me by a neighbor. It was easy to make an appointment, but then the technician did not show up. I had a 430pm appointment. I called three times and sent a text message. Finally, at 510, the technician and called and said he got held up at another house and he was on his way-- at that point, I canceled the appointment. I thought it was incredibly rude that he was so late, without any notice, and didn't answer multiple calls and text messages. I won't use or recommend Yeager again.

Description of Work: Serviced three gas fireplaces, troubleshoot why the remote to one of my fireplaces did not work and provide me an estimate of installing a blower on the fireplace in my basement. Individual arrived on time and performed in a professional manner. Also took it upon himself to check the blower on the family room fireplace when I stated that it appeared to take a while longer to start. He cleaned up each time and explained specifically what he was doing.
