The only time we had available was very late, yet Bill went out of his way to accommodate us. He had the best prices of any of the other A rated Angie's List companies I called. He took care after conversion to clean up all the residue left over from the old gas log, and offered helpful advice on fireplace use for first time fireplace owners.

Mr. Yeager arrived at a convenient time. He was honest, friendly and professional, and the price of his services was quite reasonable as compared to some of the other services I contacted. In addition, I learned a good deal about the operation of my gas fireplace thanks to Mr. Yeager's patient and lucid explanations. I would definitely use Mr. Yeager's services again, and I would also recommend him to others if the occasion ever arises.

Our experience with Yeager Gas Fireplace Service was a positive one. Not only did Bill do a great job of servicing and cleaning our gas fireplace, but also made suggestions for how to get a better flame and basic upkeep. In addition to the basic service he also installed a remote, something we did not think was possible, so we can now enjoy our fireplace even more. I would definitely use his service again.

Great experience. Bill was extremely helpful through the entire process. He took my call immediately and set up a date/time that was convenient for me. He explained his services and how the process would work. He sent an e-mail confirmation following our phone call to ensure I had the correct date and time. Bill called when he was on his way as promised and arrived promptly. Bill was extremely friendly and very patient in answering all of my questions. He explained what he was doing and why. He also brought large brown paper to cover my fireplace area so no dirt or soot was left behind. He cleaned up very well. All of the work was completed to my satisfaction and my fireplace works like new again.

We initially called Bill Yeager to fix a problem with a remote for our gas fireplace. No one had been able to fix the problem, which was getting the remote to turn on the fireplace. Bill was able to fix it. We then ordered a log set for a second fireplace from Bill and had him install it. He got us a great price and did a great job with the installation. I'd be more than happy to use him again

Mr. Yeager came and cleaned and repaired my gas fireplace as promised. My fireplace is working better than ever. He even called me a few days later to follow-up. I will definitely use his services again and will recomend him to all.

Overall it was a pleasurable experience dealing with Yeager Gas Fireplace Service. There just isn't that many service specialist that concentrate on gas log sets and it's nice when you can go to someone that responds quickly to E-Mail and phone request and does the work on scheadule and at a reasonable cost. Thank goodness for Angie's list.

Mr. Yeager was referred to us two years ago and we were very satisfied, so we called him again. Mr. Yeager quickly resolved the problem with our remote, did a thorough check and cleaning of the entire fireplace unit as well as the glass doors. His work is excellent and his fees are much more reasonable than the company that installed our fireplace. Highly recommend.

Despite having a 2:30 appointment, Bill keep me abreast of his delay due to prior schedule overtimes. He called when he was on his way. I was very pleased to hear from him each time with an update as I knew he was still coming unlike other companies who never show up or call!!! He installed the new unit within an hour and cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with his service and will highly recommend him to others. The new unit is grand!!

Bill was very responsive when I called to make an appointment. He was able to fit me in that same week. Bill arrived close to the time he estimated and performed an annual maintenance of my gas fireplace. He looked over everthing, checked for gas leaks, cleaned the fireplace and glass, and even did some light spray painting inside to make it look nice. Bill was great and his price is excellent.

Bill Yeager has serviced our fireplace insert since last year. He is extremely prompt, courteous, thorough, and goes the "extra mile" each time. His prices are the most reasonable of anyone we have ever had and his attitude and desire to provide top nothch customer service are unparalelled! This time around we called to provide yearly service for our insert, and he came within the next couple of days at a time reasonable for us. You can't go wrong with Bill!

I have a gas fireplace in my basement that hasn't worked since I bought my townhouse (ie, 4 1/2 years). I had tried multiple contractors , but they were unable to diagnose/fix the problem. I found Bill on Angie's List and saw that he specialized in gas fireplaces (as opposed to traditional wood burning) and deciding to give him a try. Bill was very prompt in answering my emails and we scheduled a date/time that fit both of our schedules. Bill confirmed the appointment with me the day ahead and even called to let me know that he was running a little late (very appreciative of that). Once he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem in 15 mins! It was a loose connection to the remote. He fixed the connection and cleaned up the unit and I now have a working fireplace that I can enjoy this upcoming winter. It was a great experience and I just wish I had found him 4 years ago!

The service call is 140.00, and we figured we would have to pay a lot more in parts/extra labor charges. Bill was fabulous. The fireplace wasn't working at first, but he took his time and worked on the existing parts, etc. and all of a sudden it was working wonderfully! And no extra fees for labor - he was there for over two hours and it was obvious that he really knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill for price and quality.
